Hi I'm Brandon, Looking to move as soon as possible to be closer to work. I'm very easy going, quiet and keep to myself and I always clean up after myself. I do not drink or smoke, but do not mind others who do.
I am an easy going, friendly, independent woman. I have recently moved back to the area from Apollo Bay and have been housesitting since mid December!! I haven't got anything after early September, when I'll be looking for more permanency... I'm positive, clean & tidy, enjoy walking, the outdoors, yoga, music and being with friends & family... hope to hear from you soon 😀😀
An ambient space with a combustion heater, floor boards, carpet in bedrooms, full length bath, indoor laundry, dishwasher, BBQ, courtyard with fireplace, grass area, lots of windows all reach the floor allowing for an abundance of light. Great views of Mt Franklin, frog pond in the reserve right next door. Rent includes electricity, internet, wood and water.
Hey! My name is Claudia and I'm looking from New South Wales to Victoria. I'm pretty quiet and easygoing, but I'm always up for socialising :) I love makeup, video games, op shops and weird earrings. If you have animals I'd be more than happy to live with them. I do occasional modelling in Melbourne, so I may be out every now and again.
Total privacy, lovely outlook from every room, warm, sunny, spacious, close to the train station 5 mins. Living with an x chef, vegie patch, potters kiln and wheel available, dogs, cats welcome. Horse is possible as well for a little extra. Great flatmates! Netflix included, fire heater in the living room, covered bbq area, lovely home, lovely gardens, There is also the possibility of riding one of my quiet horses if you have some experience, in exchange for a bit of help around the place.
Hi my names is Michael, I enjoy keeping fit and active by going to the gym, eating well, swimming and getting out and about, exploring new things and meeting new people. I also enjoy learning new things and a good conversation. I currently work 3 part time jobs one for an independent gardener, one at a butchers and another at a nursery, whilst studying Horticulture full time in Melbourne. I will be completing my qualification at the end of June and obviously am after some where to live and a friendly face to move in with. I'm a very neat, clean and organised person as well.
On free way so quick to get places and federation university if studying. All bills and wifi included in rent and is very secure as it's in the Ballarat student accomodation centre. No smoking or pets allowed.
I am adjusting to single life having been married twice and I have six children between 40 and 17. I have a small dog - very friendly and beautifully-natured - which would have with me some of the time. I plan to make a lot of shorter trips taking me away for a few days at a time over the next six months. I enjoy cooking - nothing exotic - and gardening and growing vegies etc. I am used to lots of house maintenance activities. I want company, some of the time, with someone who enjoys life and sees the funnier side of humanity as well as having concern for the future with climate change etc.. I also like lots of time to myself. I will be involved part-time in a continuing family business for a while but that can happen on the net. I enjoy a glass of red and am keen to maintain a walking exercise regime. I would be interested in anywhere on the Bellarine Peninsula or outer eastern Ballarat
Oh hi! Now that I have your attention, I'm looking for a room around Ballarat from approximately the 12th August (or 26th). I'm open to living either near the CBD so i can walk to work, or in the nearby surrounding suburbs. A bit about me: I'm a 28-year-old male journalist currently working in Mildura (but living in Melbourne). I'm quite relaxed and easy going, friendly with people from all walks of life, a tidy and neat-conscious person, well aware of other people's space, and most of all I love an adventure. I currently live with 3 females and have lived with a mix of guys and gals before. I'm a bit of a sports nerd, love being active in social sport teams (anything from footy, to basketball to lacrosse to tennis or cycling). I also take a lot of photos (not the selfie kind) as that's my other passion outside of work. I'm also big on going to gigs across a lot of different genres, especially punk. I also love all animals so if you have a pet, then that's a bonus! I have a lot of existing items already including my own bed, couch, TV, kitchen items, etc. So I'm pretty self sufficient in terms of furnishings. Having said that, if there's a furnished house or flat that's always a bonus. I often like to come and go when I need to as I'm a fairly social person outside my four walls. I am the kind of person that likes to bring a friend over to watch TV, so I like to be social with people and respectful of others in our shared spaces. My budget is about a maximum of $200 per week, but could be flexible if rent included internet, foxtel, gas, electricity, water, etc were added in. I'm originally from Albury, then Hobart, now Melbourne, so I've gotten used to moving recently, but really just hoping to settle in Ballarat at the right place! Ideally, I'm hopeful of living with 1-2 people, young professionals around my age (flexible with that) that have had experience in sharehouses before. If you think I'm the right for your place, I'd love to know more about you, and the surroundings, and any pictures you have of potential rooms and shared spaces. I can provide professional and housemate references where required. Now that you've made it this far, I'd love to know more about YOU and what you're looking for in a place or housemate! Thanks :)
Its quiet, clean, and plenty of room, own bathroom and 2 living ( lounge) rooms so plenty of space to relax in own areas. Bbq and outdoor enertainment area. NICE views overlooking golf course, so any keen golfers welcome😊
Study a double degree online, so its full time study from home, work or travel during my breaks. Into pc gaming, cars, few quiet beers, don't go out to often. Am a kiwi so love my rugby. Fairly quiet, keep to myself mostly, always clean up after myself. Happy to bring my own internet if needed, requirement for my study. Have my own bed, drawers. Don't have a car, just need room for my computer desk. No more then $150 including bills.
Nice new home with mod cons. Northerly aspect (nice and warm) views from the verandah. Nice place quiet area and a quiet house. 4 bedrooms, of which two will be let and the third will be a spare in case family or friends wish to stay the night (or maybe they just had one too many the night before). So it's not too crowded. There are two living areas so you can have you own space. Just worked out how to use the gas heating and it works a charm, and there is an AC for the warmer months. The bedrooms are a nice size (about 3X3m) with built ins. The bathroom is modern, with separate toilet, and you would share this bathroom with one other.
Clean well situated house close to public transport and highway entry. Large backyard with BBQ and outdoor furniture. Fully equipped shared kitchen, laundry with washing machine and dryer, lounge room shared with TV and stereo
It's has a great ambience plenty of room sensational gardens soround the property Ducted heating Evap cooling wood heating in games room Just a great place to live Me and my other flat mate are great company and great cooks
This property is a 20 minute walk from town, and less than a 5 minute drive. It is surrounded by great walking tracks! It is an older house that has been renovated, so is modern inside. It is a small homey house, with great natural sunlight, on a quiet street. The house is already set up with all the furniture you need! Unlimited internet is available for $20 a month! Pets are negotiable, depending on what sort.
I love living here because it's in a nice quiet spot, with only the birdlife creating much noise. It's only a four minute drive to the cbd/supermarket and Western Freeway. There are two bus lines that run quite close, with the closest stop being about 500m away. The unit is only 18 months old so is very easy to keep clean. We have a decent amount of storage in our single car garage. There is astroturf (fake grass) so almost no garden maintenance which is great. The bathroom is also pretty nice.
The second bedroom is occupied by a lovely couple. It's a beautiful rural property a couple of minutes out of Kyneton township. The landlord also lives at the same address in another house. There is lots of space and it's nice and quite, there are always kangaroos in the backyard and lovely views (especially from the bedroom). The rooms are spacious, the house is fully furnished. There is a washing machine and dryer, and well appointed kitchen. Although the internet is not connected NBN is available. If a couple were to move in the room would be $200 with utility bills included.
