Hi there, I'm Shalveen born and bred in Sydney. I moved down roughly 3 years ago to undertake my childhood ambition of becoming a pilot. Since then i have completed most of my studies, my commercial pilots licence and my flight instructor rating and now work full time at my Flying School as a flight instructor teaching others how to fly. I'm very clean and can be very social, at the same time I'm also one to respect everyone's privacy. For the most part i cause very little footprint around the house as i get stuck in my playstation or some studying. I do work weekends with my day's off being Thursday and Friday. I also DJ on the weekends at some nightclubs as it is my part time hobby but I'm not a party person at all. I literally go in and do my work and leave straight away due to working Sunday mornings at the flying school. I rarely drink if ever, but more than happy to join in on social things with flatmates. I'm a pretty chill guy who respects everyones opinions and views. I'm not one to bring a party to the house or anything like that ... Happy to join in on home chores etc and i'm not one to argue. Would preferably like my flatmates to be young professionals, trustworthy and positive fun people. Thanks for reading my profile! ps: I've been getting an influx of calls since creating this ad and it feels like i'm getting spammed, please message me through here, I don't like a call unless i've seen the room - most importantly i'm looking for a room between the city and moorabbin airport and has its own ensuite or own personal bathroom.
Hi I am currently working full time in the south eastern suburbs of melbourne and looking to find a room in an existing share house or even happy to team up with one or two people to find an existing share house around the the chadstone, bentleigh or brighton area. About me: I am a pretty easygoing, relaxed and friendly type of person who is neat and tidy and always happy to help complete jobs around the place, be supportive of my flatmates, be respectful of everyone, enjoys a good chat and happy to cook and share a meal with my housemates and don't mind staying in and having some quiet drinks with friends. I like pets, going to gym when I can and don't mind watching a bit of Netflix from time to time. Look forward to hearing from you, please send me a message if your interested!

Hi. I'm a quiet single musician and artist--so I'm looking for a cool place friendly to folks like me. Like to keep to myself; easy to get along with--house-trained, so I won't leave sinkfuls of dirty dishes etc. for others; enjoy an occasional film noir.
Friendly and upbeat person. Up for a chat and sometimes sharing a meal with housemates or likewise happy doing my own thing independently. When I'm not working I like to relax with Pilates, go see friends and family or catch a movie. Looking for a household that is reasonably quiet.
Friendly couple that are moving to Melbourne from NZ in mid Feb, Hannah works in QA in the food industry and Aaron is a Chemical Process Engineer. We are looking forward to exploring Melbourne and the surrounding area on weekends and going out for dinner and drinks. Aaron plays hockey and Hannah is looking to play netball in Melbourne. We're looking for a professional household where we can share a glass of wine or beer and a conversation in the evenings but we also like our own space and respect other people's. Aaron and Hannah
Running my own personal training and nutrition business. My working hours vary week to week, sometimes early mornings, or late nights. I often work from cafes during the day. I've lived with many different housemates, all over the world. I'm tidy and respectful. I'm looking for someone who will be a friend but also respects private space.
Hi, I'm an easy going relaxed male. I do a number of things that are creatively inspired, mainly behind the scenes as a project manager/producer. I also work in the women's footwear industry. Whilst my daily professional life out of the home is very people focused, therefore requiring me to be 'UP' all of the time, my home life is about being relaxed and taking time out, but don't get me wrong, a G &T from time to time wouldn't go a miss. Being clean, tidy and respectful of people's space is part of the course. My actions speak louder then words! I love the outdoors, especially being by rivers and lakes - It's the perfect escape from the concrete jungle!
Stable employment, honest, reliable and trustworthy. I keep to myself, I'm quiet, respectful and always offer a helping hand whatever it may be. I like a clean house, so I'll always ensure I clean up after myself. I am very low maintenance. I leave early in the morning for work, I'll return in the afternoon, head out to the gym or go for a run, come home and go to bed Mon - Fri. I'll normally be out and about most weekends, so you'll never notice I'm there.
I am a mature, clean, friendly 28 y.o. male. I am a professional remedial massage therapist and will be studying again in 2017. I am a full time athlete also and train multiple times per day most days. I am also a qualified chef and enjoy some social time with friends and family. I don't take up much space and don't bring strangers over unannounced. I am fully respectful for your own personal belongings and space. I am looking to have my own place without room shares.
