This little unit is situated just a short distance from Briar Hill shops and is only a five minute drive from Montmorency Station, and just a smidge more to Greensborough plaza. There's bus stops a plenty and a few good cafes around. The flat itself has had some work done on the kitchen and bedrooms, now sporting a fresh modern look that makes it feel quite up to date yet homely. While it is close to a few attractions, the property is quite long, so if you do enjoy getting a little down time away from everything, the back courtyard is perfect for that.

Quiet and clean student currently studying at Victoria University. Looking forward to finding a place to call home until I finish my studies (end of 2020) and meet some relaxed and friendly people along the way.
Im easy going, friendly. I clean up after myself and enjoy a chat
Hi guys I'm Ray! I'm a law and commerce student at Latrobe and a analyst at the bank. I'm extremely clean, love to workout and chill out at home. I have my own car so would love a flatmate who would love to go exploring with me. I've been living in Melbourne all my life however it was time for me to move away from the South Eastern Suburbs and start my new journey. I would describe myself as a very chill person, I love cooking and working out. If you like Curry my mum will make us some a lot!
Hey future housemate(s)! I'm a very busy lady working three jobs [Liquor Assistant at BWS; Support Worker at Parkglen, and; Monthly Donor Tele-Fundraiser at the Australian Youth Climate Coalition] while I try and get my dream career started with my recently acquired Environmental Science degree and I have two furbabies, 8 year old Rusky (Kelpie X) and 5 year old Nala (DSH). In my spare time I can be found with my friends or family (or my pets!), running and boxing, or enjoying the outdoors : ) I like a good party but I'm not looking for a party house -- home to me is a place of solitude and calm to balance out my fast-paced lifestyle. It is important to me that housemates respect communal areas, have compatible schedules (i.e. for us not be needing the bathroom and kitchen at the same time most days), and most importantly to be a friendly environment.
23yo, full time employment as a scaffolder Lookin for 1 room around the Nillumbik/diamond valley area. I’m very tidy and easy going :)
Hello, I’m Jenna. 28yo female. Looking for a new place to live close to my work. I’m easy going and often keep to myself. I like to have a chat and share meals but also will often just do my own thing. Looking for a place with some space and a calming feel to the property. Happy to have a chat, and if anyone wants to team up for a lease I’d also be happy to discuss. :)
Hi, I have a beautiful 4 bedroom house in Eltham North and 1 bedroom available with its own bathrooms and toilet in a seperate wing of the house. House includes 2 living rooms, swimming pool, off street parking & 2 cats. Please message me ASAP as the won’t last long. Brand new oven benign installed this week also. Cheers.
Location - - 10 mins walk of Greensborough Station (30-40 minutes train to the city) - 5 mins walk from Greensborough Plaza - Direct bus to RMIT Bundoora Campas (20 mins) right outside house First month rent upfront but no bond required.
Living with 2 females, mid-late 20s. Bedroom can easily fit a queen (photo with blue bedding) or a double (orangey bedding) bed plus a few bits of furniture. The room has a single built in cupboard with hanging space and 2 large shelves. The house itself has been done up inside fairly recently, so has a decent bathroom (with shower over a full size bath!) And seperate toilet. We just got a brand new toilet and oven installed. You will share the bathroom with one other person (Kira). Outside we have an amazing undercover back deck and large backyard. We have ducted heating and evap cooling throughout the house. There is room to park off the st on the front lawn. Most importantly you must be pet friendly. There is 1 cat living at the house, her name is Puds (Belongs to Emma). Shes super cute and friendly and loves attention. We are located within walking distance to 2 supermarkets (woolies and IGA) and Greensborough plaza (10-15min stroll). Watsonia train station is a 20min stroll or 5 minute bus trip and there is a bus stop right across the road. This bus also goes past woolies and to the main street of Greensborough. We are also close to Grimshaw St where a number of other buses can be caught. We are looking for someone who is clean and down with having a cleaning schedule. We aren't meticulous but if you can unload a dishwasher and wield a mop thats a plus. Prefer a person closer to our age group (25-33).
2 Bedroom single story unit in Greensborough, (Northern Suburbs) walking distance to the shopping center and train station One lounge/living, fully furnished apart from bed, gas cooktops Netflix, foxtel, split system air con in lounge room
Comfortable and quiet room for rent in Montmorency area. The room is fully furnished and with air-conditioner as well as ducted heating. The property is very close to La Trobe Uni Bundoora (10-min drive) and Rmit Bundoora(15-min drive). Owner is a female full-time primary school teacher teaching Japanese. Looking for a friendly, tidy and non-smoking girl. There are plenty of on-street parking available.
