Hi potential housemate(s) or landlord, ideally I'm interested in a unit which only has two bedrooms with whether two bathrooms or just one is all good. And hopefully it will be located in belconnen, however, in saying that I don't mind if it's in Bruce, gungahln, wright, coombs, marquarrie, aranda. I am really easy going and laid back, most days I'll keep to myself as I do bit of study after my full time work. However, I'm always up for a chat. If the potential property and people allow, I would love to have a husky puppy that I have been crazy about for ages (so exciting)!!! Thank you for your time to read my ad and hopefully I will find my new place soon. :D
Currently at the ANU finishing off my Masters of clin psych (I can't read minds ... yet). I'd describe myself as fun, easy going and friendly. I love travel, meeting new people and talking to others about their experiences. In my free time I love hiking, reading, hanging with friends or just chilling with some tea on a winters day.
Im looking for a long term flatmate for a room in a new two bedroom unit in Duffy. Duffy boasts quiet suburban living close to the City, Kingston (no more than 20min in peak hour traffic) and 10min from Woden. It's also riding/walking distance to Stromlo Forest Park and other nature trails. Directly next to a convenience store, cafe, post office and bus stop. Comfortable unit with many mod cons – fully ducted aircon/heating, dishwasher, washing machine. Plenty of off street parking available. North facing balcony with park outlook. House is furnished (except the second bedroom, but I'd be happy to provide bed and nightstand on request). Built in wardrobe, block out curtains and I have an ensuite so you will have the main bathroom which has a bath to yourself (apart from the occasional visitor). Available to move in around 10th May. $250 a week, included unlimited NBN and reasonable use of electricity. If you absolutely needed to move in before 10th May, I could help arrange a temporary place until then. :)
The house is in a great location, it's only a 15 minute drive to Kingston, a 10 minute drive to the city and a five minute drive to Woden. The house is a new three-bedroom, fully furnished, two-storey townhouse. The room for rent is spacious (roughly 3.6m x 3.15m) and includes a large built-in-robe and own air-conditioning/heating unit. You will have your own master bathroom, which includes a sizeable tub. Also included in the rent is an underground carpark and unlimited NBN internet. The electricity and gas bills are not included in the rent, they will be split between two.
Wright is a newly developed and central suburb in Canberra. This listing is for a bedroom in a brand new development. Currently no pictures of the apartment/room on the inside, as its not yet completed. (Should be finished in early/mid May). Wright is a perfect location, only between a 5-15min drive to all the main shopping centres such as Woden, the City and Belconnen. The apartment is a 2 bedroom place, and it will be fully furnished, aside from your bedroom. It is approximately 3.1m x 3.1m, with a built robe. You will have have the use of the main bathroom. There is also an ensuite, so the main will essentially be all yours! The apartment has a balcony with great views. You will also have your own underground car space, which is included in the cost. Apologies but no pets or persons who smoke please. Sorry!
I work as an IT project manager for Hewlett Packard. I am a generally busy person always out doing something or at the gym but I also don't mind a quiet night a home chilling out, I'm tidy and not really into partying but enjoy a drink every now and then. I am pretty easy going and easy to talk to but I also like my personal space :)
My name is Latifa. I have a full time job working in the Defense sector and need a place to share for min 6-9 months. I am clean, tidy and quiet and respectful of others. Non smoker. I am relocating to Canberra 2nd week of May. I have temporary accommodation sorted, so looking for a share house with long term potential. Happy to provide character references from colleagues and friends in Perth as well as a work colleague from Canberra.

You'll be moving into a brand new townhouse in a beautiful suburb. Your room has a built-in closet, you'll have the main bathroom for yourself, and off street parking. There is also free space in the third bedroom for use as a study etc. You can take a virtual tour of the floor plan here: http://horizonatcoombs.com.au/. The house is close to a bus stop, is 3.5 km from the lake and 8.7 km from the city. Coombs is nestled between the popular Cotter dam picnicking site and the Stromlo forest/Arboretum. It has lovely running tracks throughout.

Hi all. I'm a 24 year old guy who recently picked up a job with the ACT Government and am moving to Canberra from Darwin. I'm hoping to move in with people roughly my age to help kickstart my new life in the Bush Capital. I'm a fairly quiet person, but enjoy having a few drinks with good friends and love cooking. Aside from cooking, I also enjoy gaming and I play bass guitar (I practice without an amp, so you don't need to worry about noise!). I also have a deep love for ice skating and ice hockey, which I played when I lived in Adelaide for university. If you're looking for a quiet, respectful and friendly housemate that can whip up a mean feed, I hope to get in contact with you and organise a time to move in. Cheers
I'm an Educator studying to be a Teacher. Extremely neat and tidy. I live a busy schedule and like alone time every now and then, but love to socialise so I am more than happy to have dinner and hang out with housemates where ever possible. :)
Clean and neat freak, work full time. During the week I come home from work, then go to the gym, home, cook, shower, chill out then sleep, at the weekends I like to gym, hang out with friends and occasionally go out for a drink. I'm a non smoker, always have been and I like dogs so I wouldn't mind moving into a place that has one :)
