Hi, My name's Juliette. I'm 24 work part time in Melbourne CBD and have a two year old dog named Lola. I have grown up mostly in Melbourne but also lived overseas when I was younger. I love going to the movies, live music and going for adventurous walks with my dog. I'm friendly and get along with most people pretty much instantly :) I'm not a huge party girl but I do enjoy having dinner and a few drinks with my friends occasionally. I happily keep to myself most of the time but I'll always be up for a chat when you need.

Hi guys, a bit about us: Jing - Mid 20's, working full time in Funds Management, enjoys cooking good food and eating good food (of course, that's the whole point of cooking right); also trying to get in free cardio by cycling to and from work. Kelly - Mid 20's, full time Masters student, also works part time as a freelance writer. She is a really good Chef (Trust me I have pretty high standards when it comes to food), and enjoys dragging Jing around doing various things outdoors. About the place: Looking for a place in the east or south east and within 15kms of Melbourne CBD. Would like a master bedroom with own Ensuite and walk in robe. Most important thing for us is Cleanliness, applies double for the Kitchen. Common sense and respect are also very nice qualifies to have in house mates; we are always happy to make new friends as long as everyone also tries to consider others as well as themselves.
I work part-time and am also a part-time student at Monash. I enjoy keeping fit and healthy. I play a bit of social netball and am currently enjoying F45 as well. I’m not a crazy neat freak, but I do like to keep the house neat and tidy. I'm not a party-animal either, but I do love socialising at bars, and I'm a big fan of brunch, because breakfast food is the best food...

I'm a 28yo chick who has spent the last few years studying nursing in Ballarat (so I don't mind the cold and have a fairly good sense of humor) but I am flying into the city life and full time work in Caulfield South. Studying nursing full time hasn't left much time or money for hobbies lately but I'm a bit crafty (think crochet and watercolour painting) and love to ride my mountain bike and head off camping. My most prized item is my guitar that I still can do no more than strum a few on but love no less. I am fully house trained and love the idea of sharing an occasional meal, though neither of my current house-mates can cook so it's not been a thing in this house. Looking forward to hearing from you!
I'm a hard worker who always needs to productive in doing something. I work in Bar and Gaming and I'm studying at University. I'm from Melbourne and I like to save money so I can go overseas with my friends.
Hi I'm Sarah. I'm a biomedicine student and I have regular clients in tutoring and child care. I like doing yoga, pottery, running and being social. I also like getting out of town, going down the coast or heading into the bush. I'm friendly, easy-going, respectful and considerate.
Friendly and upbeat person. Up for a chat and sometimes sharing a meal with housemates or likewise happy doing my own thing independently. When I'm not working I like to relax with Pilates, go see friends and family or catch a movie. Looking for a household that is reasonably quiet.
Hey prospective housemates, Rod Hill is my name & I own a lovely house in Brighton. I am looking for a tidy & mature female tenant. The house was totally renovated 4 years ago. It is not a party house but I love red wine! I am a laid back sport teacher so please get in touch & come see my house!Off street parking
This large, renovated 1920s/30s home has a very peaceful, calm and homely feel. Beautiful leafy outlooks from all the rooms and plenty of sunlight helps to create a little oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the every day. However, having said that there is still plenty to do in the area. The house is only a 20min walk to the beach!! and an 8min walk to Church st Brighton, which boasts great cafe's, restaurants, shops and a cinema. It's also only an 8-minute walk to the train station (Sandringham line). The city is only a 20min train ride away! You're close to Elwood and St Kilda but it's that little bit further out to be a bit calmer. Having just moved out of St Kilda myself, I'm really appreciating the tranquility of the area but also feeling more safe. The room available is very large, has polished floorboards, almost floor to ceiling windows that looks out onto the beautifully maintained garden and a brand-new IKEA wardrobe. Not to mention ducted heating (for the winter!), the house stays very cool in the summer. Plus, you only have to share the large, newly renovated bathroom with one other person :) The house features a big living room with stunning leafy outlook, polished floorboards, ducted heating, very large bedrooms, 3 toilets, plenty of storage space, car port and a beautifully maintained garden. It also boasts a huge, ornate bath (if you like your baths :)) Please note: The room can come fully furnished with a double bed, double mattress, bed side table, chest of draws and desk or can be unfurnished (except for the wardrobe). If you would like the room furnished it will be an extra $10 per week, so $250 pw. Also, unfortunately the landlord specifies no pets allowed. We love them but unfortunately they're a no go.

