I'm very lived in a range of houses, including share-houses, house-sits, solo and even a caravan. I'm easy-going, tidy, thoughtful and respectful of everyone. I have a lovely old dog called Alice who is the gentlest Kelpie you've ever met. I run a landscaping business, am generally pretty busy running that and a bunch of other projects. I'm looking for place around Ballan or a half-hour drive for at least a year.
Wood fire, Air conditioning, amazing house and views, quiet area, mechanic housemate, snow in winter :)

Mature professional female (46 years young) seeking a house-share in the Daylesford or surrounding regions (50 km). Interests include: alternative therapies, writing, hiking, history, films, docos, health & well-being, sports, markets, community and causes that make a difference. Relaxed and down to earth with a great sense of humor, I'm seeking a place to call home (approximately 6 months) while saving for my own place. I'm happy to extend to longer term arrangement if the right housemate is found. Ideally, I love nature and I am hoping to live on some acreage. If you want someone to help out with the animals, or tend to the vege patch, look no further. Country girl at heart seeking a tree change in a sanctuary (even just a place with a garden and relaxing energy) to enjoy with the right housemate. Having lived in house-share, I understand 'sharing' and 'respecting people's personal space'. I'm very tidy and I enjoy a social night out, but tend to enjoy the quieter lifestyle these days. Blessed with a great sense of humor, I'd really like someone on the same page that knows how to laugh and enjoy life. I am looking for a like-minded share place with a relaxed and genuine person. As I will be working part time as a Therapist and studying, I am looking for more affordable accommodation. If you have a room available and want a great housemate, please send me a message.
Quiet area close to town, large open space, vegi garden
Hi there, A little about me, I shall be continuing with full-time study in second semester and working part time. I'm currently an electrical contractor and will be starting up my own business in Ballarat and it's surrounding areas as I have just newly moved to the area. I do have a senior dog who I love dearly and would only consider a shared space with other dog lovers that would accept her as one of the crew. She's always been an indoor pooch free to move around as she pleases. She is well mannered and friendly. A fenced yard would of course be a must but wouldn't have to very high as she is no escape artist. I do have two vehicles one being my work van that if possible would be great if parked off of the road but not essential at this stage. I am quiet and health conscious , a non smoker and serious about my studies. So I'm not looking for a noisy party house, but a space that is relaxed and respectful. I do like a great meal out and a cold beer at a local bar. Mountain biking, walking and adventuring with my K9 mate are a couple of things I like to do. I'm also fairly flexible with living in most suburbs so long as it is suitable for my Dog. Move dates are also flexible as i don't start study until June, July but would like to get settled sooner. :)
Love living here because it's in a nice quiet spot, with only the birdlife creating much noise. It's only a short drive to the cbd/supermarket and Western Freeway. There are two bus lines that run quite close, with the closest stop being about 500m away. The unit is 2 years old so is very easy to keep clean. We have a decent amount of storage in our single car garage. There is astroturf (fake grass) so almost no garden maintenance which is great. The room available nice and bright and a great size, it has built in wardrobes with full length mirrors. Bond is $413. Bills are not included in rent. We have central heating and a split system air con in the open plan living area. We are two students, 29 and 27, I’ve just recently moved into the house and am new to the area, Brooke enjoys catching up with friends, playing volleyball and going for walks. I love getting out and about on the weekends even though at the moment this isn’t happening due to a crazy uni schedule! I love cooking and just getting to know new people. We are both friendly and enjoy a good chat with our housemates but are out and about being quite social also. We are a non-smoking household. We are looking for someone in their 20's or 30's who has lived in a sharehouse before, is social, friendly and tidy. If you are interested to come and check it out/meet us, please send me a text or give me a call. We look forward to meeting you soon

I'm 33 and a teacher. I am friendly, quiet, respectful neat and tidy. I have many household items of my own, including bedroom items, fridge and couch etc. I'm into hiking and other outdoors pursuits and will be away most weekends. I also like to keep busy, go to yoga, exercise classes etc. I have a cat (she is probably best in a one cat household).
My name is Tori and I’m 23 years old. I currently work two part time retail jobs. I am easy going, open minded and don’t like to take everything too seriously. I love to be social, but that just means I enjoy the company of others whether that be going for a walk, going out for coffee, watching a movie.. doesn’t have to be anything major. In saying that, I am very comfortable in my own company and am super independent. I don’t party every weekend but I enjoy a cheeky drink and night out on occasion, more than happy to drink out of the house if needed. I’m respectful of other people’s privacy and belongings, will clean up after myself and reliable with bills. Let me know if you think I’d be a good fit at your house or if you’d like to team up and find a place! X
We are a easy and care free house! We are in such a convienent position between the centre of Ballarat and Fed Uni. Canadian Lakes is a nice area of Ballarat and great for people who love being active. We are a short 5 min walk to the nearest bus stop and have a nice outdoor area! The room is on the small side, but you do have a decent size robe! For 86.25, it is a great spot if you are looking to save and live in a nice house!
This house is located 1 minute from the Mount Helen campus of Federation Uni, which is very useful if you wake up late! It's only 10 minutes from the centre of Ballarat, so it is suitable for a student or a young professional. We have super fast broadband available (I just did a speed-test at 6pm and got 90 mbps download and 34 mbps upload). They are good sized bedrooms with built in robes. The living room is big, and there is also a large double door fridge which is great as it means you will have lots of room for your food. In the near future I'm planning to get a pool table or table tennis table, I'm open to suggestions from the new housemates. I don't care what you smoke as long as it's outside.
Large, tidy house in a great neighbourhood. 5 minute drive to town and 2 minutes to Midvale in Mount Clear. Aircon, heating and most of the living areas are furnished. Also has an awesome outdoor area for summer activities.
This renovated period house is located within walking distance to the CBD and train station and there is a bus stop around the corner on Humffray St North. Start Café is a 3 minute walk away and is definitely worth checking out :) The room is of medium size and large enough to fit a double/ queen bed and chest of drawers. There is a built in wardrobe and you will have access to your own bathroom (which contains the washing machine). Aside from your room, the entire house is fully furnished so no need to bring anything.
I’m a physio moving to Ballarat for work at the start of May. Looking for a place to stay for at least 6 months in a good area. Unfortunately I’m allergic to cats so couldn’t live in a house with one.
