All up, I am looking for somewhere easy going and friendly where I can basically mostly do my thing but also have some social atmosphere at home. Cheers big ears

Friendly and upbeat person. Up for a chat and sometimes sharing a meal with housemates or likewise happy doing my own thing independently. When I'm not working I like to relax with Pilates, go see friends and family or catch a movie. Looking for a household that is reasonably quiet.
I'm very clean, trustworthy and respectful. I'm an ex-corporate world worker now working on opening my own business, working part time in hospitality and studying nutrition (I have a Bachelors and Masters, this time doing a Diploma). I'm very health conscious, love nature and connecting with like minded individuals. I'm no longer a party animal, but enjoy the occasional red!
Hi guys! I'm Mel, I'm 28 years old and working full-time in mental health. I am going back to uni next year to do my Masters, so looking for somewhere not too far from public transport. I'm a laid-back, friendly person, and I enjoy living in a harmonious, clean environment. I like all the usual things; live gigs and music, going out, travelling, markets and cider. I enjoy living with a friendly group of people, and socialising with them without treading on their toes. I like to have my own space from time to time, as I'm sure most people do, and I'm not looking for a overly crazy party house. Looking for an unfurnished room. I have some other furniture (lounge, armchair and fridge) so ideally looking for somewhere with some space.
Friendly, happy, relaxed 29 year old who loves all things yoga, travelling and having my feet in the sand. I like to lead a balanced, healthy lifestyle and I feel this is reflected in my easy going and kind nature. I love a good giggle, and being around people who generate the same happy energy. I can't live without my morning coffee, music, and my yoga mat. Pretty much sums up my Saturday mornings. If you are likeminded and interested in creating a house to call home, let me know.
Hi, I'm an easy going relaxed male. I do a number of things that are creatively inspired, mainly behind the scenes as a project manager/producer. I also work in the women's footwear industry. Whilst my daily professional life out of the home is very people focused, therefore requiring me to be 'UP' all of the time, my home life is about being relaxed and taking time out, but don't get me wrong, a G &T from time to time wouldn't go a miss. Being clean, tidy and respectful of people's space is part of the course. My actions speak louder then words! I love the outdoors, especially being by rivers and lakes - It's the perfect escape from the concrete jungle!
I have 1 large bedroom available for rent. The house itself is an older style with lots of of charm and space. The room in the image is the one available however it is not furnished. It is the only room upstairs and has its own walk-in robe and ensuite so is virtually a private wing in itself. The room is fully air conditioned as is the rest of the house with lots of windows and light with curtains and blinds for privacy. I am a single mum with a dog a cat and 2 teenage boys, who alternate between their fathers and here but are generally pretty quiet when they are here as they are teenagers so don't leave their rooms except to eat LOL.... so am after a quiet professional or student to share from now until April next year and possibly longer depending how it works out. Close to bus lines and main roads, parks and lots of cafe's, restaurants etc all close by. The house is very secure and has video intercom & electric security gates for cars and people entry. Air ConditioningWalk In Robe

Hi, I'm Kate, a 29yr old student studying early childhood and primary teaching at Monash. I currently work in sports retail, which helps to pay the bills. I am clean, tidy, honest and relaxed.
Hello, I'm a professional working at TAFE, with a 15yr old son who stays with me fortnightly and has been for many year. Absolutely no dramas in my life, like my job and have a great relationship with my boy, his mum and all relations. I'm into Windsurfing, find a gym for winter and need to get out on my bike more. I'm a good cook and apply the 'You cook I do the dishes, I cook you do the dishes' rule, but am happy to do my own thing and clean up after myself as I would expect in return. I have shared for many year, always with girls some who have become great friends. I'm looking to save for a deposit, hence returning to the share world.
I'm a stonemason/sculptor working in Brighton. I work full time so I'm not at home much during the week and on the weekends I'm usually out doing this and that. I grew up in the The Dandinongs east of Melbourne. I'm nuts about books and music and I like to cook. I'm quiet, clean and friendly. I'm not a party animal but I like meeting new people.

