Preferably with a paid cleaning for common areas/gardening service (unless somebody is too keen to do gardening by themselves. I guess cleaning in not a hobby :) ). The house should have a easy and fast access to the city for both car and public transport, should be located in or near the center of a well established suburb (restaurants, bars, cafes, etc.). House: Preferably new built or freshly renovated. Modern style. Adequate heating and cooling in all areas. Living area: Big living area with comfy sofas and large TV/projector. Console(s), if you are interested. Movie server/Netflix box. Fast Internet and WiFi. Kitchen: Big open kitchen with all the required utensils and appliances(micro, oven, cooktop, grill, etc.). Should be simultaneously comfortably use-able by at least two persons. Shared meals, why not. Backyard: Some greenery, BBQ, large covered sitting/lounge area. Possibly hot tub or a pool. My name is Mike Pemberton, I am 63 and a retired Business Person from Corporates. I have just returned to Melbourne. I am generally quiet and studious in nature and also mix easily because of my Managerial Roles in the past managing up to 250 people across Asia at different times in Business Management Consulting. My general interests are Films, Books and People. I have a small part-time on-line business I am engaged in on a daily basis as this is now my focus. I have very strong personal interests in Aviation and Space having been a Skydive Instructor and Private Pilot (1600+ hours) but that is all in the past now. But it did forge my character ! I have a young son 14 I like to have stay with me once a week for a couple of days max but that's all - he is mature and a solid 6'3" and good fun. I am also very happy single.
