I'm a professional working full time. I'm very flexible on move date but will have minimal furniture initially due to my recent living arrangements (outside of a mattress and desk, situation permitting). Not a messy person, and won't leave the kitchen in a unkempt state (who likes cooking in a dirty kitchen?). I clean up after myself and am more than happy to be a friendly, social roommate, however like everyone I do enjoy private time. I also keep a fairly active lifestyle (running, cycling, etc). Most of the time, anyway :) Ideally I need at least room for a desk with a PC and books etc., on top of regular storage. I also have a car, motorbike and two bikes (pedal power) that will need to go somewhere relatively safe. Preferably two other roommates max, and a place with more than one bathroom. I am pretty relaxed sort of person I am into sports and play football (GAA) with teams in Brisbane. I am pretty tidy and clean up after myself. I wouldn't be a huge party person just the odd sociables at the weekends and the likes. I don't smoke. I do enjoy doing things and would be up for doing activities and trips and things like that.

Other quick info: - Transport to and from the city is easy, less than 800m to the train station, main bus lines, only about a $15-20 Uber away. - Moorooka Woolworths is just up the road, as well as a few gyms, Yeronga Pool, Toohey Forest and plenty of other places just 6 minutes or less away. - We deal directly with the owners (and they're great!) - The house has air conditioning for those situations when it's really just too much to deal with. This is a bright airy bedroom located in the quiet suburb of Yeerongpilly. It is in a super convenient location with the train station just around the corner. A 5-minute train ride will take you to the University of Queensland. Southbank and the Brisbane CBD are also a short train ride away. For sport enthusiasts the Pat Rafter Arena and the Gabba are just a stones throw away. Fairfield shopping centre is two train stops away or less than a 5-minute car trip. I've personally enjoyed living here the past 2 years and have found the location excellent, in particular there are many eateries close by. The bedroom itself has great storage space and a ceiling fan.
The apartment is brand new and located in a really safe neighbourhood with great restaurants and gyms. It is also located within walking distance to the train-line (takes about 10minutes into the city) and UQ is very accessible. Its a good size bedroom and you will have your own bathroom. Spacious living area and balcony! I have predominantly furnished it with modern scandi furniture but if have your own furniture there is plenty of room for that!
