Looking for someone to rent spare room in my home that works full time, has their own life looking for a place to stay. Quiet home, welcome to use Internet. Queen bed, bedside table, tv and built in double robe in the room. Own bathroom and toilet. $200 for one person or $300 for 2 or couple.
Views of Warragul town centre and Strzelecki ranges from kitchen and dining area. Lots of natural light. The living/dining/kitchen area has a reverse cycle air-con as well as a heater. The kitchen is modern. Expect to find me there as I like cooking at home :) I'm vegetarian but don't mind what you eat. Cats are cute but my boyfriend who will be staying every now and then is allergic. If you have a friendly outside dog it might be possible for it to call this place home. No smokers sorry. Listings not available until early July as I don't move in until then either! The photos are from the previous real estate listing so it will have completely different furniture. I'll be living upstairs with my own bathroom, so you'll only be sharing the bathroom with the downstairs bedrooms. I don't plan to have more than three people living downstairs at a time, so that shared spaces don't feel crowded :)
Large 4 bedroom shared house. Each Room has built in robes the common area's are furnished, including couches, TV, kitchen table, fridge and kitchen items. The house has central heating and a large reverse cycle air conditioning to main (common) area. 2 living Areas (front and rear of house) separate Gym and Laundry.
Im very stong on keeping a clean space to live comfortable in. Very new to the area so im really keen on meeting people. I just moved from canberra for a fresh start. No kids or pets and i work at a nursing home in warragul. Will have no problems with payments.
We are cousin so we are looking place to stay together. Both of us are easy going person and like to organize place clean also tidy. We are working holiday visa holder and will work around Warragul.
I keep to myself, not a partier, and great with technology. I have my own place I am renting, which has room for a second person, but ideally we'd find somewhere else to move, as the current property is on the smaller side. LBGTI+ friendly Happy to consider someone with a child depending on age if needed I am employeed full time, and have all the furnishings required for living out of home if you do not. Would prefer someone who has stable employment, and bills to be split evenly. Not prepared to live with smokers, drug users or heavy partiers. ** I need to give 30 days notice to leave current rental
I'm a French bachelor student (in Agriculture Sciences) working in Warragul for an internship. I practice rock climbing (in- and outdoor), love natural areas, good food, rock music and movies. I appreciate to share time with people..
I’m looking for at least two people to rent out the house long term 3bedrooms, all with built in cupboards. Fans in every room. Two split systems, one gas heater and one wood fired heater. Good size kitchen with gas cook top and pantry. No dishwasher. One bathroom, no bath. I live out the back in a studio flat. The couple that live in the main house are moving out. So for me to continue living here I need someone to move in. Of course after being approved by the real estate. Rent is $1391 all together per month. Which would be evenly split on the number if occupants. All bill splits evenly too. I have a Jack Russell puppy that gets on with most animals, so if you have a pet most welcome too. Anymore questions just ask.
Thinking about renting rooms out of my brand new house approx 2km out of Warragul town. Best suited to young people like myself (20s). I currently have no pets as I am still doing landscaping. Roommate must be clean and tidy and respect my new house!! I do sometimes have people over on Friday and saturday nights socially. If you are keen or want to find out any more information please contact me.

The house is fairly new, in a quiet street within walking distance of a nice park and 5min drive to Drouin, the train station and a couple of different gyms. It has a nice little reading nook with a tree view in the living room. There's ducted gas heating throughout the house, an air conditioner in the kitchen/dining and unlimited 25mbps wireless internet. It's a strictly non-smoking and drug free household. I have 2 spare bedrooms that share a common bathroom. There is a large kitchen and dining, a living room with plenty of couch space and a shared laundry. There's a decent sized back yard with an undercover patio
