I'm 26 years old female student. I'm looking for a place near Kurri Kurri to stay for 8 weeks (2months) over the period of my clinical placement at Kurri Kurri Hospital. I'm extremely friendly and bubbly, but I also love to do my own thing in my room as well! My placement is full-time (Mon-Fri) which is full on to me. I'll be pretty tired each day so probably my evening will be quiet :) I also work on the weekend, so I'll drive down to Sydney on Friday night and come back on Sunday morning. I'm pretty tidy which is one advantage of being the eldest in the house. I'm definitely not a party animal so you don't need to worry about that. I do like beer and wine, we can have dinner together and share a bottle of wine together occasionally! For the room, all I need really is just a bed. That's it! I can pay the rent for 8 weeks all at once if that's more convenient the host flatmate.

I am looking for a housemate to share my 3 bedroom duplex. It is located in a quiet street, within walking distance to Greenhills Shopping Centre. There are two bathrooms and two separate living areas, giving you your own privacy. There is a split system air conditioner. The 3rd bedroom is able to be used as storage or guest bedroom. There is off-street parking. The living room and bedroom are unfurnished. Although the bedroom has a built in wardrobe. I have a fridge, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and microwave. The property is NBN Broadband and Foxtel ready if you wanted to connect. The room is available from 16 June 2018. An application must be lodged with the Managing Agent for approval. I also have a pet Greyhound, but he is not an inside dog. A few requirements: • Work Full Time or Part Time. • Own transport • Clean and tidy
The house is a modern brick and tile home set in a beautiful quiet street. Although Minmi might look quite rural it takes less than 15mins to get to Newcastle University or JHH and only 20mins to get into the CBD. This is extended during peak hour traffic. The room for rent is located at the opposited end of the house to my room with your own bathroom and a dividing door to give complete privacy. There are 2 loungerooms. Although currently one is not furnished, so if you have furniture feel free to bring it. The room can either come semi furnished with a queen bed ensemble and bedside table or you are more than welcome to furnish the room yourself. Being the owner of the house we are not restricted by the usual rental stuff like hanging things up. Although Id ask that you let me know and we get my handy man to do it ☺ There would be no security bond but a clause in the rental agreement stating that you agree to pay for any and all damage caused to the property caused by yourself, guests or pets. A pet would be considered on a per pet basis.
Looking for someone who would be interested in teaming up for a 4 bedroom house just outside of Maitland on 5 acres. Your part of the property includes your own large living area with a wood fire, a bedroom and bathroom, own entry and a paddock for one/two horses if needed ($20 a week per horse extra, includes full aggistment as I will be there all the time) You will need to furnish it yourself as I don't have enough spare furniture to furnish such a large area. This house is honestly a dream come true for any animal lovers or a couple looking for a quieter existence. Please text me if you're unable to message me on here
House is brand new and very central. Open floor area. Have your own room and bathroom. Bathroom would be used by guests when people are over. Close to gyms, shopping centre, university and 20 mins from the beach. Room has built ins, mirrors and are a good size.
Here is your chance to move into a cheap rent, decked out and extremely clean, quiet and tidy share house with a fully furnished bedroom. We are close to the uni and the freeway and 20 minutes from town or Maitland. It is a new quiet estate. We have NBN broadband and Foxtel both included in rent. House is air conditioned with ceiling fans in all bedrooms. An awesome theatre room is here for your entertainment and a cool cat and fish. Al fresco BBQ area has a nice bushland view. You would need to be a full time worker and a non smoker. I have a cat and you must get along with her, not just tolerate or whatever. I'd actually prefer a female to move in for a change.
Scotty, 20 from Lambton, I’m a pub & club guard and also work in a pub casually as my second job. My usual routine is starting work in the arvo / night, I finish and get home in the early hours of the morning anywhere from 1:30 to 4 but I’m a very respectful person I wouldn’t make noise when I do get home! I’m on top of my tidiness & cleanliness!! I’m not a fan of mess lol, non smoker but doesn’t bother me if I live with smokers. When I’m not working I’m either usually catching up on my sleep and watch a bit of Netflix or being social catching up with mates for a feed and a beer or similar. I have a easy going attitude friendly and genuine person.
I’m fun, outgoing and I enjoy the company of others. I’m pretty quiet and love my space and spare time. I play guitar and sing and always up for a jam, a cuppa, and a good chat. I’m organised and also easy - going person. Currently studying at UON whilst working part time as a barista.
responsible, clean and tidy. Studying or out with friends & family. Fit walk or cycle for exercise. respectful of others privacy but always up for a chat. Spencer is my house trained outdoor cat. I only have ever smoked outside. Studying x2 courses at once and will take on a third next year. Nurse that's diversifying to Pathology.
Hi There! I've just sold my house and am looking for somewhere for 6 months or so whilst I finish my degree. I currently work two jobs and am completing a degree and train and play sport a couple of times a week so I live a busy lifestyle. I am able to move really from anytime as settlement has already happened on my property and I'm staying with family as I look for something suitable. If this sounds like an arrangement that possibly interests you, let me know and I'd be happy to come and look and we could meet and discuss. Apologies if I don't reply straight away as I live a very hectic schedule! Cheers, Josh
Hi, My boyfriend Jake and I are looking to downsize from the house we are currently renting to a share house. We have decided to do this so that there is less yard maintenance and also for the social aspect of share housing. We are looking for pet friendly accommodation that would be suitable for our medium sized dog, Molly. A decent sized backyard would be needed. Ideally, we would like to find a share house, or a studio room, with friendly, easy-going housemates (ages 25-35). An ensuite would be an added bonus. We are both neat and tidy and I have lived in many share houses in the past. We don't go out much but are happy to have a few social drinks at home on weekends. We would prefer to have 1-2 other housemates, rather than a house with lots of people, and would prefer to live with like-minded professionals. I work shift work as a vet and work various days throughout the week and on weekends. Jake is a full-time carpenter who works Monday to Friday, and the odd Saturday here and there. I enjoy spending my time brunching, hanging out at the dog beach or going home to my parent's farm every few weekends to chill out and go horse riding. Jake enjoys soccer, fitness and occasionally having a few drinks with mates at the pub. Thanks, Jemma
