hi there.. potential roomie slash grandma with a medium sized four legged shadow slash companion looking for long term accommodation. mature and responsible (not the 4 legged one tho), have traveled the world but is also a notorious homebody, bit geeky so will need the internetz.. ... love gardening, sunday markets and sailing. ... more info can be supplied upon request. p.s. i have my own washing machine, fridge, sofa, bed, etc... but all can be stored if not needed.
My name is Steve, and I am looking for a place locally. I have a stable full time job, which involves shiftwork from time to time but mostly I work days. I have a number of hobbies including running, gym, gaming, movies, and travelling. I don't go out and party all the time, nor do I get home at all hours of the morning. Am also respectful of personal space, boundaries and privacy. I'm easy-going, when it comes to living arrangements, am domesticated, clean and have the ability to tidy up after myself.
A fun loving bloke, easy to get along with. Enjoy communal areas but also appreciate and respect everybody's personal space. Have been sharing houses for a while now and thoroughly enjoy the experience and would love to keep doing so after my current lease ends! Currently work full-time as a banker at NAB (38h/pw). My ideal place would be happy to have my girlfriend stay a couple of nights a week, and I would be happy to pay extra for that. Look forward to hearing from my future housemates.
Exercise and health fanatic! Absolutely love animals - I have a little puppy who is well trained and is an indoor and outdoor dog. I work as a personal trainer. Love camping, hikes, dancing, socialising, reading, photographing, yoga, music and travelling amongst other things. I'm generally quite a neat person, but not OCD about it. Life has its busy moments! Super friendly and bubbly!
Looking for someone to co-lease my 1 bedroom flat as I am currently not living there, so you will officially have this fabulous place all to yourself. It is just off Keilor Rd so you have access to trams/buses to the City. You also have a shopping centre and restaurants within walking distance.
Hi, our house is a big old Victorian style house with a big front yard and a very big back yard. The house is just 5 min walk away from the Tram 59 (Flinders Street-Airport West) and 12 min walk to Essendon Train Station. There are a lot of Cafes, Restaurants and Shopping options around the corner at Mount Alexander Road (5 min walk) and Keilor Road (5 min walk). We have many nice areas to chill in the back and front yard with a view of the city skyline. They also include a BBQ station and a lot of Fruit trees with a Vegi patch. The bedroom we are offering is very big and gives enough space to have friends over, study or just relax. It can comfortably fit a Queen bed, wardrobe and couch. Our bathroom include all the basics with a bath, shower and toilet included. The kitchen is big enough for multiple people to cook in at the same time and fully furnished with everything you need. The laundry room, is a separate room, which is attached at the back of the house, which is great for noise reduction when the washing machine is in use. In the back is a big garage which we and you are able to use for storage. We also have a central heating system in the whole house for those cold Melbourne nights. One of the best attributes of our house is the thick old style walls. This enables no noise to travel from room to room which is great for when your want to watch movies on your laptop, listen to music, need to study, recover or just want to have some quietness. This also works vise versa with others in the house watching movies etc, so you wont be disturbed.
Easy going, tidy, looking for a quiet household to share with some lovely people. I like to have my own space but enjoy catching up with housemates for dinner from time to time. Aside from that, I pretty much get along with everyone :) I work full time Mon-Fri in the aviation industry, definitely looking for a house that is quiet on weeknights but not averse to an occasional couple of drinks on a Friday night. I'm looking for a place from approximately late February / early March to around July.
We are both veryfriendly and quite. We areboth verykeen golfers nd enjoy all sports. I havelived in Melbourne some 30 years ago and have been living in uk for15years. We are returning to Melbourne to benear our children.
Hi Guys, i have a secure career and have lived out of home for many years now. I am looking to join a friendly share house that will welcome me and my very well trained dog Lola (we attend obedience every week). Lola will only be with me every second week and is extremely well natured and well, a bit lazy! I can sometimes work long hours and enjoy a getting out and about to see friends and keeping up on my many hobbies. I don't live the 'party lifestyle' but am always up for a chat while I also love my quiet time. I am very easy going, respect others and can't leave the house without a clean kitchen! I would love to hear from you!
Hi! I'm Georgia, I'm 24 and have just graduated as a secondary teacher. I like to think that I have a good balance being social with being a netflix binger! I like cooking (can be something of a procratibaker), going out for a drink with friends and going for walks or to the gym.
Recently renovated, 2 bedroom apartment. The block is quiet and safe, with only 6 apartments in total, and my apartment is located on the first floor. The apartment is fully furnished, so there is nothing you will need to bring other than bedroom furniture and your own kitchen items - pots and pans etc. I can also arrange a bed if you require. The kitchen features all new appliances - electric stove and oven, dishwasher and fridge, and there is a split system air con in the kitchen/dining area. The apartment also features a laundry with washing machine. Access to Wifi & Netflix. On street parking available (no permit restrictions). The room for rent is shown in the images above - it's currently my study. The bedroom features a window with a view of the city skyline, timber floor boards and built in wardrobe with great storage space (shelves and hanging section). Room size is 2.7 x 4m. Located close to Essendon train station (Craigieburn Line) and the Mt.Alexander road tram, public transport is walking distance from the apartment (10-15min walk approx). There are two supermarkets close by, and also quite a few nice cafes in the area. Rent is $200 per week ($865 per calendar month). Bills are additional and include internet, water and electricity. Bond is one month's rent in advance. The room will be available for a 6-month rental, however, this could potentially be extended once the 6 months is up. Feel free to message me if you have any questions.
We are looking for a long term(6mth - 12mth) housemate to fill our available room in a 3 bedroom unit. I am a 3rd year nursing student and will be starting my graduate year from April 2017, and Cheyenne (the other housemate) is working full time. Our lovely home is a 10-12 minute walk from Essendon train station and is close to local shops and cafes. The home is 2 stories. The 1st floor is an open plan lounge/living and kitchen with plentiful bench space, oven, grill and stove top. There is also a laundry and a toilet. There is a privet backyard occupied with some exotic looking vines, a washing line and access to another toilet. The 2rd floor consists of a bathroom with a combined shower & bath, plus another toilet, and our private quarters. The room available is decently sized, has a built-in wardrobe and a floor to ceiling window. We are looking for a friendly non smoker. Just want someone we can get along with, but also happy to do their own thing as our schedules don't always match up :) Hope to hear from you soon. x
Heading into my last semester of food science and technology I am ready to spread my wings into the inner western suburbs with some cool like-minded room mates! Working part time for an insurance company during the week and occasionally at the cinema on the weekend keeps me fairly busy. Ideally want to moving in February but if you're the right people I can work around that. Happy to have a chat or catch up for a quick beer if you think I may be your perfect match. I'm a 25 y/o ICT Project Manager working full time office hours in Melbourne, looking for a housemate for shared accommodation from Feb 2017. Generally relaxed and easy going, like to go out and enjoy Melbourne as I've only been here a year, but equally happy to stay home and cook a nice meal. I am a clean and respectful person, and would bring your washing in if it rains :) Currently living on my own but lived with my two younger sisters back home, happy to live with housemates of either gender. Prefer non-smokers but otherwise flexible, no firm criteria.