This large, renovated 1920s/30s home has a very peaceful, calm and homely feel. Beautiful leafy outlooks from all the rooms and plenty of sunlight helps to create a little oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the every day. However, having said that there is still plenty to do in the area. The house is only a 20min walk to the beach!! and an 8min walk to Church st Brighton, which boasts great cafe's, restaurants, shops and a cinema. It's also only an 8-minute walk to the train station (Sandringham line). The city is only a 20min train ride away! You're close to Elwood and St Kilda but it's that little bit further out to be a bit calmer. Having just moved out of St Kilda myself, I'm really appreciating the tranquility of the area but also feeling more safe. The room available is very large, has polished floorboards, almost floor to ceiling windows that looks out onto the beautifully maintained garden and a brand-new IKEA wardrobe. Not to mention ducted heating (for the winter!), the house stays very cool in the summer. Plus, you only have to share the large, newly renovated bathroom with two other people. For minor emergencies the house's third toilet comes in handy ;) The house features a big living room with stunning leafy outlook, polished floorboards, ducted heating, very large bedrooms, 3 toilets, plenty of storage space, car port and a beautifully maintained garden. It also boasts a huge, ornate bath (if you like your baths :)) Sorry couples need not apply as we already have a couple in the house. Also, unfortunately the landlord specifies no pets allowed. We love them but unfortunately they're a no go.

Hi, I am a vet nurse and her pooch looking for a place to call home. Like my dog I'm a bit of a forever puppy, that being said I work hard and that includes longish hours 4 days a week. I'm 27 and live a pretty clean lifestyle apart from the cheeky cigarette at the end of the day. I'm not apposed to hanging out/a movie marathon with a glass of wine/beer or whatever, but also more than happy to entertain myself if you are more on the private side. My dog 4yo dog absolutely adores people, he is a big boy so that may not be everybody's cup of tea but he will do his utmost to make you fall in love with him (It's not hard), don't worry though he knows he's not a lap dog! I am very open minded and accepting and looking to share a home with like minded people. I'm looking at a 4 month minimum stay, but could definitely do a long term stay depending on how suitable the situation is. I am looking for a place to call home.

The home I see as a place to recharge for the day ahead, some social interaction and time out. Tend to be more social out with friends than at home. Preference for unit style accommodation with some yard & Lug. Thanks, Sam
Hi! I just moved to Melbourne for a new job! I'm super clean, friendly and love to chill out with some netflix, good food or keen to explore some cool pockets of the city! See ya soon!
Hi all, About myself: I am a professional engineer with Northern-European background, recently moved here to enjoy better climate and way of life. I am cool with most of people and believe diversity will enrich us. I have a more doer attitude than a thinker or chiller. My hobbies include motorcycles (racing, cruising, touring), cars, bicycling, poker, disc golf, electronics, music. My ideal share-house I would join or create: I would prefer a European/western style share house (not a racist, we'll just get along better with similar cultural background). With 4-5 comfy individual rooms (to have more company, some possibly for couples), with an possible extra room for friends/Couchsurfers to temporarily stay in. All for the diversity. Can be male and female mixed. All working professionals (no need to argue about expenditures in range of 10$). Should be a home to live and thrive, rather than cheap accommodation. A big friendly family to share evenings and weekends by choice rather requirement, as of living together. Of course if one needs private time, this should be ok too. Friends coming over in the weekend should be a norm, rather a unwanted exception. Going out together to explore the city and events. Preferably with a paid cleaning for common areas/gardening service (unless somebody is too keen to do gardening by themselves. I guess cleaning in not a hobby :) ). Location: I would prefer living in a reasonable distance from my workplace (Mulgrave, up to 10km radius). The house should have a easy and fast access to the city for both car and public transport, should be located in or near the center of a well established suburb (restaurants, bars, cafes, etc.). House: Preferably new built or freshly renovated. Modern style. Adequate heating and cooling in all areas. Living area: Big living area with comfy sofas and large TV/projector. Console(s), if you are interested. Movie server/Netflix box. Fast Internet and WiFi. Kitchen: Big open kitchen with all the required utensils and appliances(micro, oven, cooktop, grill, etc.). Should be simultaneously comfortably use-able by at least two persons. Shared meals, why not. Backyard: Some greenery, BBQ, large covered sitting/lounge area. Possibly hot tub or a pool. Garage: Double-car garage with all the tools for simple maintenance for cars and bikes ( I am a DIY-er). Although, the actual vehicles should stay outside (except bikes and bicycles). Possibly create a common area there with a pool table, sofas and a fridge for drinks. My current situation: I do not own much property except a motorbike, a bicycle and some tools, but I would be willing to invest to create this kind of atmosphere. Of course, first solution would be to get all the required inventory from Gumtree for a cheap price and upgrade whenever necessary. It might be possible for me to get some of the stuff from a friend (couches, beds, mattresses, pool table, kitchen equipment). If any of this rings a bell for you, give me a message or a text, let's get together over a beer and discuss the possible future. Cheers, Rait
Very easy going person, I love to go out and have fun! I do enjoy my private space and respectful when it comes to other people's privacy and space. I am a clean person, also clean up after myself. I would love to move into a house with friendly & chatty housemates who like to spend some time together.
