Hey guys we have a nice group of people who are good to socialise with and enjoy each others company. The house has been renovated the house has a tiled living room open plan and comes furnished. The room has its own en-suit, and open directly onto the back yard, and is separate from the others in the house. There's a huge back yard, fire pit, veggie patch, you are welcome to use for your own planting, and a couple chickens. Scott takes care of the yard maintenance. Its 5 min walk to Saturday/ Sunday fresh food markets and shops. M/F welcome. Public transport is in walking distance, train line goes to town and the gold coast. You will share with 2M/ 1F, (Griffith students also working P/T and owner driver) who have been living together for a year already with good vibes. We each pay direct to him so there's no financial management needed between each other. We are looking for people under 35ish, who are looking for a home for a while, where house mates will also be friends. (Its not a party house though.) It might suit local workers, students or someone new to town looking for cheap accommodation. If you fit the bill we would love to here from you - text Scott his number is in the link.

Looking for the range of $130-$200 pw inclusive of bills would be perfect for me!

Hey Guys :) I'm 25 years old and moving from Germany to Brisbane for my PhD at Griffith (I did already an internship there, so i'm not completely new ;) ). I'd like to have relaxing time with my housmates with a glas of wine or a beer. To go out here and there sounds also not to bad :D. But I also want to have my private time. I'm pretty uncomplicated and bring some cooking experience ;) I would prefer a half furnished room, means with a bed and wardrobe. So everything else is not necessary. Certainly, I'm full-time working but also like some weekend trips if there is a chance. Just contact me if you have a free room and if you are up for more then limited purpose of sharing a flat, but to socialise too :) And I would also like to find some people in my age to make some friends. I'm also in to start a new share house together. Cheers, Eva
