I'm a 28 year old occupational therapy student, fruiterer by day and bartender by night. I'm a fairly busy person so I won't be sitting at home all day sucking up our electricity. I'm pretty chill and outgoing, always pay rent and bills on time. I've done the share house thing before and I'm happy with whatever arrangement is already going. That being said, I love having a laugh and a chat over a beer or wine (or three). If these beers are accompanied by cheese, that's also a bonus. Ultimately, I would prefer to live with people who I could hang out with occasionally without being a hanger on that is all up in your business.