Hello good peeps, I am a laid back accounting/business management professional of 31years. I am local to the SE suburbs and am looking for somewhere to replace my previous awesome abode in Caulfield North. I work 9-5, like things relatively tidy and am happy to work into a whatever chores schedule is the go. Interests include economics/politics/business (boring eyy?) and also keeping fit, coffee, getting out for a few drinks on the we and a couple crappy TV shows. All up, I am looking for somewhere easy going and friendly where I can basically mostly do my thing but also have some social atmosphere at home. Cheers big ears
Hi guys! I'm Mel, I'm 28 years old and working full-time in mental health. I am going back to uni next year to do my Masters, so looking for somewhere not too far from public transport. I'm a laid-back, friendly person, and I enjoy living in a harmonious, clean environment. I like all the usual things; live gigs and music, going out, travelling, markets and cider. I enjoy living with a friendly group of people, and socialising with them without treading on their toes. I like to have my own space from time to time, as I'm sure most people do, and I'm not looking for a overly crazy party house. Looking for an unfurnished room. I have some other furniture (lounge, armchair and fridge) so ideally looking for somewhere with some space.
This happy, peaceful large single level brick home in beautiful leafy Brighton East has happy primary schools one block away on each side. I am looking for a respectable, tidy soul who pays rent and bills punctually. If this is yourself, you are most welcome!

Hello future housemate! Due to two of our housemates moving out to get their own place, we've now got a free room available in our share house. Moving in, you'll have the option to move into one of the following rooms (I'm in the smaller room, but I'd be happy to move into the bigger one if you'd like mine), - Room 1 ($700 or $780 for a couple per month): Large master bedroom, huge closet space and suitable for a couple. - Room 2 ($585 per month): Medium sized room and more than enough closet space for 1 person. Our place is a 1 minute walk to Patterson Station and a number of shops (cafes, groceries, butcher, fruit/veg market, bottleo, fast food and restaurants). The place is fully furnished, has air conditioning and all you would have to bring is your bed and whatever you would like in your room. If you have any furniture you'd like to contribute to the house, you'd be more than welcome to bring it! I'll upload some photos shortly.
Howdy, Pleasure to meet you, I'm Alex, a little bit about myself, I'm 29, was running my own share house for 5 years and know the drill, can provide rental history and refernces. I'm the quiet one that spends most of the time in his room. I respect the house and the people i live with. I'm An electrician working for a company called Miele and have had a stable job there for years. I can promise a decent housemate that doesn't have any issues paying on time and doesn't leave crap lying around the house. My only major thing i need back from the household is I do need space in a corner somewhere for a car to go under a tarp and be left alone, I do need a little bit of storage space too but nothing insane, mostly a couple of boxes. Thanks for your time, Let me know if you reckon I might fit in. Alex
Easy going mature minded individual that is considerate of others space and things. Enjoys cooking and the team effort of keeping the place tidy. The home I see as a place to recharge for the day ahead, some social interaction and time out. Tend to be more social out with friends than at home. Preference for unit style accommodation with some yard & Lug. Thanks, Sam
Hi, I am Bismeet kaur from India. I am coming to Australia to pursue Masters of Architecture from Monash university. I am a very jolly and polite person. I am always up for exploring the city, hanging out and making new friends. I love cooking and i am a vegetarian. I prefer to keep my surroundings neat and clean. I am very adjustable person and doesn't like to interfere in others life.
I am an easy going, chilled out and a sport and gaming fanatic person and looking for neat and tidy roommates to move in with.
I am a social person and pretty easy going. I respect people's space and privacy! And I love to keep house tidy and clean. I am a respecful person who can be in other's shoes. I have shared house with 3 males before! All of us really went along! Also I shared the unit ( 2 bedroom) with another male flatmate over half year! I always respected him.
Hey I'm Marcus, 26 years old, working in landscape construction. So I'm up early and usually in bed early during weeknights. I may have a nap after work because I can be a bit of a zombie. I like to keep fit outside of work also, so I gym, play soccer, or go off surfing with mates. I don't mind a drink or two, but I like more of a chilled night than a big crazy one. Hangovers aren't fun! On weekends when I don't have much on, you might find me venturing off on little roadtrips because I'm a bit of a traveller. I can also cook a really good lasagna! :)
Hi there, I'm from Singapore and my school is starting in May at Moorabbin Holmesglen. I currently living in Elsternwick working as an au pair thus I'm looking some place closer to school before school starts. I love fitness and water sports as well as music. I would like I'm easy to get along with and I like to keep my living space clean.
