I am currently on a carers pension but looking for full time work in Aged/Disability sector, or anything else. I like to listen to music but it's not heavy metal nor will I deafen you.. I love anything with fur and have 3 cats which I will be keeping, so if your pet paranoid I'm not the renter for you. My cats are well looked after, and I have stayed with them in Stayz and Air BnB properties with no problems. No children except for fur kids😉 I've done a lot of house sits and also private rentals and come with references. Hi - This is a great house - spacious but homey. It has two lounge areas - both set-up with TV's/DVD's. Its well located being approx a 10 min walk from local shopping precinct. The bathroom is shared and comprises of two sinks, shower and bath ( loo is separate) with plenty of cupboard/draw space. Large area under house for storage. The bedroom is quite large having a built in wardrobe with shelving and a small alcove area where you can sit and read. The bedroom is fully furnished or not. depending on your needs. Rent is the usual 2 x 2 weeks - no bond required ie 4 weeks rent on entry. You must be working full or part time and/ or volunteering within the community. All bills are included on the proviso that reasonable usage is maintained.

Normal chores are necessary and include cleaning up after yourself in kitchen/bathroom as you go (not next day). vacuuming and mopping floors. Dusting, cleaning bathroom, and of course, keeping your room tidy so the bedroom doors can be left open. Doors need to be left open as much as possible to help the house cool. Queensland is what it is ! Bed linen must be changed weekly or more often if desired. You must do this yourself. The washing machine can handle the lot. The cleaning must be done and is not an OCD thing. It is essential to maintain a zero mold house. We will regularly test our house for mold using an ERMI mouldlabs test. There is an opportunity for a tenant to carry out extra work for wage or to reduce rent. We have several jobs left on the renovation that include: Pressure washing the guttering. Washing the windows, some painting (Walls) and a regular lawn mow that might need doing occasionally. We have all the equipment. The happy house. This is the most important part of what we want to achieve. We intend to find people to live here that are friendly and will interact with each other and not just be passers by in the night. We want people who have an interest in cooking, healthy diet and exercise, and people that take an interest in the gardens, and lets not forget the shed. Anyone with a hobby will find it useful from brewing to working on a car or bike. BOND/RENT: We do want a bond.. Two weeks only.
