Keep a clean house, quiet, get along well with people, work full time, always pay rent and bills on time. Work as a nurse, had been in current accomodation for about 4 years (Ivanhoe). Was living with three people, worked really well. Moved to Surrey Hills recently, did not work out. Not interested in a party house. Usually go to the gym after work or watch TV. Also studying Love the beach, spending time out having meals with friends. Required now
I enjoy an active lifestyle and work 3 jobs (my main one is as a Marketing Coordinator, and the other two are just fun ones - at a local bakery and at a dog daycare centre), so am not home a whole lot. When I am home, I enjoy retreating to my own space, but am equally happy to hang out or chat. I consider myself to be easy going, down to earth and friendly :) You won't need to worry about me making much noise, or not cleaning up either, as I'm very respectful and tidy! Hope to hear from you soon :)
Hi there, I'm an Edward! My landlord is selling the flat that I'm currently living in, and I have to move. I enjoy reading about electronics, programming, and 1980s Role Playing Games (the ones with the dice and maps, like Dungeons and Dragons & Call of Cthulhu). I spend a few days a week at my partner's place, and a few days a week at my place, wherever that ends up being. She works from home, and has some cats to pander to, it's unlikely she'll need to stay over. I don't drive, so I'm looking for somewhere close to a train station, or a tram/bus stop that is a maximum of maybe 10-15 minutes to a train station. Am looking somewhere in Ringwood or Box Hill or in between. Due to work requirements, anything further out than Ringwood station is probably too far out, as I have to commute to Carlton a few days a week. I like keeping things harmonious in a household; particularly adhering to cleaning rosters and looking after my own dishes. I love books, but keep the explosion of books to my room. I have no trouble keeping up with bills, and payments to a house kitty for communal cleaning supplies. I have my own microwave. It's very nice. I enjoy listening to music; I play synths/keyboards, but keep it pretty quiet - I value my hearing, and don't like to disturb others. I'm not a party guy, but I don't mind when housemates have their friends over. Once in a while I might have friends over for some board games. I don't have any pets, and I am a non smoker, and cannot live with anyone who smokes inside due to asthma, but would prefer to live non smokers. I don't mind living with quiet birds/parrots, cats that aren't too needy, but not dogs.
My name is Belinda, 22yr old female. I am looking for an easygoing share-house that is close to public transport, and preferably with females (not a must). - I have no pets - I am a non smoker - I am very easygoing, kind and relaxed - i keep to myself - Sleeping pattern changes depending on my daily activities - Pays rent and bills on time (max budget $180 and under including bills) - I am friendly but am very respectful of everyone having their own space +Important+ I am not looking to become apart of anyone else's family. If you are interested, please don't hesitate to contact me Kind Regards
Old on the outside, new on the inside. Huge back yard, awesome housemates - studying and professionals. Huge room (actually massive...I have a couch, queen bed, study area, and a bathroom big enough for a dressing ottoman) and walk in robe/ensuite. The house is decked out for a dog in the yard, but I will remove if no dog owner moves in. It's a quiet street and there's a huge park just down the road. We have a drive way to park in, but me and my other housemate generally just alternated as to who would park in the drive. This is a relaxed and friendly house who is well intended and mostly successful with cleaning but will need someone who is okay with a toast plate left near the sink for a day. Don't take this as an indication of messiness, more that we're looking for someone who isn't OCD clean. There's stacks of kitchen stuff here so you won't need to bring a thing, however we need someone who could pay for a fridge (second hand), as that will be leaving us with our old housemate - it's her best ever purchase! So the room totals pretty much $200 per week including bills, but we're looking for someone to take over the bill paying duties...which doesn't mean much, except that the others pay to you, and then you pay the bills/rent. (The current bill payer is leaving!) If this might suit you, swing me a message, and we'll try find an time to meet :)

Hi there potential landlords or housemates, I'm a female, 37 year old (young at heart) friendly and clean. I am a great housemate/tenant because I can adapt to any situation and place pretty easily without complaints or stress! I want my future house to be a home not just accomodation! I want it to be my sanctuary where I feel safe and peaceful. I don't mind what age you are or what you do. I respect ones privacy and also am happy to socialise or have a chat every now and then.. I also need privacy lol. I'm honest and direct. I prefer to sort out any problems immediately and believe trust and honesty would be very crucial if a sharehouse is to run smoothly and harmoniously. I'm a homebody and huge dog lover!! I have a small/medium female dog whose 15mths old and loves people and attention, she's quite cheeky.. friendly towards humans generally to other dogs however she's been attacked a couple of times and can get protective of herself hence quickly when playing too roughly. She plays with bigger dogs better too. She is well taken care of and I clean up after her. I'd like a big backyard, more space the better (No townhouses or units unless it's a whole property for myself to rent) My own bathroom only will consider shared bathroom if used rarely by other housemate Large house if sharing WOULD REALLY LOVE MY OWN PLACE HOUSE OR GRANNY FLAT/STUDIO/BUNGALOW!! IF ANYONE IS RENTING A PROPERTY OR ROOMS WITH MY DESCRIPTION PLS CONTACT ME.. ALSO LIKE NO OTHER PETS PREFERABLY AS DONT KNOW IF MY DOG IS UP FOR THAT YET.. Cheers 🙂
Hi !! My name is Lahiru, I work full time as an Engineer at Yarra Trams based in CBD. I am originally from Sri Lanka and been living in Australia for 10 years now. My lease with my current place is coming to an end and the landlord is moving in afterwards so I am in the look for a suitable place. During the week I am fairly busy at work and I go to gym afterwards. I do a bit of boxing at the gym during the week and on weekends. I love hiking/camping which I try to incorporate into my weekends (if the weather is good) and also take my motorbike or mt bike out for a ride if I have the time and energy. Other than that I like catching up with friends outside during the weekend or just relaxing at home watching a movie or reading a book. I appreciate the value of being considerate towards others and mostly do my own thing during the week. Having said that, I am pretty relaxed and don’t mind having a chat with housemates over a drink or give you your privacy when you need it too. I like to keep things simple, clean and organised but I am not anal about it.