I'm an easy-going, level-headed type that will take care of myself and keep things tidy. I love cooking and plan to do so each night during the week, and I have a car that I want to park somewhere near the house. Looking for my own room, but happy to share bathrooms, kitchens etc. I'll be keen for drinks or a meal with housemates when I'm around, but I am comfortable doing my own thing when at home. I try to keep myself busy with sport, music and volunteering, but I will be around the place on weeknights and weekends. My preference would be for a place with a relaxed vibe. Thanks! EDIT - that photo is super zoomed and a little creepy, apologies! :)
I am a Bachelor of Primary Education student at ACU in Fitzroy, currently completing my 3rd/4th year (I'm an out of phase student). I have recently come back from a semester in New York and am now desperate for my independence back and to move on from the family nest. I am originally from Scotland (I have completely lost my accent though), before moving to Abu Dhabi and then Melbourne. My family and I have now lived in Melbourne for 11 years and became citizens about 5 years ago. I absolutely adore this city and all that it is. With that said, the travel bug has got me badly and I absolutely love exploring new places. I currently work at a homewares/gift store in McKinnon 2 days a week and am on the hunt for a second job that will also take up 2 days a week. My current Uni timetable is on another 2 days a week so that makes my week pretty full. In my spare time I take dance classes and go to the gym frequently. I enjoy cooking/baking, Netflix, going out for walks, eating brunch, socialising with friends and spending time with my boyfriend. If there's ever a costume party count on me to go full out, or I won't go at all. I've always been an independent and mature person meaning I often get mistaken for being much older than I actually am. I am clean, neat and tidy - a trait inherited from my Mum - but not to an excessive, annoying level! I like going out and having a good time but I am far from a party girl (my friends refer to me as the "mum" of the group...). I like to keep the home as a place to chill the majority of the time. I am very easy going and easy to talk to, as long as I don't get too excited and start speaking at a ridiculous speed. I'm looking for a positive, respectful environment where I can slot in nicely!
Hello there, I am a full time work-aholic as a Project Manager in Construction. Currently working in insurance construction for the past two years! Been in Melbourne last two years (originally from Sydney/Canberra) living mainly near the SE Suburbs (Malvern East & Chadstone). Looking relocate somewhere in the near vicinity of work in Oakleigh South. Fairly quiet during the week and generally head out on the weekends to catch a gig/show or venture around! Love weekend trips away visiting the family! I'm easy going, big heart, honest, clean and great with bills! I love music and the arts, that is my passion! I'm 34 years young, play guitar and program songs. I also enjoy sculpting, painting and I adore all animals. Hoping to find a place with happy fun vibes with those of a similar lifestyle preference!
Hey! I am a full time travel consultant and I am looking for a cool bunch of people to share a home with near work (Southland). I am super respectful of your space but also keen to socialise and be mates.
Clean and tidy, work full time during the week and some weekend work. Happy to be social and have a drink and dinner as a flat but also repect personal space etc. Generally not home weekends and enjoy sports(just getting into kiteboarding), I wakeboard and play soccer. Often out adventuring exploring the city and Vic and go home to NZ a few times a year. Also am a Kiwi so +/- points for that ;)
Hi, I’m a professional working full time in the Textiles/Fashion industry. I like sport, I play netball twice a week. I’m also a bit creative and enjoy drawing and sewing. I'm a pretty relaxed easy going person, who likes to have a chat (or watch a movie) and chill out in the evenings. I enjoy a good coffee and socialising. I'm looking for a place to call home, with similar age people.
Hi! I just moved to Melbourne for a new job! I'm super clean, friendly and love to chill out with some netflix, good food or keen to explore some cool pockets of the city! See ya soon!
