I am here in Melbourne working for a multinational in a professional role while my wife and son stay interstate (job is here) so I go away a lot to be with them. I am easy-going and clean. I have travelled a lot and read a lot and am a good conversationalist. I play tennis and ski (just went skiing overseas). Call me
LOOKING TO MOVE ASAP Hi, I'm Zoe. I'm 19 and a second year Arts student at Deakin University, Burwood. I consider myself to be organised, responsible and honest. I like to joke and have fun but I take things seriously too. I'm a bit of a feminist and like to keep in touch with politics. I'm sociable but also enjoy quiet, alone time to work and relax. I currently work in hospitality. I'm also a digital content writer and freelance photographer. I like time alone but do enjoy being with others. I love watching TV series, music, going to gigs or on a night out occasionally and I'm always down to chill with Netflix and a drink. I also love to cook (I’m a vegetarian.) But I'm totally not preachy! I adore dogs and cats however I have no pets of my own. I rarely drink and I don't have any habits such as smoking and would like to live in a smoke free house. Off street parking is important to me but not essential. My parents and boyfriend drive but I do not. On street parking is also acceptable. I'm a tidy person and while I like to keep my belongings safe but I’m willing to share whatever you need. I don't have a car and I like to live as sustainably as possible. An all female house is preferred but not necessary.
Always keep a clean house, quiet, get along well with people, work full time, always pay rent and bills on time. Work as a nurse, have been in current accomodation for about 4 years (Ivanhoe) Living with three people. Usually go to the gym after work or watch trash TV. Also studying Love the beach, spending time out having meals with friends. Not interested in a party house
We are very friendly and two of us love to explore the city and surrounding areas. 1 of loves cooking. All three of us are Postgrad students at Deakin University and we have our classes starting pretty soon so we want to move in a location which is closer to Deakin. Don't be shy you can disturb us anytime, however alone time do matter to us.
Hi there potential landlords or housemates, I'm a female, 37 year old (young at heart) friendly and clean. I am a great housemate/tenant because I can adapt to any situation and place pretty easily without complaints or stress! I want my future house to be a home not just accomodation! I want it to be my sanctuary where I feel safe and peaceful. I don't mind what age you are or what you do or don't do.. that's your business! I respect ones privacy and also am happy to socialise or have a chat every now and then.. I also need privacy lol. I'm honest and direct. I prefer to sort out any problems immediately and believe trust and honesty would be very crucial if sharehouse is to run smoothly and harmoniously. private person but occasionally. I'm a huge dog lover!! I have a small/medium female dog whose 13mths old and super friendly towards humans generally to other dogs however she's been attacked a couple of times and can get protective of herself hence quickly when playing too roughly. She plays with bigger dogs better too. She is well taken care of and I clean up after her. So I do require some type of yard space. Doesn't have to be huge but a normal size backyard with grass not concrete!! The bigger the better though! We currently live in an apartment so it's not suitable. I have to move ASAP due to a bad break up and currently living with a family friend in Doncaster but I've overstayed by 2 weeks already to finding somewhere suitable is detrimental!!! It doesn't have to be available right now but not much longer than a couple of weeks time would be good. Just need to let friend know I've at least secured a place. If you'd like to know anymore pls feel free to call, txt or message on here. Thanks. Hope to hear from some good sorts... Cheers 🙂
I'm looking for a quiet location, with public transport in walking distance, for 6-12 months, ideally near Box Hill or Blackburn. Must be LGBT friendly. Moving between now and March 11. I'm very clean, neat and quiet. I do not work or study due to diagnosed chronic pain, but my income is reliable. I have been sharehousing for 2 years so far and never had any trouble paying bills. I have a rental history, and some furniture/appliances (depending on where I end up, I'll keep what I need), including my own mattress. I don't drive. I am single and I'm a very quiet shy person, definitely not a partier. I don't drink or smoke or take drugs. Gluten free omnivore. Happy to share my cooking sometimes if you're up for that, I make great roast pork :) And of course I contribute to cleaning. I like to write and draw on my computer, I enjoy art and I love cats. Am I right for your house? Please send me a message if you have any questions! Thanks for reading!

I'm Norayr (Norry), 23. Looking for a room in Melbourne's Inner Eastern Suburbs, relatively close to work. I work in Aviation as a flight instructor. Love travelling, cooking, catching up with friends, pets (I have a yellow lab but he won't be living with me) and music! Requiring a medium to large unfurnished room. I have my own furniture. Looking for a room in an existing sharehouse, or team-up.
We are incredibly friendly people and always up for socializing in our free time. We are both very hard workers and reliable to boot. Oliver has attended university briefly before leaving to work in retail for the last few years, and Carlos studied at the Australian Defence Force Academy before leaving to work full time as a plasterer.
Hello future housemates! I am a 22 year old medical student/future doctor currently on placements completing the final year of my degree. When I'm not studying or at the hospital (this is rare) I'm probably watching netflix, out with friends, or playing guitar in a bar somewhere. Almost all of my practice can be done through headphones so I won't be making much noise in the house, if that is a concern. I've been living in sharehouses for the past 5 years, so I know the drill with regards to cleanliness, general etiquette, and paying bills on time. All that said, I'd love to find a share-house of easy-going, friendly individuals who have a good balance between socialising within the house and having their own time/activities. I don't smoke, have any pets or other dependents.

Spacious room available in Severn St (close to Nelson St) Box Hill North with a friendly couple in their mid-late 30's. The house is fully furnished, including your own room ( if you prefer to bring in your own furniture, we are flexible about moving out all the existing ones). Only females are welcomed and no pets please. The rent is $210 per week, which covers water, electricity and internet bills. Gas bills will be shared by all roommates. Some features of the house: it is very close to Box Hill train station (11min walk/4min drive) / Box Hill Central (Woolies & Coles, restaurants, barbershops, banks), yet enjoys the tranquility of a peaceful neighborhood. Bus/tram/train are all available within a few minutes walking distance and only 4min drive to Aqualink Box Hill Gym. This room would be ideal for someone that likes their space but still likes to interact with their roommates. We are open to both a working professional or a student. Probably not ideal for someone who would like to throw parties in the house on a regular basis. P.S. If you come with your female partner, we’ll only add a portion of the original rent, which will make the total rent $260 per week, and the gas bill will be split among four roommates then.
I've lived in a share house for 4 years in regional Victoria. I know how it all works and I like to keep an eye out for my house mates. I'm a social person, I like to meet new people and go on adventures with friends. I love sports and the outdoors, so I like to get out and about as much as I can. I'm keen to explore Melbourne and check out all the cool places there is to eat, drink and visit with some locals. I'm about to start a full time job at a secondary school in 2018. I work as an outdoor education instructor so I take students on camps and do activities such as bushwalking, rafting, climbing etc. These are things I enjoy in my spare time too, but mainly surfing, snowboarding/skiing and hiking. I love playing footy and going to AFL games with mates, as well as the banter that goes with it! I’m also a volunteer firefighter as well
