I am currently studying full time and working part time seeking share accomodation in the Port Stephens area. I am clean, tidy and easy to live with. I am good with finances and generally keep to myself but enjoy good company, music and the beach.
The property is 5 mins walk to the bay, 15mins from Williamtown airport and 45mins from Newcastle. Secure, furnished property with large backyard and covered outdoor entertaining area. great neighbors in a quiet street.
I just moved into Newcastle and am looking for a place with either getting my own place or sharing with someone that is friendly. I am looking for work in hospitality so hopefully won't be unemployed for long as I am really keen to start working. I like the beach, non-smoker and am friendly..
This unit is located near the beach, and provides a balcony to take in the view. It is a small 2 bedroom unit, so a friendly/easy talking roommate would be ideal. The best way to persuade you is for you to have a look for yourself. So let me know if you're interested
Down to earth country girl hard working so never home Traveling sales rep so would be away a lot Prefer to live in country or rural

Friendly country girl, just moved to Newcastle for work. I have a smallish dog who is impeccably well behaved. 100% house trained, quiet, gets along great with other animals, including cats, birds, pigs and cows. A fenced yard is not necessary, I am happy to build a dog run myself, the only time she is left at home is when I go to work, other than that she is joined to my hip. Happy for people to meet myself and the dog.
So - a bit about me. I'm living in Sydney at the moment, having returned from some time overseas just under 2 years ago. I'm a mature, single female, I'm easy going and respectful of other's privacy and have great rental and professional/personal references. I am an Australian Citizen of UK birth. I am sociable, happy to share a glass of wine, and the occasional meal, but I'm not looking for a party house. If I do share (I'm also looking for a granny flat style accommodation) then I prefer to only share with one or two others at the most. I love living near nature, so a city house is not what I'm looking for. I have two very well behaved pets - a cat called Kitwe (who is a very lazy neutered boy, sleeping most of the day and night away) and a beautiful (small) border collie called Mr Finn. Both are rescues and I actually brought Mr Finn back with me from South Africa (my cat is Australian and went with me to SA and came home again). They are both neutered and I keep them well groomed and clean. I walk my dog for 2 hours a day so he is a relaxed dog and causes no problems. As you can tell I am very fond of my pets and take great care of them. They are clean, house-trained and my rental references for the last 7 years are for properties where they both lived with me.
2 bed room apartment with a balcony overlooking Newcastle Park & is located right next to Nobbies beach. The apartment has a private washing machine & drier, spa bath & air-conditioning. The room is fully furnished with a queen sized bed & built in wardrobes. A short walk will bring you to Newcastle Beach, Newcastle Mall & access to public transport. Newcastle University is just a short bus trip away. Smoking on balcony only.
I am looking to move to Newcastle in May 2018. (A while off I know, putting the feelers out now!) I currently live in country NSW and will be moving to Newcastle to be back near the beach/sea. I work FT as a Production & Graphics Manager for a Promotional Merchandise & Signage company based in Sydney. I have been working remotely for the last 2 years and would consider renting 2 rooms (bedroom + office/ study) in the house or can rent an office externally. I am originally from country NSW however, have lived in Sydney for 20 years and overseas. I have travelled locally & abroad extensively, I love the sea (and miss it!), love to cook, have a laugh and am generally calm and laid back. I keep active by going to the gym, access my creative side through wood carving and volunteering for local organisations. I love gardening, growing my own herbs and veggies is a must! I am looking to move to Newcastle as I have a few friends there, and every time I visit I enjoy myself.. plus it is coastal (and not in Sydney! haha :-))
I'm looking for a place to set up camp for the summer months with my beautiful partner Alexis. We met sailing in the Whitsundays and are super easy going, respectful people. Lex loves yoga nearly as much as i love to surf. We've spent the majority of this year farming in Hawaii and now are about to start the process of applying for a Australian partnership visa. I'm excited to show Lexi what a Newcastle summer is like as I've grown up here. Lexi will be arriving in Aus from USA in a week or so, in this time i hope to find a nice spot as close to the sea as possible with some rad house mates. Can't wait to meet future roomies! Jack (23) Lexi (27) :)

Hi there, I'm a 24 year old looking for a room as I am moving back to Newcastle after living regionally for work. I've taken a role as a Civil Engineer in the CBD and would like to be as close to work as possible. I'm pretty easy going, looking for somewhere quiet during the week but don't mind a cheeky beer on a Friday. Generally pretty quiet but I do like to go hiking and skating on the weekends. If you have anything suitable please let me know! Thanks, Luke
Howdy! I'm a student at newy uni. Keen to move in town to enjoy that city life. Wouldn't mind some good times, few beers, music, beachin. I've lived in newy for a few years after moving down here from Coffs Harbour. I'm easy to get along with, clean and tidy, quiet and all that. Pretty good at doin dishes. No car, just got a pushy. Anyway, hit me up if you need a flatmate. Would be looking at moving in around the back end of November, early December. Cheers! Go the Knights
