I am an easy going, friendly, independent woman. I have recently moved back to the area from Apollo Bay and have been housesitting since mid December!! I haven't got anything after early September, when I'll be looking for more permanency... I'm positive, clean & tidy, enjoy walking, the outdoors, yoga, music and being with friends & family... hope to hear from you soon 😀😀
Total privacy, lovely outlook from every room, warm, sunny, spacious, close to the train station 5 mins. Living with an x chef, vegie patch, potters kiln and wheel available, dogs, cats welcome. Horse is possible as well for a little extra. Great flatmates! Netflix included, fire heater in the living room, covered bbq area, lovely home, lovely gardens, There is also the possibility of riding one of my quiet horses if you have some experience, in exchange for a bit of help around the place. Happy to rent our room on a short term basis of $50 per night with $20 cleaning charge.
Hi my names is Michael, I enjoy keeping fit and active by going to the gym, eating well, swimming and getting out and about, exploring new things and meeting new people. I also enjoy learning new things and a good conversation. I currently work 3 part time jobs one for an independent gardener, one at a butchers and another at a nursery, whilst studying Horticulture full time in Melbourne. I will be completing my qualification at the end of June and obviously am after some where to live and a friendly face to move in with. I'm a very neat, clean and organised person as well.
I'm a 25 year old in the field of landscape construction. Have moved over from SA this time last year for the job, and my current lease is up/can't be renewed due to owners selling. I'm easy going, love sport, cars, bikes and a laugh. Don't drink or smoke (have quit both this year!) but no problems being around it. Have lived with mates, partner etc for a number of years, so my share house etiquette is second to none (you can hold me to that!) Looking for something short term, happy with cash, bank transfers etc. Have a fair bit of stuff (mainly bikes, tools, parts) but can organise for that to be stored elsewhere if short of space :) Thanks for your time. Cheers, Connor Peacock
Only 2 minutes from supermarkets and town centre. Big yard with great outdoor entertainment area with a pool. 2 lounge rooms, plenty of space in the house. Backs onto the local footy oval if your looking for a place to go on a Saturday.
The accommodation is a large farm house on a rural property. It is 10 mins from Gisborne; 15 mins to Bacchus Marsh; 20 mins to Riddells Creek and Woodend; 35 mins to Kyneton; and, 40 mins to Melbourne Airport. The access road is sealed and the winding driveway has a gravel surface. Entry is by a security gate. The first bedroom is large with a dressing room with ample storage space. It can easily fit a kingsize bed, desk and comfortable sofas or chairs. The picture windows look out over the Macedon Ranges. The private bathroom is large and includes a bath. It is suitable for couples. The cost is $250 for a single and $300 for a couple, per week. The second bedroom is also large with a BIW. It can fit a kingsize bed, a desk and one or two comfortable chairs. The bay window looks out onto the Macedon Ranges. The available bathroom is large and shared with one other flatmate. It is suitable for couples. The cost is $200 for a single and $250 for a couple per week. The third bedroom is smaller, with a BIW. It is suitable for a king single, or possibly a double. A small desk and chair will fit into it. The available bathroom is large and shared with one, perhaps two flatmates. The property is a sizeable farm with cattle and horses. It is quiet with many trees. The house has a small orchard near it. Bird life is plentiful and varied, including a resident pea hen. Unfortunately, no pets can be brought onto the property. There is a large shared kitchen and laundry. A beautiful lounge room with bay windows overlooking the farm and the Macedon Ranges is a favourite spot for reading, listening to music and conversation. There is also a wood fire and formal dining room. A separate TV room adjoins the kitchen. My partner and I will continue to live on the property, but in the downstairs areas. We will be pleased to be your neighbours, and I will continue to work the farm. We will need to use the shared kitchen whilst we develop the downstairs area as a self sufficient unit. All residents need to show the normal good manners and courtesies required in any communal setting. Everyone is responsible to keep the place tidy and clean. A general caring attitude to life and others, as well as a good sense of humour is essential!
Student nurse at fed uni but have casual work. Non smoker, very neat and tidy. Like to keep to myself but also love a good chat! I am also hoping to have my own fur baby (cat) live with me!
I have everything needed to start a share house: washing machine, dryer, fully equipped kitchen, lounge suites, entertainment units, television, coffee table & kitchen table. Am experience with rental properties / share houses, always clean.
Its quiet, clean, and plenty of room, own bathroom and 2 living ( lounge) rooms so plenty of space to relax in own areas. Bbq and outdoor enertainment area. NICE views overlooking golf course, so any keen golfers welcome😊
I currently work In Family Services I am a sporty person I enjoy Netflix I am a social person but also likes their quiet time. I have a passion for Martial Arts I am a team player but I do have my limits.