Hi! We are a group of girls who met in Sydney and have become great friends. We've moved to Melbourne to settle for a few months and would ideally just love to unpack our stuff after living in hostels for 3 months! We range from 21 years of age to 23, and come from England and Northern Ireland. We're all very friendly with great senses of humour and enjoy the odd alcohol beverage, but we also love to stay in and chill out. We can all cook and take pride in being neat and tidy, and are also very respectful of each other and those around us. If you would like to know more, please don't hesitate to ask! Hope to hear from you soon, Samantha, Courtney and Carol
Hi, I work full time in Moorabbin, generally leaving home at 8am getting home after 7pm. I am generally pretty busy catching up with friends and exercising. On the weekends I usually head out with friends, but stay in every now and then. Always up for a chat, but enjoy my personal space. I am a tidy and reliable person. Non smoker, no pets. If you have any other questions feel free to ask me. Ree
I am a down to earth, friendly, reliable and clean guy (non-smoker) who has a full-time job in engineering, and enjoys doing various sports and activities at his spare time, crossfit, soccer, cycling. I'm looking for a room (preferably furnished) in St Kilda, South Yarra or surrounding areas
I'm Melinda and I work as a Nurse. I'm easy going and friendly. Currently looking for a room to rent (incl utility bills)
Clean and tidy, work full time during the week and some weekend work. Happy to be social and have a drink and dinner as a flat but also repect personal space etc. Generally not home weekends and enjoy sports(just getting into kiteboarding), I wakeboard and play soccer. Often out adventuring exploring the city and Vic and go home to NZ a few times a year. Also am a Kiwi so +/- points for that ;)
Hi I'm Stacey, 22 - moving to Melbourne late January & currently looking for a share house. I am very easy to get along with - friendly, outgoing & have a good sense of humour. I'm neat & tidy, love to keep fit & healthy & enjoying cooking. In my free time I like to explore the outdoors & I'm always eager to try the latest trendy cafe or pop-up bar. Although I do love to socialise, I often find myself stuck on the couch watching OffSpring enjoying a glass of wine... or two! If think we would get along well then I would love to hear from you! :)
Im 21 years old, working full time and part time and studying part time. I'm a quiet person who enjoys time alone so I won't bother you too much! I enjoy hitting up the bars after work (I work on Chapel St) and studying in my downtime. I'm a neat person who loves fashion.
Hello! I am a nursing student and usually work in health/cosmetic medicine or temp in offices (until degree is finished). I need a house with a yard with grass. I am making the move from Syd where I have held a lease for years and had my mix of good and bad flatmates. I don't really want the hassle of managing a house and flatmates on my own anymore. I have a house full of cool antique and vintage furniture in storage which can come with me or stay there. I am a good person to live with. I take quick showers, bathroom is tidy after I use it. If I cook I wash and dry same night, wipe down and no food in sink! I empty bins, tidy as I go etc. I keep to myself but can be chatty if you feel like it. I have a very good sense of humour. I come with two quiet dogs. I don't have people over or make noise. All my flatmates have loved my dogs. They would need a corner in a living room for their day beds or a really large bedroom so they could have beds in there. Believe me they sleep a lot. One is a greyhound and one is a mix. No barking, very good in the house. May raid bins if given access, so they have to be supervised if kitchen is open or bins on floor. Never any accidents in house. They don't smell doggy as regularly cleaned. A covered area in back yard or access to a garage would be needed for when I am at work so they can be dry and warm. I am extremely responsible and hard working so all bills and rent are paid on time every time and my dogs have the best of care and no responsibility is on anyone else in house to care for them. I have lived with 19 year olds up to mid 50's. I do Taekwondo and weights. My two best friends live in Yarraville. I love being busy and in my downtime I watch good drama or home Reno shows :) I like to eat out as well. I have been known to down G&T's or champagne and come home drunk once in a while after dancing all night, but that is rare these days, I lean to the left in my politics and would probably like a house that recycles etc..
