Hello, I'm Michael, student at University of Adelaide, and I live in a 4-bedroom, clean, respectful and relaxed sharehouse with an American student, Helena, and German student, Thorsten. We live in a medium-large house in the inner-north of Adelaide, 15-20 minutes to the city centre by bus. Our suburb is quiet and close to the Northpark and Sefton Park shopping complexes. We have a spare room that we need to rent out, as our third housemate, Renske, has returned to the Netherlands. We have one furnished rooms available, with double bed, bedside table, a built-in robe, desk, window, chair & sofa, so we are preferably looking for international students as there is little space to store extra furniture. The rent includes water, gas, electricity and unlimited NBN per month. We are looking for social, respectful and clean preferably international students to join our house. We are very easygoing, and sometimes we even hang out in the loungeroom and watch The Bachelor together. We respect eachother's privacy and quietude, and sometimes we have the occasional party, but only if all the housemates are cool with it. The room available is 3.3m x 3m, with the potential for access to another smaller room (3.1m x 2.1m) if necessary, so you could have a bedroom and own study/living area - however you would want to configure it. There is tonnes of natural light flooding the house, high-quality, newish carpet and neutral colour palette, with Art Deco fittings. Lawns are serviced each month. The room is only available to someone who is clean, extremely neat and house proud, and who tidies up after themselves. I'm also looking for honesty and reliability. Most bills are included in the rent, perhaps with some negotiation of electricity, depending on usage. The room available is the one pictured as my study at present. The entire room will be vacated (as will the smaller room, if desired) upon you moving in, but for the pictures it remains my study.

Hi everyone! So I am looking to move into a new place, as the lease for my current place is running out in July. I would prefer to stay somewhere that has a lease of at least 12 months, but am okay with a 6 month lease. I would also prefer to live in an all female house, as this is just what I am used to. I work part time as a youth counsellor, and have graduated from Psychology, Social Work and Addictions Counselling degrees at university. I also tutor university students when I get the time in between my counselling job. I am a bright and bubbly person, who is easy to get along with. I enjoy talking to housemates and catching up at the end of the day, but I do like to have my own space as well. I like going out partying every now and then, but not all the time. I enjoy reading, tv shows, music (I have a record player, love to collect records) and I am obsessed with cooking, so can certainly whip up some yummy meals to share! Love a good wine and cheese movie night. I love animals, so would be more than happy to move into a home with pets. I also love gardens, so a place with a garden would be awesome!! I am looking to move somewhere not too far from the city, and with easy access to public transport, as I do not have a car at the moment.

I am a 17 year old independent student about to begin my first year studying at TAFE, I am abit more mature then your typical 17 year old considering I'm independent and have been for the past year. I moved to Adelaide 2 years ago from North Queensland and have been living in and out of family members houses but can no longer due to conflict and wanting to have my own space. I am a very tidy and hygienic person, I like to stick to myself and stay inside quite a lot but do enjoy going out and socialising occasionally. Hi :) I have one unfurnished room available in a furnished apartment. Internet is NBN (super fast) and $7.50 per week. Utilities are split equally and paid quarterly. The unit is on a court so there is little traffic and is hence a very quiet area. There is just 1 shared wall with neighbours, but I never hear any noise coming from that direction. I have already furnished the property with all the basic necessities, so all you will need is what you require for your room. However there is room for other items and ample storage space if required (Your room has built-in cupboards). There is also 3 off-street car parks including one space in the covered carport. For me the location is perfect as there are plenty of shops nearby and only a short distance to the city. I ride my bike into the city for university most days of the week and it only takes 15 minutes. There are also bus stops within walking distance if that's required! No smoking inside the house however there is a small enclosed garden out the back of the house that I have no problem with you using if required. The current contract on this property lasts until September 2017 however I find this property perfect for my needs so will most probably be looking to extend the contract when the time comes. Happy to negotiate with flatmates who are looking for short or long term accommodation.
