Nice 4 bedroom house to share with myself (36) and my daughter (11). There are 2 rooms to choose from, but i only wish to rent out one (unless a parent with their child would like to rent both [price negotiable]). Its big enough to share without treading on each others toes and has a great patio area out back for a BBQ and drinks when its time to unwind. Would also consider reducing the price in return for tutoring for my daughter and/or language lessons (Spanish, Portuguese etc).
Safe and quiet location where there is plenty of walk/jogging paths. Neighbours are lovely. Gym located around the corner, swimming pool across from the gym and Coles/woolies nearby. Fully furnished house, unlimited access to NBN and Netflix. Electricity is split evenly. The room available is a decent sized bedroom with a built in wardrobe. I'm a pretty easy going person, will be mostly working at the hospital. I'm into fishing, 4WDing, dirt bikes and love a good cocktail/wine night. Ideally wants to live with working professionals not students. After own bathroom if possible. Swimming pool would be great.

Looking at moving to Townsville from Brisbane. I have a 3 yr old Fox terrier called Koda who is friendly and playful. I will be looking for work as soon as I move up there but I have enough savings to pay rent in the mean time without money stresses. I play field hockey and am part of the Scouting movement so there might be weeks where I'm home heaps or barely there. I clean up after myself and don't like a super messy house. I'm open minded and out going. :)
Large open modern property. Bedroom is at front of house and you will have own sperate bathroom and toilet. Built in robes. Tv cable in room. Secure property. Quiet area. Pool. Working on getting internet. New ring road extension makes getting anywhere easy.
I’m easy to get along with. Love animals. Clean and tidy person. I like to keep to myself but I also enjoy going out and having fun. I am not currently studying as I’ve taken a gap year and am going to commence my studies in 2018 for nursing and midwifery.
Hello! I'm currently in Canberra, but have just accepted a position in Townsville. I will be arriving there very soon and need to find somewhere to stay pretty quick. My family will be staying in Canberra until the current school year finishes, so I'm looking for somewhere until early/mid January 2018. I'm a 45yo non-smoker and pretty quiet. I'm not likely to get under your feet and certainly won't be hosting rollicking parties! I have an interest in American Football and have already been chatting to the local Townsville team to get back out on the paddock. Will be looking to get out and get myself fitter to help with this too!
This place is like 13 minutes away from uni, 8 minutes away from Willows / Cannon Park, and the area is chill as hell. I mean there are quiet families all around in mount Louisa, the Kirwan side if it makes it any better. There’s a tavern up the road so you can walk home hammered. The house and yard are bigger than Nicki Minaj's left butt cheek. There’s three air-conditioned rooms up for grabs and all have plenty of wardrobe space for all your T-Rex suits and such. The place hasn’t got any pets at the moment but you could bring some in as long as their awesome or cute.

The main lounge/ dining area is air-conditioned. Renovated kitchen and bathroom. Laundry facilities under the house for communal use. BBQ area and large yard maintained by landlord. Rent includes electricity, internet and a cleaner for communal wet areas and floors. Singles - weekly rent is $145/ Couples are welcome - weekly rent is $190
It's located in a quiet court where the neighbourhood kids play in the street and the ice cream truck drives around every other afternoon. All but one of our neighbours are home-owners and have been there for years - gatherings on our front lawn on Friday afternoons for a beer or wine is not uncommon! Built-in garage means extra study space, large outdoor wooden deck with a nice sized pool and spa attached WITH A SLIDE! Three bedrooms, your potential bedroom has an off-centre fan, box aircon (cold) and queen sized bed should you require it with built in wardrobe space. Room colour leaves a little to be desired (soft pastel pink) due to previous owner's young children. Plans are to have that addressed in the near future! In the process of putting together a small herb and spice garden to compliment our cooking abilities. Who doesn't like fresh herbs? We have telstra NBN $99/month (not unlimited but 1000GB surely is enough between 3?), decent sized L shaped modular couch and all rooms are furnished (flexible however). About a 5min walk to a shopping complex that has a grocery store, fast food(s), gym, pharmacy as well as a bus stop, sporting fields and parks close by (5-10min walk).
Large house in private and secure gated complex. The double story house has beautiful views and is a 15 minute drive from JCU as well as the Strand. Two of the bedrooms can be used by couples (one on each floor). 4th bedroom can then be used as a gym as there is a treadmill, bike, etc. There will be desks in the bedrooms but there is also a separate study room in the house.
I get along with pretty much everyone and I am considerate to others when it comes noise and drinking, etc. I like to keep things tidy and always clean up after myself when cooking and doing other various household stuff. I can do outside work (i.e. mowing) as I grew up on a farm and I always pitch in with housework. I'm a full-time uni student and I have a casual job at the Cowboys stadium. I have a small dog (Foxie/Jack Russel mix) named Trevor who I wish to bring with me otherwise I will have to dump him on my parents again. He is a lovely dog - doesn't bite, gets along well with everyone and other animals. I am also a non-smoker (but have no issues with people who do smoke) and I have my own transportation.
I will be moving to Townsville for 3 months on a secondment at the hospital, starting mid November 2017 until the end of February 2018. I'm currently living and working in Mount Isa, and am a young health professional. I have lived in a number sharehouses and am originally from Brisbane. I will be working full-time at the Townsville Hospital and am easy going, clean and friendly.
I'm currently in my 3rd year of Veterinary Science at JCU, I consider myself easy-going and sociable. I do enjoy my own space for study and don't consider myself the biggest party-goer as uni is pretty full-on during the semester, but I certainly enjoy a drink or two after exams! In my spare time, I like exercising, socialising, and binge-watching tv.
Hey, I'm moving to Townsville to study an MSc in Aquaculture at JCU sometime in January/February. Originally from the UK, I love to travel, be outdoors, go diving and anything to do with the ocean. I'm easy going, laid back, clean and happy to live with pets.
I live and work here in Townsville, working out at the RSPCA as an animal attendant. I just got back from working as a zookeeper in Sweden for a few months, though, and that's why I'm looking for somewhere to live. I still got my job here in Townsville to go back to, but no where to stay. I'm originaly from Sweden but liked it so much here in Australia that I got stuck here 4 years ago. I'm a nice and quiet person. I've lived in share houses before and are a very considerate and respectful person. I don't smoke and keep clean. I work a lot and like to keep myself busy after work with sports and nature. When I'm not out and about I most of the time just chill with some movie or some game. I tend to keep to myself but are no stranger to hang out with my housemates either. I rather be out bush and sleep in a tent on a Saturday night than going out partying. I train martial arts and love climbing and diving. So I'm a rather active person that loves nature. I do also like just sitting down and enjoy a movie from time to time as well or going out for dinner with friends.
