I love Nature and the Spiritual practices of First Nation peoples. I really enjoy traveling and meeting new places and food to try. I love snuggles with my cat Maggy. I like to laugh and have a good sense of humor most of the time. I love cycling, swimming, and yoga although I fall off the fitness wagon sometimes. Red wine, rose, sparkling make me happy at the end of the week. I love organics and living responsibly, therefore Terra Madra Organics is a place I spend way too much money. I am a teacher and an Art Therapist finishing my Masters this year. A real home that is tended to is important to me. I love my pot plants, but I don't hug them they are too small! I can be irreverent, I think it's important. I am a loving and caring human being with all the complexities and messiness as the rest of humanity in the state of growing and becoming what is next! I am pretty easy going and am good at communicating and keeping a nice vibe in a home. I like clean spaces but I am not uptight about it. I have bouts of Netflix watching that can last hours and I love to sing.
My name's Joel, I'm 23 years of age, I currently work doing onsite computer repairs, but am looking to fill up my spare time with either study or more work. I'm well dressed, take pride in having a clean house, ranging from the kitchen, to the bathrooms. Besides what I do for a living, I'm also into fitness, love to cook(I generally make a meal every three hours or so containing meat, with two-three sorts of veggies, happy to make you a plate too from time to time), and love to feed my brain with new information which is relevant to living, whether it's men's fashion, how to fix stuff or even just what the best tools are to clean different rooms. I have a Maltese Shihtzu who is nearly three years old, she's extremely well trained, rarely makes a noise(unless she sees another dog outside through the window during the day), I can't remember the last time she went toilet inside a house. I enjoy being social; having a chat, watching a movie, although I'm terrible at initiating a conversation due to my anxiety, especially with new people, which I'm starting to work on. I rarely have people over, and if I do it'll be someone that I've known for many years. I do smoke cigarettes, which would have to be my only negative that I can think of(I know, it doesn't exactly go with the fitness theme), although strictly outside. Emma(my dog) is very person-friendly, when it comes to other dogs, she's actually quite shy, I think she gets that from me. I've had very poor luck with my last few accommodations, ranging from illegal subletting, housemates not being able to pay rent in full, therefore being evicted, and being told my dog was allowed, then to find out three weeks later that in fact we were hiding it from the landlords. Depending on how things go, I may be interested in staying longer. I'm also looking to team up, to find a a house where we could put our name on the lease, although ideally if I was going to do that, it would preferably be with two other people so we can get a nice modern house. I look forward to hearing from you, to see what opportunities arise next. Yours Truly, Joel
I am friendly, clean, considerate and respectful. I am great with cats and dogs. I enjoy talking with people about most topics , as well as meditative silence. I do not smoke or drink. I have no objections to others drinking socially . I play guitar , piano, and bass guitar, but I only have my guitar at the moment. Always up for a jam or just relaxing playing. I dont have any special food requirements. I am looking for a stable long term lease.
We're gay, I think that's all I need to say.. We're clean, respectful, quiet, we love cooking, watching movies, hanging out with a glass of red wine or an espresso martini. Cameron - work full time in hospitality management. Daniel - works in construction.
We both work full time and have been living together with a third person for the past 6 months. We can provide rental history and pay first months rent in advance. Our lease is ending December 2nd and we are attempting to find another house / room to rent
I'm a full time working mother who has a 17 yo son who is soon to graduate VCE and commence university. We are very neat, quite, sporty and appreciate respecting other people property. I work full time in the health sector. We have a lovely quiet mature labrador.
