Comfortable room offered in a clean modern house located close to Mawson Lakes and 5 mins from train stop leading into CBD so it's a great location for students. Major shopping centres and food stores close by (Tea Tree Plaza, Mawson Lakes, Golden Grove). Wifi, air-conditioning. The house is fully furnished, happy to share appliances, kitchenware, washing machine and fridge etc as long as it is cared for. Bedroom has built in robes, small 4 square bookshelf and new single mattress (no base) are the only furnishings. Will need to sign a lease with the current landlord. Lease ends April 2019. Possibility for renewal. Bond is $900 (6 weeks rent) and bills would be around $30 on top of rent (sometimes less) which includes gas, electricity, water, and internet. Want to know more? Please ask :)
A house that you can call a home. A housemate that you can call friends. A place where you can do what you want. Perfect for students and working people who wants a private place for themselves. Quiet and peaceful. Netflix is available. And Grill your food anytime you want. Huge backyard for gardening if you love to grow your plants. And the most important thing is you will be lucky to have an understanding and helpful Landlord.
I am a student from Perth looking for a place to stay in Adelaide while I am doing an internship. Respectful, tidy and quiet.
The house has just been renovated and set up for all of a young person or student's needs being considered. All power, heating and internet with Netflix are included in the rent. Also dedicated storage, bedding and towels, with a brand new set of pillows and electric blankets. The house is set up as a place that is easy to live in and gives you a place to relax but is easy to get to work or campus. There is a great yard with outside BBQ and shade for relaxing. You will share with one other student but the house will be your own to relax in as you wish with dedicated storage and lockable rooms. Buses and trains that travel directly to the city or Uni SA campus are an easy walk away and there is heaps of off street parking if you have a car. There is good access to multiple main roads if you drive. I am an engineer and have been a teacher and a mature age student. So I understand fully how to support you. Living in the house will be so relaxing that I am sure you will improve your results at Uni or get a job promotion. Female preferred. Give me a call anytime. David :-)
Quiet location, elderly neighbours, close proximity to transport, shops and takeaways. Off street parking, rear garden (quite large for a unit). Fully enclosed lockable garage, small shed, pergola and small green house.

I'm reasonably quiet but would love a social group of people to have a beer with and become good friends. I would not be home much during the week and usually play sport on the weekends.

We are both significantly bubbly and upbeat people, who love people. We love parties but love down time too. We're both open books and wear our hearts on our sleeves. We're both very empathetic and love bonding with people. We're open to living with people from all walks of life, religions and sexual orientations. We know life is hard and complicated and would love to hear your story.
I’m currently just having a look for somewhere to possibly live with my TWO dogs. I’m easy to live with, I’m neat and tidy, always clean up after myself and my two dogs, as they shed hair so I’m always cleaning! So if that’s a problem I wouldn’t bother messaging me! I’m happy to team up with someone to lease a place with if you don’t give me a bad vibe. I’ve had a bad experience on here so will be hard finding the right person to do that! Send us a message if you have some where I can stay or if you’re interested in teaming up!
Hi, my name is Laura and I’m a 20-year-old student looking for a home in the Northern Suburbs. I’m currently finishing year twelve at the moment and plan to attend the teaching program at UniSA in the future. I receive student payments from Centrelink as I’m not currently working. I am also five months pregnant and need somewhere to live from now until I receive my Centrelink parenting payments, which could be a few months after the baby's birth, so if you would prefer not to live with a newborn I would understand. I am a friendly easy going person but also need my own space and privacy too. On some days I can be overly talkative, so feel free to tell me to quieten down if I become annoying! I am happy to have a conversation and a chat but will respect your space and privacy as well. I love cooking and cooking for others and I’m almost always up for a movie marathon. I am looking to live with a maximum of two other people, and have no preference for gender. I have my own furniture, so I would prefer an unfurnished room. In addition to bedroom furniture, I have my own household items I am happy to share, for instance, a large fridge. I am looking to move soon but am flexible with the date.
i am great person to live with because i am eager to learn new things to help improve my life. i can't say that i am 100 percent at keeping tidy but i have make a huge progress. i just want a space that will give me the freedom to achieve my life goals.

This means im not always home and may spend weekends away on babysitting duty. I work part time for a small adelaide company and studying part time too.

Hi, my name is Caitlin! I’m just looking for a room with some other easy going housemates whilst I study and work for the next year. I’m currently studying Psychology at UniSA Magill, hoping to eventually get into honours, and I also currently work part time at Kmart where I’ve been working either full or part time for the last 7 years. I love music and art but I’m also a pretty quiet, passive and independent person. I’d prefer a place not too far from Prospect and Magill for work/uni purposes, and have found that around $150 per week is affordable, and similar to what I’ve been paying for rent for the past 3 years. Any questions you’d like to ask- I’d be more than happy to answer and I hope to hear from you soon! :)
Hi, my name is Brock Robinson. I am 22 years old and I am looking to move out of home. I am currently studying Certificate III in Information Technology at the Tafe SA Elizabeth Campus and am hoping to apply for a Gaming and Animation course at the North Adelaide Senior College once I have concluded my current studies. I enjoy playing video games and watching movies and am a very social and easygoing person once people get to know me. I am also a very responsible person and am always happy to help if I can. I am looking for a shared accommodation with cheap rent and furnished rooms but am more than happy to do teamups if you want. I do not mind gender but would prefer to be with people around the same age as me. I am not interested in places with pets however. I greatly appreciate you checking out my profile and feel free to contact me if you want. Thank you very much for your time and I hope to hear from you soon.
we both work full time, I am also studying part time to become a PT, we both are into our health and fitness, we go to the gym most nights and meal prep on the weekends. we are reliable, clean and tidy. we are looking for some where to live until about May 2019 as we are relocating to Brisbane. so saving money is our priority, however we wouldn't say no to mingle over dinner and wine :)
I'm simple, quiet and clean, I like to cook and I'm pretty easy to get along with. I have qualifications in laboratory work, accounting and bookkeeping but currently looking for work. Looking for a place where my partner ( 37 female) is welcome to come over for dinner most nights (for budget reasons) I usually cook in bulk so people are always welcome to chip in and join us.
I am in my 40’s and starting my life up again. I am reliable, trustworthy and I respect for others. I’m a business owner and i’m a hard worker. I grew up in the western suburbs of Adelaide. I enjoy being around friends, watching movies and gardening