Hi I'm Luke Todd, I have been working full time in Melbourne for the past 12 months after finishing studying the year before. I have just recently accepted a new role at a different company that will have me working in the south eastern suburbs. I work as a construction manager for a residential builder. Now I have decided to look for a room to rent, either long term or short term as I need to find a place as soon as possible. As I am currently renting in the northern suburbs as thats where I was working. I am a very independent person, who is also very clean and easy to get along with, I am also a very social person and enjoy to spend my weekends out and about catching up with friends. I enjoy my sport and fitness, so if I'm not busy working ill be either out running or going to the gym. Hopefully I'm an applicant your looking for and your able to offer me a room to rent.

Hello there, I am a full time work-aholic as a Project Manager in Construction. Currently working in insurance construction for the past two years! Been in Melbourne last two years (originally from Sydney/Canberra) living mainly near the SE Suburbs (Malvern East & Chadstone). Looking relocate somewhere in the near vicinity of work in Oakleigh South. Fairly quiet during the week and generally head out on the weekends to catch a gig/show or venture around! Love weekend trips away visiting the family! I'm easy going, big heart, honest, clean and great with bills! I love music and the arts, that is my passion! I'm 34 years young, play guitar and program songs. I also enjoy sculpting, painting and I adore all animals. Hoping to find a place with happy fun vibes with those of a similar lifestyle preference!
I love to socialise with my housemates in my spare time and also respect the needs of the house and other housemates. I love to listen to music, watch a movie, go out to dinner, walk along the beach or play a board game in my spare time! Work full time as a manager at a local pub, free drinks anyone? 😊
Hi all, About myself: I am a professional engineer with Northern-European background, recently moved here to enjoy better climate and way of life. I am cool with most of people and believe diversity will enrich us. I have a more doer attitude than a thinker or chiller. My hobbies include motorcycles (racing, cruising, touring), cars, bicycling, poker, disc golf, electronics, music. My ideal share-house I would join or create: I would prefer a European/western style share house (not a racist, we'll just get along better with similar cultural background). With 4-5 comfy individual rooms (to have more company, some possibly for couples), with an possible extra room for friends/Couchsurfers to temporarily stay in. All for the diversity. Can be male and female mixed. All working professionals (no need to argue about expenditures in range of 10$). Should be a home to live and thrive, rather than cheap accommodation. A big friendly family to share evenings and weekends by choice rather requirement, as of living together. Of course if one needs private time, this should be ok too. Friends coming over in the weekend should be a norm, rather a unwanted exception. Going out together to explore the city and events. Preferably with a paid cleaning for common areas/gardening service (unless somebody is too keen to do gardening by themselves. I guess cleaning in not a hobby :) ). Location: I would prefer living in a reasonable distance from my workplace (Mulgrave, up to 10km radius). The house should have a easy and fast access to the city for both car and public transport, should be located in or near the center of a well established suburb (restaurants, bars, cafes, etc.). House: Preferably new built or freshly renovated. Modern style. Adequate heating and cooling in all areas. Living area: Big living area with comfy sofas and large TV/projector. Console(s), if you are interested. Movie server/Netflix box. Fast Internet and WiFi. Kitchen: Big open kitchen with all the required utensils and appliances(micro, oven, cooktop, grill, etc.). Should be simultaneously comfortably use-able by at least two persons. Shared meals, why not. Backyard: Some greenery, BBQ, large covered sitting/lounge area. Possibly hot tub or a pool. Garage: Double-car garage with all the tools for simple maintenance for cars and bikes ( I am a DIY-er). Although, the actual vehicles should stay outside (except bikes and bicycles). Possibly create a common area there with a pool table, sofas and a fridge for drinks. My current situation: I do not own much property except a motorbike, a bicycle and some tools, but I would be willing to invest to create this kind of atmosphere. Of course, first solution would be to get all the required inventory from Gumtree for a cheap price and upgrade whenever necessary. It might be possible for me to get some of the stuff from a friend (couches, beds, mattresses, pool table, kitchen equipment). If any of this rings a bell for you, give me a message or a text, let's get together over a beer and discuss the possible future. Cheers, Rait
Hi! I just moved to Melbourne for a new job! I'm super clean, friendly and love to chill out with some netflix, good food or keen to explore some cool pockets of the city! See ya soon!