One private bedroom available in beautiful house set in the hills of Greensborough. **MUST LOVE DOGS!!** ***APPLICATIONS PENDING*** Hello potential housemates! Thanks for coming to read my ad - sorry it's so long, but I want to be as open and honest as possible with my new housemate. Looking forward to hearing from you! :) NO TIME WASTERS PLEASE IMPORTANT POINTS FIRST - Your application will be pending approval from the real estate agent; therefore you must provide references, 100 points of ID, payslips etc. - **UPDATED** Rent amount - $500.00 per month (paid on the 1st of the month). This is for a single person as the room is not suited for couples. - Whatever way you earn money is fine, but you must be able to pay rent on time. - The lease is for 12 months, which started in mid-May. - Bills are split evenly. - There is cable WIFI internet at the property which is pretty quick and unlimited. - You must be good with dogs. We have two large dogs (one giant), who can be a bit full on at times, but otherwise are mostly sleepy. They are both very sweet friendly dogs. One of the dogs is quite a drooler, so be warned! :) I am currently fostering him, so you will end up just being with myself and one dog. - The room is more suitable for a single person, but if you have a partner that you want to have over, that’s totally fine. - I would prefer omnivores, as I am a meat eater and my dogs are too. There is always raw meat in the fridge for my dogs. - The house is fully furnished, so you would just need to bring furniture for your room. However, there are some storage options around the property if you do have things you need to store. - No more pets allowed on the property, sorry! - The house is not suitable for children, sorry! THE ROOM AND HOUSE The bedroom is approximately 2.6m x 3m and has a built in robe and shelving. There are some butterfly and flower decals on the wall (it used to be a kids room) which came with the house, so I assume they have to stay. The room has blackout blinds and looks out to the backyard (with a shade-cloth over the window). You will have your own bathroom, which has a sunken spa/shower. I would love to be able to use the bathtub from time to time (prearranged with you, of course, to make sure it doesn't affect your schedule). And I am happy to share cleaning of that bathroom for that reason. There is a separate toilet as well. There is on street parking (no restrictions). It’s a safe and quiet neighbourhood, so your car should be fine – people park on our street to go to the station all the time. In saying that, if you think your handbrake can handle our super steep driveway you're more than welcome to park in the driveway next to the house. The house has heating & air-conditioning, as well as a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. There is a workshop/garage out the back which you will have access to. There is Netflix :) The house is less than a 10 minute walk to Greensborough Station. The house has a balcony leading from the loungeroom which is lovely to sit out on and enjoy the view over the neighbourhood.

Hello! I came to Australia in 2014 as a working holidayer.. and haven't left! Thought I'd be here for just a few months but fell so in love with the place. I've lived in the north east for most of that time. I work full time in the city so am gone for most of the day! I love to cook - I'm vegetarian and I also love to feed people. I'm also quite partial to a bit wine of an evening to shake off the day. I'm a keen Netflix binger, I love to be outside, but I also love to be inside playing piano and singing (at reasonable hours of the day and usually when no one else is there!).
Hi there! I'm looking for a place to live independently or with up to two other people, preferably women of similar age/maturity and non-smokers. Prefer rent to be inclusive of utilities and internet. Prefer en suite bathroom ideally but I can be flexible with that. I am honest, reliable and will pay rent on time. I work full time, 9 to 5, sometimes work from home. I am social but enjoy alone time too. I am respectful of others. I enjoy the outdoors, bike riding, markets, cafes. Would like to live close to park-lands, bike tracks etc. Any questions, please ask. Happy to have a chat! Cheers, Andrea.
I have always been an energetic and gregarious person with a positive and easy-going nature. I grew up in New York and from a very young age I was always inquisitive and I craved exploration; which later developed into my thirst for knowledge, travel and adventure. I truly believe my life has been exciting and magical because I just can't do ordinary. I practiced law in the States for well over a decade and then came to Australia to write another chapter in my life. In Australia, I found a career in construction and I have been employed as a project manager for the past fifteen years on the Gold Coast. I am relocating to Melbourne to start a new job with a local building company. I am now 53 years old, but I am very young at heart and I can relate to people of all ages. I am very respectful and I always exhibit mature and appropriate behavior in my friendships and all interactions with my housemates. I enjoy living with all types of people and much more often than not, I have developed long lasting friendships with my housemates. I never invade a persons personal space and will respect their privacy without exception. Conversely, if I have some free time and I am relaxing with a drink, my housemate is always welcome to sit down and join me for a drink, chat, or a bit of both. I am unwavering in my belief that a persons character and integrity define them. My friends and family know that I live by this uncompromising standard.
G'day, I'm a disability support worker looking for a nice relaxed place to move in to. I'm fairly neat and tidy and I respect others' privacy, and I enjoy social situations as well as quiet times. I play guitar and like to write tunes and I love music. I work shifts that vary from 7am to 8pm
I am a 19 year old working full time Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. I am calm and quiet at home and also enjoy going out on the weekends with friends. I love my own space and i am respectful of yours, but i also love having a chat, dinner or drinks when we are home together. I am into my health and fitness so i do tend to spend some time at the gym, I also love to brunch, binge watch and being social on my days off, with the occasional night out.
