I’m a hard working, easy going, down to earth person. I don’t smoke, I try to keep fit, quiet but friendly. I’d consider myself an omnivert. I have 2 dogs and would prefer they were inside when I’m home but put them out side during the work day. House mates must love dogs.
I am caring and respectful of others.I have recently been a carer for a loved one and I am planning on studying and working in the near future. I am very passionate about music and dance I am currently doing ballet once a week. I am looking for affordable shared accommodation with other young women.
Hi! 😊 I am a working professional who has been in the government for over 5 years. I own my own home and am renting it out as I need a place closer to the city due to working in the heart of the city. I have one delightful miniature sausage dog who is very well behaved and LOVES everyone and will steal a cuddle or 100 if you let him. He is an inside/outside dog. I am respectful, clean and neat. I enjoy a quiet drink out and always up for a chat around a cuppa! I love keeping busy, spending time with friends, travelling and being in the gym! I love cooking and making wherever I love a vibrant home that I look forward to relaxing and unwinding in. I have experience being an A class housemate ⭐️
I am single, mature age, have references spanning many years and would like to view properties pending initial chat/conversation. I would prefer to live quietly in a home with privacy and a relaxed atmosphere and am willing to share lease or take out lease on new property. Please let me know of a time agreeable to discuss possibilities. Kind Regards, Michael .
I am quiet, considerate, clean, good conversationalist and reliable. Will be spending my time working (nurse) and attending Adelaide Writers Week....love books. Only need accomodation for about 18 days now, but returning to Adelaide in April or may and will again need accomodation, so if it worked out happy to return.
I am a Scottish recent graduate of University here to try and maybe start a new life for myself, and also travel around a little. I’m looking for a nice little home hub I can call my own. I’ve been living in shared flats since I was 18 and been loving it. I’ve made some great friends through out the years and enjoyed meeting a broad range of very different people from lots of different backgrounds and beliefs and cultures. I love learning new things and coming to understand more about people and their stories. I’m very tidy and tend to clean as I go. I’m very sociable, but also understand and respect everyone’s spaces and alone times. I enjoy a wide verity of activities and events and would always be up for trying or learning something new with my flat mates, or even having a nice day in playing video games watching movies and just chilling. I am polite, understanding and a real easy breeze to live with. Hoping to hear from you soon Robert
I am a 3rd year Biomedical Science student currently working at Ashford Hospital. In my down time I like to read, play volleyball and watch movies. I am tidy and outgoing, always respectful of boundaries and willing to do my part for the house and any potential housemates.
I am a friendly person that is happy to keep to themselves but am always up for a chat and hanging out. Love cooking for others more than myself and enjoy cleanliness. I am pretty social and out frequently although also enjoy having a friend over for dinner here and there. Work a 9-5 job as a Quality Coach. Passionate about health, fitness and spiritual growth. Not a partier but love a quiet wine or two (especially in winter).
Hi my name is Caitlin and I am looking to move out of my family home. I study social work at the University of South Australia and work in hospotality as a bartender. I spend most my time with my dog, working, going to the gym or going out with friends. I work both weekends and during the week. I love a good laugh and having fun, I am pretty entertaining (if I do say so myself) but I also love my alone time and binge watching Netflix when I have a day off! I have a golden retriever who is two years old, he's super friendly and has the biggest personality you will ever meet in a dog. I am either looking to team up with someone who is easy-going, and wanting to rent around the Adelaide Hills, Parkside/ Fullarton, Unley, Norwood or Magill or move into a room with someone who considers pets! I am interested in teaming up with both males or females, as long as there is a stable income, but also prefer someone in similar age as me.
Hi! I'm a 19 year old girl from Norway moving to Adelaide to study at the University of Adelaide. I lived in Adelaide during my exchange two years ago, so I'm well used to the city. I'm an easygoing girl who's always looking to learn something new, meet new people and make great memories. I love going to gigs and hanging out with my friends, but am also a huge fan of quiet nights in watching netflix or listening to music. I play flute and guitar, so any future roommate should be comfortable with some repetitive rehearsing every now and then. Other than that I am pretty okay to live with, I know how to keep to myself and try to keep a clean and organised space. I am looking for housemates around my own age whom I can potentially become friends with, that I can talk to when I feel like it and whom I can have dinner with and watch movies with. But I have no problem keeping to myself if you'd prefer that.

