My name is Danni and I am about to move to Ballarat from Melbourne for work! I am 23 years old and have lived out of home for nearly five years so I am very used to paying rent and bills (all on time might I add). I have a 2.5 year old golden retriever (Ollie) who comes as a package deal...He is very well behaved and loves cuddles & pats - he also gets along with nearly every other dog he has met. He does usually sleep inside but will is trained to stay in his bed (although he might greet you of a morning at your bedroom door if he hears your alarm go off though haha). As I said I’m relocating from Melbourne where I am currently living by myself. I’m used to keeping myself company but also love hanging out and chatting over wine & cheese and Netflix! I am a newly graduated dietitian and therefore love cooking & trying new recipes - happy to share my creations! I am also a personal trainer so stay pretty active between running & going to the gym :) I’m not looking to move until around August 13th (but flexible if I need to pay prior to this)!
Hey There!! I am a 20 year old looking for a place a little bit closer to work in Ballarat, I have previously lived out of home and want to experience that again. I do work full time and am a fairly busy person, I am not massive on party's and do play a fair bit of sport I am fun, friendly, Clean and respectful. I do have a dog which I do take full responsibility for and she is well trained
Hi I have a lovely modern open plan home. I have 2 rooms available and prefer females as I have a 6 yr old daughter. We are quite and keep to ourselves mostly, I don’t mind a chat now and then. I work in healthcare and understand how hard it is to get somewhere to live whilst on placement so welcome short termers. If your keen let’s chat.
I have recently started working a full time job (was attending a Bachelor at University). Looking to move out! My max is preferably no more than $200 per week and I prefer an all inclusive cost per week. I work full time and try to get out as much as I can on the weekends.
I have a room for rent in two bedroom, one and a half bath town house in Brown Hill. Right opposite the brown hill reserve, close to shops, public transport, pub, and petrol station. This town house has central heating, has a study area which is not being used and comes with a small back yard.
I will be moving to Ballarat in the coming months due to work relocation. I am employed full time in the public service and have been a renting housemate for 4 years now. I am laid back but I am always on time with bills and rent, and I also like to keep communal areas clean and tidy and always up for socialising. I tend to spend lots of time at the gym and trying to stay outdoors. Please let me know if this sounds appropriate and if you have any questions!

I am clean, punctual, and helpful. I am quiet/somewhat of an introvert and will be spending a lot of my spare time reading / meditating when not working at the base hospital. I do a bit of gymnastics/ climbing and camping occasionally and these sorts of activities :) Prefer non-smoking household.
I am neat, tidy, considerate. I am studying Business at Federation Mt Helen campus. My family live in Bendigo, I have a part-time job at Crust Gourmet Pizzas, I play tennis and basketball. I enjoy football, soccer, playing computer games and going to the movies. I enjoy my own company and am focused on my studies which are my first priority. However, I am socialable but not a 'party animal', so do not want to live in a situation which is noisy and disruptive. I am looking to live in a house which is respectful to all living there.

This renovated period house is located within walking distance to the CBD and train station and there is a bus stop around the corner on Humffray St North. Start Café is a 3 minute walk away and is definitely worth checking out :) The room is of medium size and large enough to fit a double/ queen bed and chest of drawers. There is a built in wardrobe and you will have access to your own bathroom. Aside from your room, the entire house is fully furnished so no need to bring anything.
The house is nice and quiet! Central heating/cooling, the room is fully furnished with a queen bed, tv, ensuite and walk in robe! The whole house is fully furnished also with 2 other housemates living in the house. Unlimited wifi is included in the rent cost.
My house is in a great location on Princes St North, walking distance to the station, Coles, Wilsons and super cute café Vegas and Rose. There is also a bus stop a couple of minutes’ walk away on Humffray St. The cottage has been fully renovated with a modern kitchen, two bathrooms (one including European laundry), paved outdoor area, heating, air conditioning and open lounge/ dining area. The house is basically fully furnished aside from your room however a TV for the lounge room would be welcome :) Please note the photos in this ad are all stock photos from the agent so furniture in the house will vary. This house comes with cats so cat lovers (or tolerators) are welcome! The bedroom has built in robes and is big enough to comfortably fit a queen size bed, bedside table and a desk if you wanted one. The house is ready for inspections from October 15 onwards and the room is available to move into anytime from the 22nd.
Hey! My name is danni, I’m very tidy and independent, I love to clean when I wake up on a Saturday. I’m bubbly and light hearted, open to talk and hang out or keep to myself. I would prefer to live close to town or at least close to public transport as I don’t drive as of yet, and rely on a certain bus to get to and from work. I love pets so if you have them I’d happily give them my love. I do have some furniture but would love if there was a built-in wardrobe or one I could borrow until I buy one. I don’t throw parties or have a million and one friends over all the time, I’m not a very loud person and I cook and buy all my own groceries :) I don’t own any pets but I would ideally like to move in to somewhere that allows them as I’m hoping to try and adopt a dog when I have the ability to.
Clean, Sociable but know's boundary's, can cook, quite, easy going, reliable and fun to be around, I don't party, I'm a student who is on student allowance but I am looking for part time employment
