Hi there, My Carnegie property is ideal for students. It is really close to Monash University (Caulfield) and a short distance to Monash Uni (Clayton) and Swinburne Uni (Hawthorn). The unit is located on a quiet street off Koornang Road; in a very pleasant and safe area. There is a bus stop out the font of the units, a tram stop approximately 5 mins walk away, plus 3 easily accessible train stations (Murrumbeena, Carnegie or Glenhuntly). It is also a very short train/tram/bus ride to the Melbourne CBD and Chadstone Shopping Centre. Koornang Road is lined with great cafes, restaurants, bookstores, boutique stores, a library, a beautiful park and a few recreation areas (like a gym, yoga studio, F45 gym and heated swimming pool). The room is UNFURNISHED but I can provide a SINGLE BED if need be. It can fit a double/queen bed too plus minimal other furniture comfortably.
