Hi, My name is Stephanie I'm a mid 20s professional and have a bunny called Hugh. I have a few interests that include drinking wine, watching Netflix and old seasons of survivor, going to comedy shows about the city, hanging out with my best friend Alice, attending table top events ( board games) playing video games (on my pc) and reading books. I'm pretty relaxed drive a scooter and thinking im pretty badass because of it, Hugh is a chiller and will sit on your lap, climb on you or find a high point in the room to perch and look down on everyone like the benevolent ruler he is. He is toilet trained so coming inside for interaction is not a messy occasion. He will spend his unsupervised time chilling in his Playboy mansion outside. I'm not a neat freak, but I would like to live somewhere where communal areas and privacy are respected.

Set amidst manicured grounds, my architecturally built dual level residence with its luxury refinements has immense appeal. My home is bathed in sunlight, featuring north facing floor to ceiling windows overlooking lush greenery, a neutral sophisticated designer decor including antiques and art. There is reverse cycle ducted air-conditioning throughout the home for year round comfort. The ground level has a central living space with vaulted ceilings and French doors opening to its own citrus orchard courtyard and herb garden. Adjoining the living space is an open plan dining/family room/kitchen with Euro appliances and also has French doors opening to the rear parterre garden and paved alfresco entertaining area. The master suite is also on this ground floor which I occupy with my 14 month old baby. On offer is the entire top floor, which almost feels like a separate apartment. Naturally we will also be sharing the kitchen and laundry areas as needed downstairs. - Bedroom has balcony/built in wardrobe - 2nd bedroom/own living with balcony - Bathroom with shower / heater lights - Study nook and walk in linen cupboard - Own garage space with internal access - Monitored alarm system, intercom - View to hills, walk to cafe/shops/bus - Burnside Village just moments away ( If you don't have your own bed, I do have two new Sealy posturepedic twin single ensemble beds that can be used either together or separately.) Both upstairs rooms are tastefully furnished/decorated. Rent is paid calendar monthly, police clearance highly preferred. NB: Photos are from when the owner occupied the home, so furnishings are different. Will try and update these soon once I finish unpacking, as I have only been here one week.

Take your pick from one of three bedrooms available in this massive five bedroom house which is a short walk to the Regal Theatre on Kensington Road, a two minute drive to The Parade in Norwood and 5kms from the CBD. We are open to sharing with two individuals or a couple, as the house is large enough to allow for privacy and has two lounge/living room areas. The house is LGBTI friendly, has a massive backyard with an undercover entertainment area, a locked garage with one car space available, gas cooktop and plenty of storage space if needed. Bond is $1200 per room. Geeks and creative types welcome :)

Move date is flexible! Can be sooner or later. Decent sized room in an old bungalow style house, this room looks out into the massive backyard which houses a mandarin, lemon and an olive tree, and a dog most of the time. The room has air conditioning and unlimited (1TB) internet is available for $23.33 per month - not NBN but it has served us well so far. I am a rock climbing instructor so naturally love the outdoors. I spend most of my time doing climbing related ventures - whether climbing on plastic in the gyms around Adelaide or going on trips to the Grampians or Mt. Arapiles. I share custody of the best dog of all time (I know that people say they're dog is best, but they haven't met Huckleberry yet). I am generally pretty quiet and would like to think that I have a decent sense of humor and easy to get along with. Originally from the US which is why I spelled 'humor' without a 'u'. I have been in Adelaide since January 2014. I don't drink more than the odd beer or scotch every now and then but have no problems with people keen on the party scene. Looking for a house of happy people - keen for shared meals and boardgame nights etc!

I am a friendly outgoing uni student and I also work as a medical receptionist part time. I like to chat and be social but also value personal time. Looking for somewhere smoker friendly and not too far away from Adelaide Uni.