I'm a friendly, easy going professional who works full time as an ICT manager. I currently live in Tasmania and am moving to Melbourne on June 9th to work at a school in Kew. I enjoy spending times with friends, going to the gym, watching movies and just relaxing. I'm looking for a room close to Kew (30 min radius), decent internet would also be a plus as I watch a lot of TV shows in my spare time. I'm very reliable and clean up after myself. I will be visiting Melbourne on May 11th-12th to look at some places so please get in touch if you have something suitable for me to look at. Thanks Wayne
Our current housemates are moving on and we are looking for someone new to share our place with. The room would suit either a single person or a couple! Price advertised is for a couple ($140 per person, per week) If this room was filled by an individual, rent per week would be $185. In all instances, this represents an equal split of the rent among tenants. Available room (4.1m X 3m) - Has ensuite (shower only) and an attached private study (3m X 3m). This room looks out to the rear garden and has a door directly into the backyard! The attached study allows for your own storage or study space and added privacy. This room has it's own ensuite shower, and a seperate toilet off the hallway. Further photos of the rooms available on request. We are in the midst of finding time to take newer photos of the furnished house and beautiful garden. In total, the property comprises of 3 Bedrooms (1 is study/storage), 2 bathrooms, separate living and dining areas and a decent garden. The house has a newly renovated kitchen, and is amazing if you love cooking or entertaining. There is 1 friendly cat occupying the house so you will need to love pets. The house is close to public transport (bus routes, Box Hill Station, Surrey Hill Station), great running tracks and amazing foodie spots!
Hi, my name's Ing :). I'm friendly, easy-going and respectful. I work full-time and am looking to live in a female share-house from July 2018 and onwards. I value a clean and tidy environment. I enjoy spending my down time having brunch or drinks with friends, going to the gym, or chilling out reading, watching movies and TV shows.
Hi My name is Lisa. I'm 28 years old. I work full time in hospitality. I have been living in share accommodation for just over 5 years. I've lived with both males and females. I’m clean and tidy. I'm respectful of others and get along with everyone. I enjoy going out here and there and having a friend over sometimes, usually weekends after work with some weekdays so I need to feel free to come and go at all times of the day/night. I like to have a friendly relationship with the people I live with. However, I like my space and having alone time. I’m looking for something on the long term side if possible where I can settle in and feel at home in an easy going relaxed environment. To save time please do not contact me if your listing is not in one of my preferred or surrounding locations. I’m strictly looking for something in eastern suburbs. Please make sure you provide photos and a little about yourself/other housemates.
Hi I'm Paul, I'm a native Melbournian who has just returned after a short stint in the bush. I'm starting school in Box Hill soon and would like to be as close as possible to make life easier. I'm laid back, too old to party hard and generally keep to myself. I'm nice, a pretty quiet guy who likes to watch Sci-Fi, listen to Reggae and play with R/C cars. I'm just looking for a home base whilst I try to focus on studies.
I am clean, tidy, organised and friendly. I work full time at a bank institution and looking for a nice and clean apartment to live in.

Hey we are Jess and Joe! Two 24 year old kiwis from NZ. Super easy-going and social. Jess is a Registered Nurse working at the Royal Melbourne Hospital and studying a Bachelor of Business full time at RMIT. Joe is a Diesel Mechanic working in Clayton and is playing rugby in Hawthorn (rugby union ... but he will still get amongst some decent AFL). Tidy housemates, who love good chat.
I'm an easy going professional working at Swinburne University in Hawthorn seeking accommodation for myself only during the week as I generally return home to the country on weekends. Ideally a small private garden flat or similar would be perfect for my needs.
Hi everyone, my name is Blair :) I've never lived out of home before and keen to move out in the next couple of months as I have recently started working fulltime and more than ready for the change. Currently living in Glen Waverley with family. I'm very independent, capable and reliable. Currently working Mon-Fri as an Occupational Therapist, and waitressing once a week at night. I am a tidy person, able to stay on top of housework can cook basic meals, and one of my passions is eating out and trying new cuisines. I am also a keen traveler. Would always be respectful of communal areas and maintain cleanliness. Love a glass of white wine and cheese/antipasto platter. Love socialising with others but also like my alone time. Goes to the gym a few times a week, not overly obsessed by it though. Likes to read in spare time, watch Netflix, go shopping or go for a walk Loves music + coffee Not overly phased by modernity of house, must be clean though. Ideally looking for housemates around same age and not picky about gender :)
I have respect for others and my parents brought me up to have good morals. I’m a hard working carpenter by day and Netflix and relax by night. Most of all I’m a nice decent guy
Hi. I'm currently living in a share house on the Mornington peninsula and looking to move closer to the city to be closer to family and friends. I am a young 60 year old who is fit, healthy and generally a happy person. I'm a semi retired qualified accountant who likes to travel domestically and overseas. I am honest and trustworthy, reliable, neat and tidy, have good manners, well organised and respectful of others. I am financially secure. I have a motorcycle for which I will need off street undercover parking - garage or carport will suffice. Other than that I am an easy going guy who is good to be around.

I'm always down for a drink or two and a chat but i'll also respect your space and time alone. I've just moved back to Melbourne after living in a share house with 12 people in Geelong - so communal living is super familiar to me and I have no issues living in close quarters with others.
