The house is beautiful and clean with a big back yard for BBQs. It had ducted heating and cooling but always stays cool in the Summer. Both available bedrooms have a lovely view of the lush front yard, which offers ample privacy from the street. There is an available car space in the car port but there's heaps of street parking. There's heaps of public transport available and we're close to Box Hill Central. We have an amazing pizza place directly across the road that's Krissy works at so you'll get cheap pizza all the time. Our one rule is that you keep the space clean. We like to keep the house smelling fresh and open.

Hey there, I am looking for a clean place to stay where I can spend my downtime hanging out mainly in my room. I am happy and would be glad to socialise & hang out with you too. I am a fairly clean and adaptive person, I cook for myself most of the time and work in hospitality so I know the importance of keeping everything clean. Fast internet speeds are important to me as I spend most of my time on the web and am somewhat of an avid gamer. If possible, I would like an estimate of internet speeds or if that is not possible I would like to test speeds during ibspection.