Hello, I'm Charmaine! I'm a PhD student at Monash University, so I work weird hours. I also work part time as a TA and RA. I'm hoping to live with someone I can be friends with, but will also respect my privacy. I love playing board games, discussing theories about my favourite books and TV shows and cake. I also love cooking and feeding people!
Hi, I am a vet nurse and her pooch looking for a place to call home. Like my dog I'm a bit of a forever puppy, that being said I work hard and that includes longish hours 4 days a week. I'm 27 and live a pretty clean lifestyle apart from the cheeky cigarette at the end of the day. I'm not apposed to hanging out/a movie marathon with a glass of wine/beer or whatever, but also more than happy to entertain myself if you are more on the private side. My dog 4yo dog absolutely adores people, he is a big boy so that may not be everybody's cup of tea but he will do his utmost to make you fall in love with him (It's not hard), don't worry though he knows he's not a lap dog! I am very open minded and accepting and looking to share a home with like minded people. I'm looking at a 4 month minimum stay, but could definitely do a long term stay depending on how suitable the situation is. I am looking for a place to call home.
Originally from Perth, I'm currently studying teaching at Monash. I'm a quiet, low-key person at home, and when I'm not studying, I'm either baking or watching the footy. I've been living in a 4-person share house this year and definitely appreciate the need to be quiet, clean and tidy!
My name is Amy and my dog’s name is Gizmo. We are looking for a friendly, tranquil, animal loving share-house to settle into. I am 37 and currently work full time during the day (Monday – Friday). I am returning to study next year (Teaching Masters at Monash) and will be working part-time - receiving Austudy/Rent assistance from Centrelink. I enjoy Yoga, walking with Gizmo, reading, cooking, watching movies/t.v shows and catching up with family and friends. I’m looking for a furnished house with an unfurnished queen size bedroom. If possible I'd like my own bathroom, but would be ok to share with one other person. Non-smoking house please, this also includes outside. Gizmo is a Cavalier X Tibetan Spaniel (small/medium dog) who is predominantly indoors, but has access to an enclosed yard via a doggy door at the moment. He is fed in my room and sleeps with me at night. He is toilet trained, has a loving and social nature and doesn't bark much. I also take very good care of his hygiene so our house would never smell of dog. I'm a creative soul who loves music and theatre and will often randomly sing and dance around the house. I have an electric keyboard that I like to play occasionally as well. I’m happy to spend time socialising with my housemates, but also appreciate my alone time - it’s all about balance. Please feel free to contact me if you have a place you'd like me to consider, thanks :)
I am currently living with a couple of mates in Glen Iris but the lease runs out mid Jan! I work pretty long hours but always enjoy a drink or a night out. Very easy to live with, clean and tidy and love cooking when i have time. Not too sure how this thing works but lets see what happens! If needed i have fridges, washing machine and a full kitchen full of cooking/eating gear.
Hi I'm Bella (intl - S.A) and I'm looking for a place to stay with my partner, Jim. We work part-time and study full time. Saying that, we don't really have a lot of free time, but when we do, we just like to take it easy, such as watching a movie or just chilling with friends/house mates. We're looking for some where unfurnished, as we already have bedroom furniture. Not really party crazy kind of person, but we're more than happy to have dinner or chill out with a board game or two with you or binge watch a series to two. We're clean, responsible, and easy going :)
I'm a Monash University student and I work part-time as a tutor (both at a tutoring center for stable income and as a private tutor for extra cash). I am quiet but still sociable and easy to get along with. Most of the time, I will be out for uni or at work. I am a very neat and tidy person.
