Have recently disrobed from Buddhist monasticism where I lived as a Monk for 10 years in Sri Lanka, Burma and Australia. Have been fortunate enough to obtain good work (disability services) and assorted things (car, clothes, piano, guitar, bicycle, technology etc). I currently live in a beautiful big old share house in Bendigo but am looking to find a place of my own around so I can pursue my interests in Buddhist meditation, and playing (piano, keyboard, guitar, drums etc.) and producing music (home studio). I am a clean, positive and considerate person who has occasional bursts of kind exuberance.
I am an easy going, friendly, independent woman. I have recently moved back to the area from Apollo Bay and have been housesitting since mid December!! I haven't got anything after early September, when I'll be looking for more permanency... I'm positive, clean & tidy, enjoy walking, the outdoors, yoga, music and being with friends & family... hope to hear from you soon 😀😀
I'm respectful, neat and friendly. I'm looking for a quiet and laid-back sharehouse. I work in the heritage sector. I like to have a chat and laugh with my housemates but also respect personal space. I enjoy the outdoors, going to gym, movies, music and TV.
I am adjusting to single life having been married twice and I have six children between 40 and 17. I have a small dog - very friendly and beautifully natured - I would have with me some of the time. I plan to make a lot of shorter trips taking me away for a few days at a time over the next six months. I enjoy cooking - nothing exotic - and gardening and growing vegies etc. I am used to lots of house maintenance activities. I want some company with someone who enjoys life and sees the funnier side of humanity. I will be involved part-time in a continuing family business for a while but that can happen on the net. I enjoy a glass of red and am keen to maintain a walking exercise regime. I would be interested in anywhere on the Bellarine Peninsula
Oh hi! Now that I have your attention, I'm looking for a room around Ballarat towards mid-August. I'm open to living either near the CBD (as that's where I'll be working), or in the nearby surrounding suburbs. A bit about me: I'm a 28-year-old male journalist currently working in Mildura (but living in Melbourne). I'm quite relaxed and easy going, friendly with people from all walks of life, a tidy and neat-conscious person, well aware of other people's space, and most of all I love an adventure. I'm a bit of a sports nerd, love being active in social sport teams (anything from footy, to basketball to lacrosse to tennis or cycling). I also take a lot of photos (not the selfie kind) as that's my other passion outside of work. I'm also big on going to gigs across a lot of different genres, especially punk. I also love all animals so if you have a pet, then that's a bonus! I have a lot of existing items already including my own bed, couch, TV, kitchen items, etc. So I'm pretty self sufficient in terms of furnishings. Having said that, if there's a furnished house or flat that's always a bonus. I often like to come and go when I need to as I'm a fairly social person outside my four wall. I am the kind of person that likes to bring a friend over to watch TV, so I like to be social with people and respectful of others in our shared spaces. My budget is about a maximum of $200 per week, but could be flexible if rent included internet, foxtel, gas, electricity, water, etc were added in. I'm originally from Albury, then Hobart, now Melbourne, so I've gotten used to moving recently, but really just hoping to settle in Ballarat at the right place! Ideally, I'm hopeful of living with 1-2 people, young professionals around my age (flexible wit that) that have had experience in sharehouses before. If you think I'm the right for your place, I'd love to know more about you, and the surroundings, and any pictures you have of potential rooms and shared spaces. I can provide professional and housemate references where required. Thank you.
Its quiet, clean, and plenty of room, own bathroom and 2 living ( lounge) rooms so plenty of space to relax in own areas. Bbq and outdoor enertainment area. NICE views overlooking golf course, so any keen golfers welcome😊

Sunny living come one dining room. A separate kitchen room. A little peaceful study room you can use it in third dining room. A study desk and air conditional and hydronic heating as well. Good view for sunrise and sunset every day. Rent is $200/week/each room including bills( up to 1000GB internet/month).
Nice new home with mod cons. Northerly aspect (nice and warm) views from the verandah. Nice place quiet area and a quiet house. 4 bedrooms, of which two will be let and the third will be a spare in case family or friends wish to stay the night (or maybe they just had one too many the night before). So it's not too crowded. There are two living areas so you can have you own space. Just worked out how to use the gas heating and it works a charm, and there is an AC for the warmer months. The bedrooms are a nice size (about 3X3m) with built ins. The bathroom is modern, with separate toilet, and you would share this bathroom with one other.

Hi, I'm Carly! I'm 21, currently studying second year nursing and working part time. Because of the study I'm not really a big partier, so I'm just looking for a home where I'm content to study, relax and unwind. Happy to be social with housemates but I totally understand if you need your space too. Won't be at home much during the day due to uni/work/horse/boyfriend. Animal lover, will scream on sighting cute doggos, have a horse you can visit and play with. Love a good laugh. Can teach you some killer jiu jitsu/MMA moves. Can patch up any boo-boos, take out splinters. Italian, can cook like nona makes it. Qualified swim teacher, can teach you how to swim.
I am a single mother with a 2 year old child. Need to find a place asap for my self and my son. Please someone help. I am very neat and tidy. Hate to live in a mess. I clean, cook, happy to help anywhere in a house.
Hello! I'm a full-time urban planner - work is taking me to Ballarat in September. I'm house trained/clean up after myself, love cooking and gardening, and own lots of thriving houseplants that will be relocating with me. I keep active swimming and on the bike, and would love to find something creative like pottery or woodworking classes to get involved in after the move. I'm looking to live with interesting easy going housemates somewhere close to town. Ideally would love to find a place with rent below the $150 mark. Shoot me a message if you have a place available and reckon we might get along.
Looking for a place for my dog and I from 20th August 2017 onwards anywhere in or near ballarat. Im a personal trainer and gym membership consultant, and love to travel on weekends. When home I am very quiet and spend time with my Siberian Husky Storm. Storm is 4 years old and makes absolutely no noise. He is well trained and doesn't dig nor destroy things. Storm doesn't work with other dogs though, and is quite fragile as he has had over 10 surgeries on his legs. I have my own TV, cabinet, bedroom furniture, couch, fridge and bar stools, but could of course get rid of these if you couldn't fit them :) I am extremely responsible, neat and am meticulous when it comes to cleaning. I am bubbly and creative and love to meet new people!
Great location with easy access to central Ballarat, train station, sporting ovals and walking tracks. Spacious, tidy house with separate dining area and living area. Outside patio, double garage for storage and veggie garden for those keen enough! Loads of on street parking on quiet street. Gas heating. House fully furnished. Room includes built in robes and book shelf. Generously sized room with King single for your convenience.
The property is usually very quiet, it has a nice backyard. The room is fully furnished with white Queen Anne style queen bed, built in robes, air conditioner and ducted heating. Close to public transport