I keep to myself, friendly and quiet. I clean up after myself and can cook. I work full time, been at my place of work for over 7 years. 40 years old, separated about 15 months ago. I host my own radio show on community radio, Apple 98.5 FM, located in Bacchus Marsh. Back in February 2017 I had major surgery to remove cancer from my body, with a temporary stoma put in while my rectal area repairs itself. In May I began aggressive chemo treatment for the second time, which will last for 5-6 months and then I'll be having more surgery sometime in early 2018 to remove stoma/sow up hole left by stoma, and put everything back the way it was...minus a bit of bowel. The person(s) accepting me into their home (if that is the case) will need to be aware of my health issue and be understanding and ok with it. I am also a high functioning autistic, better known as Asperger's. Doesn't really mean anything, doesn't affect anything in any way, just best that I mention it. I'm currently living at both my father's house and a share house in Darley. A transition period, where my father wants me closer to him while I go through the things I'm going through at the moment. However eventually I need to make a decision on where exactly I want to be living.
Nice new home with mod cons. Northerly aspect (nice and warm) views from the verandah. Nice place quiet area and a quiet house. 4 bedrooms, of which two will be let and the third will be a spare in case family or friends wish to stay the night (or maybe they just had one too many the night before). So it's not too crowded. There are two living areas so you can have you own space. Just worked out how to use the gas heating and it works a charm, and there is an AC for the warmer months. The bedrooms are a nice size (about 3X3m) with built ins. The bathroom is modern, with separate toilet, and you would share this bathroom with one other. Foxtel GO is included with the rent so the only expenses are elec, gas and cleaner.
Clean well situated house close to public transport and highway entry. Large backyard with BBQ and outdoor furniture. Fully equipped shared kitchen, laundry with washing machine and dryer, lounge room shared with TV and stereo
It's has a great ambience plenty of room sensational gardens soround the property Ducted heating Evap cooling wood heating in games room Just a great place to live Me and my other flat mate are great company and great cooks
I love living here because it's in a nice quiet spot, with only the birdlife creating much noise. It's only a four minute drive to the cbd/supermarket and Western Freeway. There are two bus lines that run quite close, with the closest stop being about 500m away. The unit is only 18 months old so is very easy to keep clean. We have a decent amount of storage in our single car garage. There is astroturf (fake grass) so almost no garden maintenance which is great. The bathroom is also pretty nice.
The second bedroom is occupied by a lovely couple. It's a beautiful rural property a couple of minutes out of Kyneton township. The landlord also lives at the same address in another house. There is lots of space and it's nice and quite, there are always kangaroos in the backyard and lovely views (especially from the bedroom). The rooms are spacious, the house is fully furnished. There is a washing machine and dryer, and well appointed kitchen. Although the internet is not connected NBN is available. If a couple were to move in the room would be $200 with utility bills included.
2 friends looking for 2 rooms to rent. were mature, organised, fun & friendly. Please let us know if you have anything available. Can move asap
I have great rental history, like to keep to myself & understand personal space. I am 22 years old and I work night shift work in Maryborough but I am looking for a place Ballarat based. I am Getting perhaps 2-3 shifts a week earning enough to pay for myself. I am not looking at spending more then $170 a week for the right place. I am looking for a housemate who is great to get a long with, can have a laugh or drink with. I've got furniture for myself eg bed, beside tables, dining table if need be etc
I am a busy 25 year old health professional looking to rent out a fully furnished bedroom in Invermay Park. The house is within walking distance of the closest supermarket and 5 minutes drive from Ballarat train station, the CBD, Ballarat Base and St John of God Hospital, Australian Catholic University and Federation University Camp street campus. Public transport options are good, with the route 4 bus line passing the house and travelling to Ballarat train station and the Ballarat CBD area. The room itself is fully contained and the bathroom is shared with one roommate. A garage parking spot is also available by negotiation. The house is fully furnished with all facilities including standard kitchen appliances, fridge, front loading washing machine, NBN internet and a smart television. There are two separate living areas, an open plan kitchen and paved courtyard area perfect for entertaining. The rent payment of $120 excludes utility bills. The house is currently connected to Telstra NBN broadband and use is available and negotiable. My roommate and I are both friendly, easy going people to live with! Our living arrangement would most likely suit a busy and independent young professional but university students are also welcome to apply. If my house sounds appealing to you, please send through a brief paragraph about yourself and I'll get back to you as soon as possible!
Close to the city centre. Very nice neighbourhood, secluded and big back yard. I do have a very large dog who sleeps inside but he is very friendly. You will sleep soundly knowing he will keep you're belongings are safe with him there. Bills are cheap considering the last power bill was 50 bucks.