Hi all, About myself: I am a professional engineer with Northern-European background, recently moved here to enjoy better climate and way of life. I am cool with most of people and believe diversity will enrich us. I have a more doer attitude than a thinker or chiller. My hobbies include motorcycles (racing, cruising, touring), cars, bicycling, poker, disc golf, electronics, music. My ideal share-house I would join or create: I would prefer a European/western style share house (not a racist, we'll just get along better with similar cultural background). With 4-5 comfy individual rooms (to have more company, some possibly for couples), with an possible extra room for friends/Couchsurfers to temporarily stay in. All for the diversity. Can be male and female mixed. All working professionals (no need to argue about expenditures in range of 10$). Should be a home to live and thrive, rather than cheap accommodation. A big friendly family to share evenings and weekends by choice rather requirement, as of living together. Of course if one needs private time, this should be ok too. Friends coming over in the weekend should be a norm, rather a unwanted exception. Going out together to explore the city and events. Preferably with a paid cleaning for common areas/gardening service (unless somebody is too keen to do gardening by themselves. I guess cleaning in not a hobby :) ). Location: I would prefer living in a reasonable distance from my workplace (Mulgrave, up to 10km radius). The house should have a easy and fast access to the city for both car and public transport, should be located in or near the center of a well established suburb (restaurants, bars, cafes, etc.). House: Preferably new built or freshly renovated. Modern style. Adequate heating and cooling in all areas. Living area: Big living area with comfy sofas and large TV/projector. Console(s), if you are interested. Movie server/Netflix box. Fast Internet and WiFi. Kitchen: Big open kitchen with all the required utensils and appliances(micro, oven, cooktop, grill, etc.). Should be simultaneously comfortably use-able by at least two persons. Shared meals, why not. Backyard: Some greenery, BBQ, large covered sitting/lounge area. Possibly hot tub or a pool. Garage: Double-car garage with all the tools for simple maintenance for cars and bikes ( I am a DIY-er). Although, the actual vehicles should stay outside (except bikes and bicycles). Possibly create a common area there with a pool table, sofas and a fridge for drinks. My current situation: I do not own much property except a motorbike, a bicycle and some tools, but I would be willing to invest to create this kind of atmosphere. Of course, first solution would be to get all the required inventory from Gumtree for a cheap price and upgrade whenever necessary. It might be possible for me to get some of the stuff from a friend (couches, beds, mattresses, pool table, kitchen equipment). If any of this rings a bell for you, give me a message or a text, let's get together over a beer and discuss the possible future. Cheers, Rait
About Myself: - 30 year old male originally from Mumbai, living in Melbourne for the past 4 years. - Working full time in the banking and finance industry - Extremely clean and tidy and love to keep the surrounding environment neat - Generally very reserved and don't party in the house, but love to share a drink or two during weekends. - Very courteous and respectful demeanor - Excellent credit history as rent and utilities have always been paid before time - Own a car
Hi there! I'm looking to be moved out by the end of February/start of March to either a room in an established sharehouse, or in a new sharehouse we create. Would definitely prefer a long term home, so at least 6 months if possible! I am a 17 year old gal (18 in April), I work in hospitality and am hoping to begin studying nursing within the year. I'm a big triple j fan, love a good Netflix/Stan binge, can cook a couple meals pretty well (am much better at eating), and most importantly am an easy going and respectful housemate! I have two (very cute) cats that will probably need to move with me, but don't worry they are outdoor cats 95% of the time - the other 5% would be in my bedroom for cuddles (or in the lounge room if you'd like some pats too!). So preferably they'd need some grassy area to hang out in, and unfortunately wouldn't mix too well with dogs but could be okay with other cats. My only preferences for housemates are that you are respectful of others and the house, like you'd want from anyone you're living with. In an ideal world, coming home to some chill people I can watch tv and hang out with would be awesome, but I also understand wanting some time to yourself after a long day/night. Thank you for reading all the way to the end and please message me if you have any questions or think we'd make good housemates!
I am looking for a place to live closer to uni whilst i complete my bachelor in Criminology. I keep to myself but also love to socialise and have a few drinks. When not studying or at uni, I am working so I wont be around the house too much but I am more than happy to socialise with housemates when I am there. I am very self sufficient and like to live in a clean and happy environment. I look forward to meeting you :)
Student at Monash, looking for a relaxed environment to live work and study. Can generally adapt to most living situations. Looking for pretty much anywhere on the East side of Melb with total rent+bills coming in under $200 pw
