Hi! I’m looking for hopefully a great Share house situation with another person. Pet friendly non-smoker, I love to cook, garden and craft. Would prefer a couple of unfurnished rooms to fit my bedroom and lounge room furniture but would be okay with putting it in storage if required. Full time employed, would prefer an all female household.
Perfect for a student or young professional! A large, spacious and modern home with four bedrooms but only accommodating three housemates. There is a large open plan kitchen, dining and living space and a spare (unused) living space upstairs. Available for your use as study or alternative quiet living space. A moderate backyard with limited maintenance, rent is inclusive of internet, water and a fortnightly cleaner. Gas & electricity bills apply quarterly on top of rent at an estimated $200-$250 per person. There is off-street parking available on the driveway. Great air-conditioning and perfect location! Buses run frequently to the city and TTP only a short walk away. The house is full furnished in communal areas with white goods inc. No pets allowed. It's a great, quiet space to live in, fully air-conditioned and sheltered. Keen to find some like-minded and friendly people!! We look forward to hearing from you. :)
Currently working full time in construction management field. I have a small furr child called Ned, the most laid back and slightly chubby cat. I spend my spare time either being active at the gym or just taking it easy at home. I enjoy getting outside on the weekends & exploring new places.
Broadview is handy to all services and some great parks. This unit is cosy and welcoming. Gardening is included in the cost, however you can bring pot plants to colour the place if you like. Unlimited internet included in the rent however power, gas and water bills are split with flatmates. Difference between room 1 and 2 is that room 1 is slightly larger and has a wall unit air conditioner. Furnishing in photo is mine, I can move this or negotiate use with new flatmates.
Hello Jessica and Eloise. My name is Alice and I am 23. I am looking for a place to rent around Norwood as I will be starting my new job on Magill Rd. I work as a Vet Nurse. I have lived with a variety of people during Uni (Flinders) so I know how to be a respectful housemate. I am a friendly and bubbly person who loves animals especially my 2 year old dog, Duncan. He is an energetic boy who does love to be overly friendly at times but he has lived in city areas before and gets a lot with everyone. Let me know if you are interested in me being a possible housemate.
Hello! I'm Beth, I'm nearly 30 (I'll be 30 when I get to Aus) and I am a musician, AV tech and aspiring fullstack web developer. Right now I am touring with a circus in Northern Europe and I'm very excited about not walking up in 0 degrees Celsius! My partner, Aleks and I are headed across the world on January 25th (land 26th) 2018. He will stay for a month before going to work off-shore on Timor Leste on a marine expedition. I will stick around in Adelaide whilst he's gone (until at least June). So we are ideally looking for a place where we can both stay for February then I can keep on by myself after he leaves. If needs be we could find a place for both of us for February then I could move once he's gone although I'm really keen to find a home to live in rather then a temporary stop. We both love to keep healthy and feeling good. We are (usually!) early risers and like to get a good night's sleep. We practice acroyoga (keen beginners), I practice and teach aerial yoga (I am hoping to ship over my portable rig so ideally I'm looking for a place with an outdoor space I can setup - all housemates VERY welcome to hang/practice whenever you like of course!). Other interests include: comedy improv, learning new things, chilling at home, exploring the great outdoors, singing (badly...)... We don't have pets but I would LOVE to be in a house with a dog/cat/chicken/pony :D I eat plant based (vegan) but am totally fine being in a meat-eating house. I don't judge other people's eating habits, I appreciate it when people don't judge mine either :) I do need to practice my instruments (clarinet, saxophone, recorder) but I am very respectful of quiet times and make an effort to play when I'm not disturbing other people. I will be working at the Adelaide Fringe Festival but also work online and will be studying online also (programming). We're looking for a bills-inclusive price to avoid surprises. If bills are not included, please let us know what the average is for your household so we have a solid idea of what to expect! Very much looking forward to finding our Adelaide home! Beth and Aleks (oh we're both from the UK and between us we also speak fluent Serbian (Aleks), pretty decent Spanish (me) and some basics of a variety of other languages incl. French, Korean, Japanese, Danish... Practice opportunities always appreciated as well as chance to learn more!)

Hard working student. Pretty much busy with studies and work all week. Looking for a place that's nice and relaxed. I enjoy heading out on the weekend for a few drinks. I'm very tidy and always clean up after myself as I go along. I'd prefer to live in a house with no more than 4 housemates. I love dogs so if you have a dog that's a bonus. I love music, soccer, cricket and travelling around South Australia exploring new places.
After living on my own for a year I’m now looking to move into a space with one or two like minded women to save money before moving in with my partner. I’m very social and normally you’ll find me instagramming my food (yes I’m THAT person) or binge watching Rick and Morty. I work six days a week at a film studio and a fashion boutique and usually spend my days off doing modelling or acting work or having brunch with my friends. Most nights I eat simple meals but I’m a great cook if i’m making food for someone else as well. I like to keep my personal space clean , although I do get busy so things may not always get done straight away. I also value honesty, so if I’m doing something to throw your living space off I want to know! I believe in surrounding myself with positive people so I don’t want to live with addicts, alcoholics or unstable people. I’m hard worker and appreciate down time but after living alone I’m looking forward to company! I promise I’m not high maintenance, I’m pretty flexible with most things and happy to discuss things up front and logically. Just looking for girls who want to live in a positive space and pretend we’re adults. Outdoor smoker trying to quit, I rarely get moody, I like conversations over coffee, I rarely drink, I will probably try and feed you a lot. Since I’ve been living alone I have all the basics, decent fridge, average tv and my lounge room/dining looks like a fantastic furniture/Kmart brochure. I don’t have a washing machine and would prefer not to buy one as I want to move in with my partner somewhere down the track (possibly August-October) If you’re wanting to live with someone who likes their house to look nice, have people over for dinner parties or someone to watch Netflix with, I’m your girl!

This spacious and charming property is cute, clean and "cottage like", it has the wow factor. It has all the modern features and appliances including natural floorboards and A/C + heating throughout. With a large undercover entertaining area perfect for summer, this house also has a large kitchen and dining room, rumpus room with pool table and two lounge areas, ideal for house sharing - in fact the house is large enough, you can easily forget anyone else is home. You will have a shared bathroom with one other housemate with bath and toilet to yourselves. Your bedroom will need cupboards and draws for clothing but a new queen bed is available if needed. There is also a study area for the aspiring student or reader.

My name is Marisa and I am 24 years old. I am originally a country girl so I am down to earth and always up for a chat. I work full time as a paediatric occupational therapist. When I’m not at work I enjoy exercising, going to the beach and having a drink or dinner with friends. I am a very clean and tidy person. I have a cat named Luna, and she is 6 months old and completely house trained. My housemate Claudia is very similar to me, she is 22 years old and a paediatric speech pathologist. She loves a good chat and never says no to uber eats with a glass of wine. She has a 6 month old Labrador x golden retriever that loves to give cuddles. We would love to have another house mate that is likeminded and can hang out with us, with a cup of tea or glass of wine and a chat. We are both respectful and cautious of other people’s privacy. We are ideally looking to rent in December/January and in any of the above suburbs or close to. Give us a message if you would like to know more information or are interested :)
