I'm an Anthropology student at Deakin also studying Korean at Monash and I'll be graduating May next year. I work part-time in Hawthorn at a supermarket (That means free out-of-date food, yay!). I like to be social and have a drink or two, but I'm also happy to have alone time. I study a lot and I work a lot, but I also like to go out drinking and would like to be able to have a friend over on the odd occasion (by no means a party animal, though). I'm respectful and tidy and I can get along with anyone. If there's anything more you'd like to know just send me a message!
Hi there, My name is Nana. I'm from China, have been studying and working in Melbourne for 2 years. Currently at the last trimester of my master degree for accounting, will graduate in late October this year. I work as a part time accountant and got another part time job in the city as well. I will stay in Melbourne after graduation. Looking for a place that close to the train station so I have easy access to city. A room in a two bedrooms house/apartment will be ideal, 3 is OK but not looking big houses, thanks. Prefer a furnished room as I don't have furniture at the moment, but if the room is unfurnished is OK too. My moving date is around the end of October when I finish uni. I'm easy going, friendly, generally pretty quiet at home as I'm busy with work and study, but also enjoy being social. I like Yoga, swimming, running and enjoy cooking, dumplings, noodles etc. All happy to share a meal or drink from time to time. I’m used to share houses, lived in current place for 2ys and my flatmate/landlord and I became very good friends. Now she's about to start a new chapter of her life with boyfriend and I have to move out our lovely home. I have good understanding of different culture, respect to your privacy and responsible for bills and chores. Love dogs but I don't have one; don't smoke, love to keep the place tidy and clean. Looking after the property, treat it not just as a room but also nice and cosy like home. That's pretty much all I can think of for now. If you have a place to similar to what I'm looking for or have any questions, please feel free to contact me, let's have a chat. Looking forward to hearing from you. Warm regards, Nana
Well furnished and clean property. House will be shared with 3 other flatmates who are very friendly and kind. However, it is very important to follow the hygiene norms of the house and to treat everybody with respect. Also, the rent has to be paid on time. As any delay will cause a penalty.
Room 1 (4.1m X 3m) - Has ensuite (shower only) and an attached private study (3m X 3m). This room looks out to the rear garden. Would suit couple. Room 2 (3.2m x 3m) - BIR, great natural light Photos of the rooms available by request. We have just moved in to this property and are looking for some housemates to share it with, ideally 2 singles or a couple! Comprising of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, seperate living and dining areas and a decent garden. The house has a newly renovated kitchen, a main shared bathroom with toilet, a seperate toilet and room 1 has its own price shower. There will be 1 friendly cat occupying the house with us, so any further pets would need to be considered before being approved.
Moving to Melbourne (from Brisbane) in early October for work. Sociable. Happy. Respectful. Clean. Usually pretty busy, but am easy going when I am at home. Hi I'm Hannah I have recently moved back to Melbourne from a 2 year work stint in Sydney. Currently living back at home but looking to start up a share house in Nov/Dec. Max 2 housemates. I am a tidy and respectful housemate. I work full time and play a few sports so I am out and about quite a bit during the week and weekends. When I am home I love to watch the footy or just relax watching tv. I am not a major party person but don't mind having a few people over for a couple of drinks now and then. I also have a storage unit full of furniture waiting to find a home so pretty much the only thing you need to bring is your own bedroom furniture. If you would be interested in possibly sharing send me a message. I plan to start looking at houses end of October. I would also prefer people closer in age range to me. I love animals but please no cats as I am allergic!
Living at the house you will have easy access to bus and train transport. It is situated in a very friendly neighborhood with parks and walk ways around. The house itself is very big with many rooms for you to have your own personal space or socialize with the housemates.
Hi! My name is Lauren and I'm looking to move into a share house at the end of October. I'm a relaxed, fun loving person and very social. I'm respectful of personal space and clean and tidy. I make a mean Sunday roast and piña coladas. Originally from NSW, studying my masters in Physiotherapy and working at a pub. I love sports, the outdoors, getting together with friends and a good night out. I look forward to meeting potential housemates and hopefully making life long friends in the process:))) I'm also allergic to cats. So cat free households are a must haha
This is a beautiful house with a huge backyard if you love gardening. We have a nice home tuck away in a busy area of Box Hill. There are 2 parks right next to the house if you love the nature. The house is fully furnished with unlimited internet, air-conditioning and central heating. The room is not furnished but it comes with a built-in wardrobe.
