I am a teacher and theatre-maker. Easy to get along with, experienced in sharing houses and all that comes with it - sharing space, expenses, communication, cleanliness. I am fairly quiet and not particularly outgoing but like the company of a few friends with drinks. I'll be very busy so may not be home a lot, but when I am I just need a quiet space to rest.

I recently started my full-time job as a radiographer at a hospital in Chermside (I graduated from QUT at the end of 2017). I'm 21 and from Toowoomba originally (but have rented in Brisbane for the last 4 years). I'm looking for a 2-3 bedroom place with friendly housemates, that’s easy to maintain and keep tidy (probably preferably a townhouse or apartment). I will be doing a lot of shift work (late nights, weekends and on call) throughout the year and so would like a place with 1-2 girls/boys who are also are studying/working, would be keen to occasionally chill/ have a drink but also enjoy time alone to unwind and are cool with me being out of the house a lot. I'd be keen to move into an existing sharehouse or find somewhere new with you (I have a fridge, couches, dryer, etc I could bring to the place). Feel free to shoot me a message if you're interested (my current lease ends 30 Jan, hoping to find somewhere before then). Thanks!
Looking for all-female house/flat (with no boyfriend-sleepovers) close to good public transport, quiet and safe area and house, considerate and responsible housemates who are friendly but give personal space, and no cats (if possible) or dogs. Fish and chickens are okay! : ) Prefer similar age-range/ 26-45. I've received a lot of messages that don't actually fit any of that, so please respond only if you/your place actually meet these things - not guys, sorry, and please within this price range! I'm responsible, mature, clean, considerate, and friendly, and want housemates who also have these habits. Outside space for gardening is great, but not essential, and somewhere to store my things - about 1.5 cubed metres (garage space, under-the-house, shed, or part of a spare room).
hey ya'll, just looking for a place in the suburbs that I have provided/anywhere close to those. I am currently a full time student, working as a personal trainer. Would be great to move into a house with really chilled and level headed people, who have their stuff sorted haha thanksssssss
Hi my name is Danni, I'm 28 years old and I have 2 beautiful kids (Sylas, 6 & Avery, 3) who live with me Monday-Friday and go to their Dads on weekends. I go to Gym most days before work and my kids come along with me, I work Full Time 8:30-5pm in Sales and have my kids in daycare and before and after school care for those hours. Weekends I'm either out and about or at home reading or watching bulk Netflix and cooking for the week ahead. I'm a happy and friendly, very tidy, reliable yet very busy Mum so you probably wont see alot of me :-) Happy to keep to ourselves, work, homework and the daily routine keeps us very busy.
I'm a 27 year old female who works for the government. I'm quiet, clean, friendly and respectful. I love watching Netflix, going out to restaurants and playing games. I'm very reliable with bills and easy to get along with. The lease for my current place ends in early March, so I'm looking to move out at the end of February, preferably to somewhere in the Enoggera area and close to public transport.
We’re a professional couple and now a new family of three with a 3 month old baby. We’re hoping to save to buy a home by reducing our rent per week for the short term but need a temporary place to accomodate the three of us and our Poodle. Working full time as a professional in Clayfield and I am on Maternity Leave till mid/late 2018. An easy going friendly couple who are respectful of others.
Hello future roomie! I'm a psych in training clocking clinical hours, enjoy a good meal, chat and catching up on sleep. Fluent in 3 languages, able to save my life in another 3. Lived on 4 continents, travelled to a dozen other & have quite a few funny stories in my back pocket. Also happen to be clean, respectful and friendly. Looking for a room or studio. Any recommendations?
I'm clean, tidy, reliable with money and very quiet. I am looking for a room to rent as I need to be closer to my hospital, The Prince Charles Hospital in chermside. I am moving from Grafton nsw where I have been renting a single room unit by myself paying rent and bills.
Hey, I'm Kim! I'm a 22 year old Primary school teacher looking to move closer to where I work sometime in early Feb. I'm really into indoor plants so you'd have to be okay with me bringing my small rainforest with me. I'm pretty clean and organised (I will want to make the pantry my bitch), I like to watch Netflix and go to the beach/park/movies when I'm not doing stuff for school. My ideal housemate would be someone who's into similar things as me (art/movies/feminist banter/having the occasional beer and d&m/trying to eat healthy but slipping up fairly regularly), and maybe a potential gym buddy. I'm not much of a party gal but I like to go out for a drink occasionally. I might like to invite friends over occasionally, but mostly just to make nachos and watch TV. I'd like to live in a cute Queenslander-type house or a nice apartment that's a reasonable price but big enough for us to have our own space too. I put 6 months on the ad but I am happy to stay longer, it's just dependent on my work contracts. Let me know if I meet your criteria!
We are a young couple looking either to move out alone or to share with one other person. We also come with a mini dachshund puppy named Scout. You’ll fall in love with him just like we have! Danny and I both work part time at Coles and I am also studying at Griffith. We are both into fitness, going to Anytime Fitness and F45 :)
Hi! I'm Nic, and I come as a package deal with my 4 yr old rescued Alaskan Malamute, Moose. I am a laid back musician in two bands, currently working casual jobs to save money to pursue this further. I enjoy equestrian activities and anything horse-related, training animals, archery, jousting, guitar and flute (I am considerate of noise levels and can use headphones when needed). I'm friendly and get along with everyone, but clean and keep to myself. Looking for housemates that are chilled out, ideally active and enjoy the outdoors, and of course, will enjoy the company of a big, cuddly dog. Moose is super friendly, loves everybody, and is well mannered, desexed, flea/worm treated, house trained, doesn't bark or chew, but he will howl along with ambulances if he hears them! He's very gentle and tolerant of kids, cats, chickens and other pets but not always with other dogs. He is fine to be partially an outdoor dog in the cooler months, but he is so social and intelligent it would be akin to cruelty to keep him alone outside all the time so he must be allowed to come indoors regularly. He does shed, but I own a very high powered vacuum cleaner to combat this as well as daily grooming. Air conditioning is extremely highly valued in Summer as we both suffer greatly in the heat. Budget and move date is flexible, and I am willing to pay more for the right place. I am very experienced with all animals (particularly horses) and am a good gardener, so I would be very willing to do work on the property for a reduction in rent, if applicable, by pre-determined arrangement. This includes cleaning or child minding. Location is flexible as I have my own transport, but anything in the Brisbane suburbs/outer Brisbane, though Northside is preferred. Semi- rural areas are fine. Moose is not an escape artist or a jumper, but property must be fenced. I can supply some temp fencing if partially fenced. Please message me (I won't answer unknown numbers) if you feel I may fit in. Thank you!
Hello! My name is Sam 😊 I am looking to find a home for the next year. I am very clean and organised and would need people that are similar to that. I do spend quite a bit of time out of the house and when I am home I do like my down time but I do enjoy a good chat and a Netflix binge 😂 Would preferably like people close to my age.
I am looking for share accomodation with friendly, like-minded people. I am 23 and work full time in retirement support. I own a 3 year old indoor cat who is quiet and generally minds her own business.
