Hi everyone! We have a furnished (warm and cozy) room available from 27 August onward and we are looking for a new housemate to join us, preferably female (no couple and no pet please). Our location is in Brooklyn, where is close to federation trail, two parks (Brooklyn reserve is upgrading its own place), shopping centers (Altona Gate and Borrock Square). It's also close to City, Footscray and Altona Beach. The bus stop is 1 min walking from our place. You will be offered a separate small fridge (to use on your own during the stay) and small grocery shelf. The price is $180/week (including bills) + $15 internet (a month). There is no bond required but you will pay on the spot for any things occur. If you are interested or know who will be interested, please give me PM for more detail.
Hi! I am helping my partner to look for a new place where he can stay. He just got a job at old Geelong road and wanted to look for a place closer to his work. He is very responsible guy, tidy and fun to be with. He values family and respect for individuals. During his day offs he sleeps and tidy up. Low maintenance person but very clean when it comes to stuff.
Hi I'm 23 and very neat and tidy (which is the main reason that things are not working out with current housemates, so would prefer someone like-minded). I generally keep to myself but like to interact with housemates to keep things comfortable. I'm very laid back and easy going, working part-time (mainly during the evening but occasionally in the daytime). I'm a creative type, Gym junkie, etc. I'm relatively new to Melbourne, but have settled in comfortably. Can easily commit to accommodation for a long term.
The house is on a large block with a big backyard. It is a spacious house so sharing won't mean living on top of each other. It is close to public transport as well as a shopping centre. The house is also fully furnished and the spare bedroom can come with or without the bed.
I'm a little reserved at first but generally over time I open up. I work different hours per day so some days I won't be home all day. I pay my bills on time and I'm a considerate person. If you have more questions feel free to ask.

Hello! I work fulltime in the city so I am looking to move closer to the CBD, I am flexible in locations as long as it doesn't take me too long to get to work :) I eat a plant based diet so it would be great if you did too, we could share meals and so on, but I am not fussy if you eat meat. I have pets so if you love animals and have never had the chance to own your own it would be great for you! Or even if you own pets of your own :) I am pretty quiet, I often work lates at the moment but it's a rotating roster so it could change. I'm down for someone who I can chill with, binge watch some Netflix or play some video games with. I am not really a party animal but I do enjoy the occasional night in with drinks and friends and games etc. My budget is also flexible, I am currently paying $350 a fortnight inc bills. My moving day is flexible.

We're friendly and nice people that I'm sure you'd enjoy living with. We enjoy a good chat every now and then, but we also all understand that we need our own space. Usually there's someone home at all times of the day but we usually keep to our rooms, at times it'll feel like there's no one home. We value cleanliness so the house is always clean, neat and tidy. Hey guys :) I have a room for rent to a female, located in west Footscray in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse. The house is fully furnished, with dishwasher, washing machine etc. Close to highpoint shopping centre and a short 12 minute train ride into the CBD.
I am looking to rent out the spare room in my 4 bedroom townhouse. Looking for someone who is fun to be around yet respectful of other's space. Looking for someone who is clean/today and a preferably a non smoker. You will have your own bathroom and the room is nice and big, loads or natural light with double built in robes. Walking distance to Altona Gate shopping mall and supermarket, buses and trains. Awesome courtyard out the back which is great in Summer.
This is a great location handy to commute only 10 minutes to CBD. Off Street parking. Bus opposite if required. Great location full of cafe, bars and restaurants. Close to Williamstown and Altona beach. This home is spacious and nicely furnished with spa and gourmet kitchen.
Hi everyone :) We have one room available in our much loved home. The room is at the rear of the house and over looks the garden. The room is the smaller room in the house and has a free standing wardrobe. The house has three bedrooms in total and has a nice big backyard. My name is Bronwen; I'm community welfare worker and I also study part time completing my bachelor in social work. I'm super positive, have progressive world views and have a beautiful dog called Johnny who lives with me. Shelly who also lives here is a bubbly creative soul who runs her own cafe in Brunswick. We both enjoy cooking, music and having friendly vibes around the house. We are both really house proud so having someone live here who also takes pride in maintaining the house and garden would be ideal. We are really accepting of diversity and consider ourselves open minded so we'd like our new housemate to have similar values. My fluffy pride and joy is my 2 year old Border Collie called Johnny. He is the love of my life and is the perfect little pup. Handsome, chilled out (although initially excited when meeting new friends) and loves a good cuddle. Our new housemate would have to be a dog person and give Johnny love and not just ignore him. It's his house as much as it is ours :) Rent is $595 per month including unlimited internet. All other bills are divided evenly. Room is available on the 6th of September. If our house sounds like your sort of place to live send an email to tell us a bit about yourself. Xx Bronwen, Shelly & Johnny

There's also a lock-up garage where you can either park your car or use as a storage space. All utility bills and general household expenses are included in weekly rent.
Hi :) I'm looking for a place to stay closer to or in the city with a friend or two. Currently taking up my MBA in VU City flinders and working part time. Friendly, positive, easy to get along with, passionate about cooking & food, loves to travel & explore and meet new friends...
Enthusiastic Frenchie, 27 year old, full-time student, wannabe highschool teacher, house trained, is looking for a cosy little house where she could study and share nice meals, movie nights, and conversations with her housemates. About me: clean and tidy (and would love to expect the same from my housemates), foodie, wine lover, op shops fan, documentary savvy. Has an old soul, and soul music tastes. You will find me at: Savers, libraries, gigs, movie theatres, Vietnamese restaurants, fake French boulangeries, parks, beaches, or just on the road, always with food and a bottle of vino.
Hey! I'm Mariko. I work full-time as an Online Content Specialist. I keep it low-key Monday/Friday but always up for a cheeky vino and go out on the weekends. Love cooking, walking adventures and showing you hilarious things I found on the internet. I come with a one-eyed cat called Mike. He's very well-behaved and comes with good references (he doesn't claw stuff, etc). Ideally I'd like a place on the GF, or a house. He usually spends his time outdoors, which means no gross kitty litter.
Allo there, I'm a professional creative, Graphic Designer, who runs my own business and I love it. I have a studio in West Melbourne and currently live in West Footscray. I work hard which sometimes means on my home computer, and I like to relax when away from the desk. I love the arts, music, design, travel, food, cafes, bars, drawing, photography, movies, Netflix, fitness and spending time with mates. My fave food spots, gym, cinema etc are all close to my current home, so I would like to stay within a few suburbs of them. In a living space I enjoy sharing with housemates and hanging out, just as much as quiet time alone to relax after a busy day. I’m an avid bargain hunter at food markets and I love to bake. Pets are awesome and I'm considered a cat whisperer, let me at them! I’m clean and tidy and expect the same, though I’m not regimented about it. Gardening is a meditative passion and I own some furniture and white goods. Creative people make me happy. I love to share ideas, crafts, artworks to inspire each other. I have a fairly kooky sense of humour, but I assure you I’m a nice guy who is country bred. Hit me up for more and let’s do this!
