3 bedroom and 2 bathroom and 2 living areas in a new estate Drouin. close to bus stop and V Line train. Off street parking. Its a very quiet estate. It has split system in main lounge area and open fire place. Fully equiped kitchen and dishwasher, mircowave, toaster, kettle, etc. 2nd lounge has an extra TV connector as well in the main bedroom. Large backyard. I have either room for rent, not both rooms. So either the main bedroom with ensuite or a single room for rent. You will have your own shower either way. If one room is rented, it will be two people living in the house at any given time. I am clean living and have a police and ww children checks clearance given the job role that I do. As a potential flatemate there will be a very low risk of rental breakdown as I am honest. I am also asking that you must provide proof of employment and have a police clearance check. It seems that NPC is something that is being ask more and more often on flatemates. But, it is one way to reduce placement breakdown and get along with each other, and longivity on where you stay. It would be a positive experience over a negative one.

Whether you'll be relaxing in the backyard, the day beds will be your favourite spot or if you want to just sit back and relax, you will find yourself sitting outside. Do you like to cook and need fresh herbs? Just step outside as we've got our own herbs garden. So, no need to go shopping! You will also be tempted to have breakfast, lunch, coffee break or dinner outside. Our alfresco area easily accommodates 6 to 10 people. If you feel more like relaxing inside; well Netflix, unlimited internet access are available. If you don't have time to do your laundry, just ask for our tariffs and you'll see that you won't have to drive far to have clean laundry. Clean bed linens are provided on a weekly basis and this service is included in price. If you need towels, we are not far away to see how we can help if you are just here for a night or we can discuss further if you are to stay for a longer period. The house is on a decent block of land with established gardens. We have a fully functional/liveable shipping container home that is one bedroom and has own toilet and shower. We are about 5-10minutes out of the CBD of Warragul and Drouin on an extremely quite road. - Fast WIFI - Veggie Patch - Surrounded by farmland - Dogs.
Thinking about renting rooms out of my brand new house approx 2km out of Warragul town. Best suited to young people like myself (20s). I currently have no pets as I am still doing landscaping. This house is in the inner Warragul township and about a 15 minute walk to the main shops. It features three bedrooms in total and one bathroom which is shared. The empty bedroom is currently furnished so it would be ideal for anyone whose backpacking and is without furniture. We aren't looking specifically just for backpackers though so if you have your own stuff we are happy to remove it for you. The interent is pretty decent and hooked up to the flatscreen in the lounge. Netflix is logged in on it which you'd be welcome to use. We use the single garage as both storage and a laundry. It's a bit on the narrow side and the driveway is steep so it's just easier to park on the street. We don't have any set rules or an official division of household chores, we just clean up after ourselves and when either of us have a day off we try to run the vacuum and give the bathroom a wipedown. So basically we just ask that you treat the space with respect so that everyone is happy. The price is currently set for a single but if couples are interested the price would need to increase to cover the cost of the utilities, etc.
