Close to Brighton esplanade! The train station is really close too, neighbors are very friendly, & is a quiet area. Has a bath, balcony and lots of natural light. Internet is unlimited $30 per month. The room has some bed side tables and lamps, however you'll need to bring your own bed. The flat has got all crockery and cooking ware, with a large fridge and a dishwasher. Believed to be cat friendly as neighbors have cats, I'd also love living with a furry friend.
I'm Hayley! A full time Tourism student and a part time hospitality worker. I have just spent the past 6 months in the Netherlands on a student exchange and now I'm looking to move back to Adelaide to complete my studies. I love adventure and travelling, I don't mind a drink and a boogie as well. Positive thinker, clean and a chatterbox
Hey! I am a Flinders University student studying full time, as well working part time at Hungry Jacks. I enjoy hanging out with friends as well as having quiet time to study. I am easy to get along with, clean and respecting of others privacy.
I'm a casual relief teacher (but get work most weekdays), along with working on some online ventures. Also a keen soccer player and enjoy going out having a few drinks on the weekend. Very respectful, and introverted at times, so definitely not the loud and annoying type many of you dread getting stuck with :)
Female looking to teamup with another one or two persons or couple which can also include another person to find a decent sized modern house for housesharing and splitting the bills. Looking for permanent accommodation lease at least a year and beyond. Listed some areas but any areas are acceptable but preferably closer than further from CBD. Enjoy music, around the world cooking and will contribute to maintaining a clean house.
Cameron, 24, site engineer (large hours) keen for somewhere modern close to social areas like Glenelg, Brighton or Henley beach. Would like to have flatmates of a similar age, Go away regularly but also keen to have a few drinks with housemates on weekends.
Hi guys how are we all? So I have just moved to Adelaide and I'm looking for a place to stay for 6 - 12 months maybe longer if I find the right place. So at the moment I'm looking for work but I'm on centrelink so paying rent is not an issue, I always pay rent on time, I cook and I clean and I'm very respectful of people's property and space.
1. Like to keep things tidy 2. I'm working and studying at the moment 3. Have a small, very well behaved dog
My name is Oli, I'm 21, and I'm studying a Bachelor of Creative Arts (Honours) and editing a magazine. I am trans so Housemates need to be LGBT friendly. I have a therapy cat, Asparagus, who is house-trained and quiet so long as I remember to feed her :) I prefer to keep to myself and I'm fairly tidy and happy to share cleaning duties etc.
I'm an easy going, tidy and easy to get along with girl who loves hitting the gym, walking and swimming at the beach (basically loves anything to do with the nature), reading books, making new friends but also being mindful of people's personal space. I always pay rent and all bills on time and has had experience of living in a share house before. I'm not much of a party girl and prefer board game nights to going clubbing anytime so am looking for likeminded people haha. I've been vegetarian my whole life, am quite environmental and interested in world issues. Likes a house with some character (including the housemates) but not too fussed just as long as the atmosphere is friendly and comfortable! I'm very open minded and accepting! Loves animals!! After renting all of last year I moved back home for the summer holidays (south of Adelaide) but am going into second year uni studying a bachelor of music, which is why I'm needing to move out again! :)
Hello! Relocating from Hobart for full-time work. I’m an organised person that enjoys socialising and meeting new people. I also enjoy a bit of peace and quiet and going for walks and swimming so I won’t be someone to forever be in your space. I have two dogs who are being cared for elsewhere until I can find a rental for myself and them so ideally, I’d like to find my own property within two months. I work at Westfield Marion so something within 30 minutes walk or public transport would be ideal.
Hi, I'm Decklan. I'm currently in my second year of uni (Bachelor of Education) and am looking for a room or one bedroom apartment/granny flat. I've lived in share houses for two years now, and have references if required. Ideally around $150-$180 or $200 including bills per week would be where my budget is. Non-smoker, no pets, no children. A little about me: Traveling and family is a big part of my life, I speak proficient German and have always loved immersing myself in different cultures. I consider myself a respectful, laid-back and caring person who takes his study quite seriously. In my spare time I will usually be at the beach with friends, at the local pub or found with my face in a book in a cafe somewhere. I've never been into night clubbing, so you won't have to worry about loud nights and strangers hanging around. I'm also in a 3 year relationship with my girlfriend, so even less to stress about. Ideally I'd love a place where I can set up my desk and a place where I feel at home. Where my family and friends can come and say hello, and ultimately, a place where we get along. Kind regards, Decklan
chilled, funny, active, clean and tidy. Love to socialise and cook but also respectful of when myself and others need downtime and their own space.
I'm fun and easy going but also like to have a tidy living quarters! I'm 30, single, work in a hospital and am studying Animal Behaviour at flinders uni. Bonus points if you have a dog 🐶😊 Looking for somewhere that fits my lifestyle, ideally near the beach, near flinders and near the city. I would prefer my own bathroom as I can be quite a private person but also very sociable in the right circumstances.
looking for a place to stay for 2018, would love to be near the beach. I'm real big on lifestyle, a good wine, reading, podcasts and my fitness. Very tidy and respectable of other peoples space, I'm very low key, studying and working :) P.s i love good in depth conversation of all sorts
Friendly, respectful and fun loving guy. Very laidback and open minded. I have a full time position working 9-5 Monday to Friday for Disability SA. I’m originally from the country but I’ve been renting in Adelaide for the past 7 years. Im very easy to live with, the only catch is I do have a cat (Gravel) he is very well house trained and extremely friendly, cute as a button also if I do say so myself. My current lease runs out at the end of March and I am hoping to be able to team up with someone to then explore further rental opportunity’s.
I am Esme and my partner is Maxwell. We are currently both studying at Flinders university. I am studying Psychology and he is studying Information Technology. We are looking for a place to live this year near to Flinders University and preferably in the Adelaide Hills. We would ultimately love to live in Hawthorndene, Blackwood, Eden Hills and surrounding areas. We are seeking a private unit, granny flat, apartment or bachelor pad. We are available to move in straight away! We are tidy, quiet, and both work part time at cafes in the hills and are supported by Centrelink. We love to cook, walk in nature, socialise, play board games, read and travel. We have spent time in Europe and Asia living with many different people whilst volunteering. We have rental references from previous houses which we can share with you. Please let us know if you have something that might interest us. We are happy to consider lots of areas. Thank you so much, we look forward to meeting you!
My name is Ben and I'll start learning at Flinders University in late Feb 2018. I'm an independent, discreet guy at my 20s who also enjoys cooking, reading, watching movies and sharing life experience with one another. Now I'm ready to start a new life in Adelaide!
Hi, I pretty easygoing and laid back. Im social but at the same time I respect others privacy and personal space and hope to receive it In return. I work part time and have only recently arrived back in Adelaide after spending some time in Toowoomba, Queensland. Since returning I've pretty much been staying with friends and relies but don't want to wear out my welcome. I'd prefer a room with ensure or own bathroom but also understand that beggars can't be choosers. I have a middle aged cat that will be moving with me so a cat friendly place would be ideal.
