I'm Teresa - 23, from country NSW. I'm moving down to the Gippsland area for a new job with Agribusiness Banking, looking for a share house around Sale. I am a tidy, easy going housemate who enjoys socialising and adventuring.
I'm neat, without being a freak about it. If you don't need to be told to change the toilet roll, and you're ok with there being two possible ways to hang it, and you do the dishes day of, or day after, we should be fine. I work for an education provider, and I'm new to Gippsland. I'll be off exploring it and finding cool things to do. You should be a fan of The Good Place, 30 Rock and Parks and Recreation. I am a slightly less intense and breakfast food free Leslie Knope.
I am a professional female. Quiet, clean, keep to myself. No kids. No pets. No loud music or parties. Non-smoker. Social drinker - but rarely social. My hobbies are studying, reading, writing, and sewing. I also like to get out to workshops and some community events, as well as going for the occasional hike, and road trips. In August 2018 I relocated to the Gippsland area from Tasmania, to study a part-time course. I secured a full-time job in the community sector located in Wonthaggi (where I currently rent a room - reference available). But my course is almost over and my work contract finishes in June, so I'm now looking for jobs in more populated areas, e.g. Frankston through to Melbourne CBD. I am likely to study part-time again - just don't know what to commit to yet! I'm looking for either a short-term room in Wonthaggi or surrounding areas (1-3 months), or longer-term (6-12 months) in Pakenham or surrounds. Living in Pakenham would allow me to execute the above transition. I also have a colleague who lives in the area, so we will probably car-pool until I change my place of employment. I'm looking to keep things cheap so I can one day afford to buy my own house.
Water, internet, foxtel, netflix included. property has a large back deck with seating and a bbq. extra room for storage, large backyard, across from a recreational reserve. 15 minute drive to phillip island and 20 minute drive to wonthaggi. bass is a small quiet town, with a pub and general store, as well as a service station.

Full time uni student as well as working part time in retail (Traralgon). Currently looking to move out of home and looking at some options out there! Extremely clean and tidy so a clean house is a must! Apart from that I’m pretty cruisey and accepting !

Hi I'm Aaliyah, I'm 20 I currently work in Phillip island as an admin assistant/ receptionist 3 days a week, sometimes more. Looking to be full time in the coming months. I also study Business Administration on weekends. I'd consider myself pretty easy going, friendly, clean and respectful. I’ve been in many share houses before so I know what’s expected. I love animals so having pets in the house etc won’t be an issue for me. I’m looking at quite a few different locations as work is in Phillip Island and I study in the city. So I’d like to find a place closer to work but then id also like to be near public transport (that actually operates 😅) so I can train into the city. Either way, as long as I'm with a laid back friendly group of people ill be happy 😊 Please don’t hesitate to ask me any questions you may have! Also interested in looking at rentals with people looking in the same areas
This house is in the inner Warragul township and about a 15 minute walk to the main shops. It features three bedrooms in total and one bathroom which is shared. The empty bedroom is currently furnished so it would be ideal for anyone whose backpacking and is without furniture. We aren't looking specifically just for backpackers though so if you have your own stuff we are happy to remove it for you. The interent is pretty decent and hooked up to the flatscreen in the lounge. Netflix is logged in on it which you'd be welcome to use. We use the single garage as both storage and a laundry. It's a bit on the narrow side and the driveway is steep so it's just easier to park on the street. We don't have any set rules or an official division of household chores, we just clean up after ourselves and when either of us have a day off we try to run the vacuum and give the bathroom a wipedown. So basically we just ask that you treat the space with respect so that everyone is happy. The price is currently set for a single but if couples are interested the price would need to increase to cover the cost of the utilities, etc.
Close to local shops, 100m away from the local footy oval and running tracks. Under 1km to the golf club and Warragul Country Club. Both rooms for rent feature Wardrobes with plenty of hanging space. Each room has a ceiling fan.

I am moving over from NZ! 🙈 I am into sports and outdoors stuff and just exploring. I am looking for a flat with people around my age. I am always keen to chill and go out and explore with the flatmates 😂 but I also respect people's space/privacy 🙂