The property offers a lot of shared space including a large lounge room and kitchen, a sheltered patio for outdoor eating or bbqs, air conditioning and heating, and good storage space to boot. The room is on the lower level of the house meaning it's nice and cool in summer. It comes partly furnished with a bed frame and mattress, and also has a built in cupboard. The two photos in the listing show an old configuration of the room, meaning only the aforementioned bed frame and mattress will be available for new tenants. The location provides easy access to shops and public transport. The 513 and 901 bus routes have stops right around the corner, and the Montmorency train station is a brisk walk away. On the whole, safe, comfortable and relaxing. We are looking for a flatmate who is tidy and friendly. We're happy to socialise, but also understand that some will want their personal space.
We've been living in Reservoir for 4yrs but owner is selling property so we need to Vacate by 12th June. Looking for somewhere with a bit of grass for my French Bulldog to play
I work reasonably long hours as a builder so I'm only home evenings. I head to my hometown of Glenrowan every weekend. I'm a really tidy & clean person & look for the same in a shared home. That said I'm pretty easy going & enjoy a laugh.
Hi there, I am looking for an unfurnished room in the Northern, Eastern or inner Eastern suburbs. Ideally, I would prefer to live with only one or two other housemates. I'm quiet, clean, respectful and very easy-going. I work Monday to Friday (days) and keep fairly low-key during the week. On weekends, I like to socialise which may involve going to the movies, a nice restaurant, bar/pub, sporting event or a weekend away. Best of luck in your search. We all need it!! :) Best regards, Joe
Hey! My names Hannah and I’m 20 years old. I have my own business and work full time. I’m a pretty busy person as when I’m not working I’m either at the gym or socialising with friends. Super friendly and chatty but also enjoy my own time. I have a one year old American bulldog who is a big ball of energy (mostly outside dog). So ideally I’d like a housemate who is comfortable around big dogs. I’m neat and tidy and enjoy cooking, so sharing a meal here and there is no problem for me. I am a smoker and I do enjoy having a friend or two over here and there for a coffee and smoke out the back. Just looking for a easy going chilled place to call home!
This is sunny .im very easy going, friendly n fun loving person.i work full time in a cake shop n also a photographer, mostly busy .I like going out for gigs n music events n love to dance. I keep it quiet in the house .In my spare time I like to do artsy stuff, drawing, screen writing, eventually I'd get into videography too .I like dining out n occasional cooking at home . im pretty clean n keep my things tidy. I'm very calm .more of introverted yet outgoing .
Hi there, I'm a full time physio working in aged care. I am currently based in Croydon but can be sent anywhere in the city dependent on where paperwork needs fixing. I don't drive so I prefer to be near public transport. I love to socialise but am often exhausted/mentally drained from work and end up sleeping in on weekends instead. More likely to brunch than go out these days. I'm looking for a place to live whilst I continue to save to buy a house so I can have my cat and dog back (they're at my parent's farm). My current housemate just informed me she's not renewing the lease without any warning (or discussing it with any of the other house members). Ideal housemates are happy to watch terrible tv (MAFS) with me at dinner sometimes but also do their own thing. I am well experienced with share housing and we will get along great as long as you; flush the toilet, don't get high every night, leave your *worn* underwear in the bathroom for a week, eat 1kg of my cheese/drink 1L of my milk without apology or replacement, or yell incessantly at your cat (all real examples of people I've lived with). And even then, I am too lazy to cause drama and won't call you out if you do any of the above. Nerd in disguise, hufflepuff and theatre nut. LGTIAQ and all other possibilities friendly, won't judge you being vegan/religious as long as you don't try to convert me. My furniture includes queen size bedroom set, book case, tea pot collection, some kitchen machinery (mix master/pressure cooker/slow cooker/ stick master/cookie cutters), wine rack, and a very large TV (65"). *UPDATE - housemates started packing 2 days after telling me they were 'looking' for a new place. Need to move by 22nd of April at the latest, preferably before then.*
Hi, I'm friendly, kind, empathetic, neat and tidy, clean...like OCD clean, but not in a bad way haha. I'm sociable, but also enjoy some time out to myself, but I'm usually out and about. I enjoy cooking and I am happy to cook for you! I'm honnest, reliable and helpful, I love to help others in any way I can, that's why I'm going to either finish studying nursing or a field of helping. As I say "a simple act of kindness can go a long way". I just moved here from Cairns. I used to be a competitive gymnast from a young age and started coaching at 14yrs old, and was coaching up until I was in an accident, 7 months ago. I'm currently living off disability benefits as I currently can't work with my injuries but don't let that discourage you as it's an adequate amount to live off and I always pay my bills on time, rent paid first. Which soon-ish I'll be looking for work or to study. I'm a reliable person to live with, so please give me a chance. I'm looking to live with at least one female and require a furnished room please. I need the option to have a double bed due to my bad back please and thank you. Thanks, Izzie