Hi all, Im a 22 year old registered nurse, I'm a shift worker, working a rotating roster. Rarely on nights, very considerate when getting up at odd times and aware the sucky schedule doesn't suit all. So ideally other nurses/healthcare professionals or shift workers may work better :) Outside of work, i love keeping fit and enjoy the gym as a little outlet, always keen for a spontaneous trip away and love cheap adventures. Love travel, so super interested to hear stories if thats what your into as well. I love a social glass of wine occasionally, but I'm not a big drinker and not interested in party house. Im looking for a home where we can be social, but also respect each others personal space. Lover of dogs, allergic to cats :( Happy to answer any questions thrown my way Hola if your interested in a team up. J
I have lived in this house with my two best friends for the last two years. Due to life circumstances changing they unfortunately are moving onto to bigger and better things lol! As I love this house and it is currently a flexible month to month rental, I would really like to keep this property. This is a beautiful little house with big north facing windows and a balcony with chairs and a table, which makes you feel like your always relaxing with a beautiful view. The kitchen is massive and I try to make meals for anyone who is home when I cook! The house is fully furnished and one of the rooms that is being rented out with have furniture and the other not, we can totally help out with whatever needs there are. The house has a bus stop right out front and it not even 10 minute walk to Boxhill train station and Boxhill Centro. There is both on street parking (I have permits for us) or we have our own little car port which can fit 3 cars. I have netflix on the TV, there is a BBQ in the little garden and internet is included in the rent. I am looking for people to take over the lease of the two people leaving, but as I said it is month to month so it's still really flexible. ** I forgot to mention its actually no bond, its already been paid.

we are students and working part time/full time so we are looking for someone who respects the space of other housemates . we are two sisters and a cousin brother looking for one single and one double bedroom or lets say a house to be called home. we are not a party animal but do love to join for one or two drinks once in a while. we dont have problem regarding the food others cook or language they talk so it would be nice if we find the same kind of people as our housemates.
We're returning from living in Switzerland in February 2018 - looking for a place that could become available around then. Dylan is a social worker originally from Adelaide and Ezgi is studying a Masters in Construction Management at Melbourne Uni. We're both pretty easy going - enjoy our own space, but also enjoy a casual drink. Dylan loves cooking and we love good food. We enjoy travelling, weekends away camping and both volunteer as Scout leaders in our spare time. By the way, the dog in the picture isn't ours!
Hey there, I'm a relaxed person who likes to live in environments where everyone shares and there is a strong sense of homeliness within the house. I myself have a strong career in HR but have recently taken some time off to give myself a few more freedoms. I plan to go back to work in the next couple of month, but for the meantime it does mean you will see me round the house a bit. I like to get out and socialise with friends and like to get over to the Peninsula at least once a week. If I sound like the type of person you would like to live with please get in contact with me. Thanks Nicola
Hey there, my name is Brendan and I am currently looking for some sort of shared house. I am very easy laid back individual, who cleans up after himself and is quiet. If you think I may be a good fit please feel free to get in contact with me! Thank you!
Looking for a team-up :) Hey there! I am a 24 year old looking for a chilled place and people to live with. I'm a social worker 4 days per week and I volunteer 1 day with people who are seeking asylum. I'm an aussie but i grew up in Japan! So im fluent in Japanese can whip up a sick asian dish in no time. I enjoy eating out, having wines, dry humour and great company. I am also a little bit of a nerd and hope this scores brownie points with you (star wars, lord of the rings, studio ghibili)! Looking to find a household/housemate that is clean, somewhat lefty progressive and I'd love if we could share a meal or wine occasionally. I have lived in a share house before and I'm very respectful of others needing space and keeping common spaces clean. I have currently teamed up with with another young professional named Matthew. Matt is moving down from Canberra in December and we have decided to team up. Ideally it would be great to have a team of 3-4 in total :) Matt is currently working full time during the week and is really fun to be around but also chilled. Matt has mentioned he is a bit of an art buff, enjoys good food and is pretty hilarious. Ideally we would be looking for someone who is able to move in by December :) Looking forward to meet you!
Hello, I am Nandini, from India. I am a full-time a student. I am looking for a good, peaceful and tidy place. I am really quiet and a self-reserved person, investing most of my time in my studies and work. I am very helpful, disciplined and very compatible. I am fairly regular in paying my rent and bills etc. And according to my previous college room mates, I am a wonderful person to live with, hence I guess all this makes me great to live with.
I'm friendly, considerate of peoples space and things, clean and tidy, relaxed, happy to share the chores and willing to discuss anything. As I have a dog, I take care of her exceptionally so there is no need to worry. I know her, her things and anything to do with her is my responsibility and I wouldn't have it any other way. Also due to having a dog, I am needing a place with a backyard or decent sized courtyard with grass. I look forward to finding someone to share with who has similar qualities. Thanks - enjoy :)

Hi, I am a vet nurse and her pooch looking for a place to call home. Like my dog I'm a bit of a forever puppy, that being said I work hard and that includes longish hours 4 days a week. I'm 28 and live a pretty clean lifestyle. I'm not apposed to hanging out/a movie marathon with a glass of wine/beer or whatever, but also more than happy to entertain myself if you are more on the private side. My dog 5yo dog absolutely adores people, he is a big boy so that may not be everybody's cup of tea but he will do his utmost to make you fall in love with him (It's not hard), don't worry though he knows he's not a lap dog! I am very open minded and accepting and looking to share a home with like minded people. I'm looking at a longer term stay depending on how suitable the situation is. I am looking for a place to call home.
