Our home is surrounded by lush lawn, gardens, dam and pasture, with cool tree shaded areas to relax in. The property is part of a koala corridor, and they frequent our trees. Wallabies and kangaroos are also regular visitors, and an abundance of birdlife that take advantage of the many trees and water (up to 20 wild ducks are seen on our dams daily). The bathroom is clean and modern (shared between the 2 rooms), large lounge / TV room and large modern country kitchen with open plan dining + TV entertainment area. I am a clean living, non-smoking male (in a relationship). I’m into real-food, meditation, gardening, growing vegetables and fruit, and living naturally. The property may be suitable for pets (individual assessment required). You will need your own transport. I go to the gym after work usually (sometimes the beach too) and most weekends I am back home in Qld, so I'm not really a homebody. When around the house I'll be usually zoning out on Netflix. I'm what you'd probably consider an 'ambivert'. I am more than up for a chat, beer, meal and whatever. I cook a few nights a week and clean up after myself but am not fazed by a bit of occasional mess as we all have busy lives, however will pitch in and use common sense. I am looking for someone who is similar and who has social skills, and maybe someone I can call a friend. Don't have to be besties but would like someone friendly to live with so it doesn't feel like two strangers living in the same house.
