Hi, I'm a cheerful, friendly, respectful guy, divorced with grown kids. I believe in sharing, accepting others' differences and doing my part, and I get on fine with all ages. I'm clean, quiet and responsible. I'm an environmental management consultant. I'm currently working in Malaysia but I'll be back in Adelaide from 1st June.
Hello I'm looking for a room to rent in a house , preferably close to cbd in the adelaide hills or near beaches I currently work interstate so will only be home 6 days out of every fortnight I have my two children on these occasions so would need someone child friendly that would be fine with me and kids for this period of time. One large room is adequate for these few days . Im tidy and organised and would like to reside with a similar person, happy to live in home with pets.. I have excellent rental history and references. I enjoy yoga and I don't smoke or drink im happy to live with vegetarian or alternative housemate. thanks for looking at my add -Alex
Situated in the beautiful town of Aldgate in the Adelaide Hills. Short walk to transport, close to schools and cafes. Cute cottage with large bedroom with in-built robe, big windows throughout look out to leafy surrounds. There is a beautiful yard which has been lovingly maintained, we would appreciate if you were interested in general maintenance. New bathroom, deck for entertaining, large main bedroom and living areas. Undercover parking and lots of storage spaces. Pets negotiable as there is new carpet throughout. Please get in touch to organise a viewing. No time wasters please. This place would suit a couple or single person looking for a quiet, safe and beautiful area to live in. Also suitable for parent/s with young children.
I am looking for somewhere where the bedroom is unfurnished. I am happy to put my other furniture in storage if you have stuff already. Whilst I would prefer a place on my own this is not a viable option for me at the moment. I would like 1-2 housemates ideally. I have lived with both male and female housemates, unfortunately towards the end they all became disrespectful and selfish so I have no choice but to leave. I'm a great housemate, I'm tidy, im funny, im friendly, introverted and extroverted. I'm educated but not in a snobby way, I like to read, I like my sports, I like watching movies and have an occasional reality TV binge (don't judge me on that). I can cook but not a Masterchef level or anything, just basic level. I like to get to the beach in summer and curl up in bed or on the couch with a blanket in winter. I like to get out to markets and catch-ups with friends, or go to some shows or watch some bands when they are around. I like to go for walks and I love to visit my family and friends and hope that any family or friends are welcome at my new home with my new housemates. I work full-time monday to friday as an office administrator for a GPS Fleet Tracking company in Thebarton. I'm not sure what else to write here, so if you have questions just ask. Also my moving date is actually a little later than what is suggested in my ad but that's only because it wouldn't let me post the ad without an earlier date. So if you want to know when I am available just ask.
Hi - my partner and myself are a quiet couple and we both work fulltime. One of us is working in healthcare and studying business and travel. The other is working as a production worker and studying construction. We tend to be quite busy with work and study. However, do enjoy to go out with friends when possible. We have a 1yo dog who is medium sized and quite settled also! We are social, fun people and enjoy making new friendships! We currently are renting in Mount Barker and as of June we are open to do anything! :)
I'm 21 years old and deferred from uni, working two jobs and looking for somewhere new to call home. I am an avid tea (and red wine) drinker, so if you allow me into your home you will always have an abundant collection tea (and wine) to choose from. When I'm not working I like to spend my time watching movies or cooking yummy food. I like the occasional night out but am definitely more of a homebody these days. I like live music, plants, winter, fireplaces and having a good laugh.
I am a 19 year old student, currently working part time in hospitality. I am a very social person who would be down for hanging out with flat mates and cooking, however also love alone time. I am also very tidy!
I am a full time student and spend most of my time studying, volunteering, or resting. I'm a respectful and friendly introvert; I will happily help around the house and chat over some food, but also respect and appreciate personal space. I'm comfortable living with either pets or no pets, and generally pretty easy going.
* 12 minutes to Flinders * * Only 20 minutes to the city * * Double garage * I am a professional non smoking woman, working full time, looking for someone to share my peaceful, clean, furnished four bed house. I am honest, friendly and quiet and when not working or out with friends, enjoy relaxing at home watching tv; reading; sudokus; card games; scrabble and using the internet. Although I have a four bedroom house, I would prefer to share my home with only one person as this allows us both plenty of space, however couples will be considered. My ideal lodger would be a non smoking, working, honest, respectful, pleasant person, who is tidy and clean . Your bedroom has a queen size bed with very good quality mattress and full length built in, mirrored wardrobes. You will have your own bathroom, including both bath and walk-in shower. Currently studying at Flinders University and working part time. Looking for accommodation that is a little cheaper than what I'm in at the moment. I'd prefer somewhere that is 3 bedrooms or less. I'm a quiet nerd who is clean, neat and respectful but always up for a chat.