Hello, I’m an easy going and neat person. I’m super chilled and respectful of other people’s spaces. I’m currently at Adelaide Uni doing masters of clinical nursing so mostly gone Mondays, Tues and Fridays. I’m an avid animal lovers and have been volunteering to help with vaccinating stray dogs in Cambodia alongside vets every year. I do co-own a Rhodesian Ridgeback who comes to stay with me everyone once in awhile and for a whole month in September. She’s an old doggie who is great with animals, humans and pretty just sleep all day! I lived in a unit so she doesn’t have any problem with small space. Kind regards, Dane
Howdy! I am a 29 year old professional who works in town Monday through to Friday. Things I love include health and fitness, some online gaming, morning coffee, good food, getting some rays outdoors, and cosy movie nights in. I also have a really stupid sense of humour so it is something you will have to get used to. I typically go to the gym a few mornings during the working week however always try to be quiet and considerate if waking up before my housemates. After work, I like to either vege out with some Netflix, read a book, or, every so often catch up with a friend. I try to get out and about most weekends however I do enjoy my downtime. I, therefore, like to have the occasional Friday/Saturday night in with some quality snacks. I'm not much of a party animal and I enjoy my own space. Despite that, I love a good chat and I would like to live with someone who I can hang out with on occasion and potentially become friends with. :) I'm not too keen on living with couples/pets, and preferably am looking to share with only one other person or two people max. Nonsmoker
Hey! My name is Enya, I'm 21 and over from England on a working holiday visa. I'm clean and tidy person, a little quiet at first until I get to know people - but keen to meet new people. I love animals and going out for food. Not sure what else I should be putting, let me know if you have any suitable accommodation or questions!
Hi my name is Georgina and I'm looking for a share house with 3-4 people max, preferably female although this doesn't matter too much. I work full time in sales and I study Marketing part time at the University of South Australia. The beach is what i am all about in my spare time and i consider myself rather outgoing, pretty funny and good at advice. I love live music and going out but I'm also a huge fan of staying in for the odd movie or two with some drinks and friends. People describe me as an old soul sometimes because I enjoy home-cooked meals, older music and older films (I still like newer music & films too though). I'm looking for a household that's laid-back, respectful of privacy and tidy. Pets are not an issue - I love animals of any sort except spiders. Thankyou for reading and I hope to hear from you soon. Georgina
The property is in the inner eastern suburbs, pretty much everywhere is short commute. *The location is close to the CBD (takes less than 10mins via car) and takes 5mins to Norwood. *Public transport is within 90 meters & runs regularly & direct to the CBD (takes around 20mins). *There is also cool cafe’s, local shops and supermarket within 600 meters. *It’s close to nature parks and the Adelaide hills, so if you love Mt lofty and hiking, you will love the location. They are also stunning views of the CBD & suburbs plus awesome sunsets. I see the house as more of a home, it has a nice vibe & ambience. The common rooms (which they are a few) are nice and homely. The bedroom is quite large & includes furniture. All the housemates are clean & social, and the home is always kept nice and tidy. The home has insanely quick internet which 10x times the speed of ADSL2. So, if you like downloading stuff or watching Netflix/Amazon Prime/YouTube, you will be impressed. It’s the fastest internet you can get, and you get unlimited data. The rent for this awesome room is $170 per week + plus utilities.
Large 3 x 6 m unfurnished bedroom with lot's of natural lighting and garden views. Only a 15 minute drive to the city, 142 bus stop right outside house will take you straight into the city. Ideal for people working in the city or Uni students at City or Magill campuses. Surrounds include - Supermarket 600m away - 3 parks within 1 km - Less than 1 km to Burnside library Utilities: - Power and Water is additional and cost is split between tenants as per quarterly bills - Internet is additional and is $60/month split between tenants. Sound and Lighting technician moving to Adelaide for new job. I write and perform music as well when i can. I have just spent the last two years living and working overseas so i am excited to start something new back in a new State. I was born and raised inland of Byron Bay, love my nature, trekking, sport and a cold beer after work with some mates.
I work part time at pizza shop making the pastas, main meals and that type of stuff. I love cooking, animals, curling up with a good book and relaxing. I'm a quiet person, i don't drink or go out, i am more of a homebody. i am also a non smoker. I am looking for a shared house with nice people.
I'm an upbeat, friendly and responsible individual who is clean and organised. I love to draw, craft, sew and am currently in my second year of uni. I'm looking for people who are also clean, tidy, and friendly with not too much partying - more of a relaxed vibe is preferable. Can't wait to meet you!
Here there's something about me: I value an ability for having deep conversations and sense of humour. I am a live sound engineer. I was born into a italian spanish serbian guaraní family in Argentina. I appreciate company as much as being alone. I love travelling. (cliche but true) I can spend the entire day outdoor or playing computer games. I enjoy speaking languages. I prefer pasta than meat. I am 30. I am sure everything could be solved, after a coffee. If you think we can fit don't hesitate and drop me a line.
Hi I'm Chris, a 23yo Bartender with a passion for hospitality. I like to keep the fridge full of cold beers and hummus. When I'm not working I'll probably doing some form of activity whether it be playing guitar or going to the gym. I don't eat anything that comes from an animal, so you don't have to worry about me stealing your snacks. Always down for a cheeky beer.
I'm from Texas, and I'm coming over on a working holiday to stay with my partner in the city for a few months. I'm a waiter and bartender, and I try to travel a lot in my spare time. I'm a pretty indoorsy person, but I do enjoy going out every now and then. I'm looking for somewhere where my partner and I can live while she finishes up her honours at Adelaide University. She is a busy person who will spend a lot of time at university or working. We're not picky or difficult to live with, we keep a clean house and can cook pretty well. We are easy going and happy to keep to ourselves or be social with the flat either way.
Jon and I are both easy going people who love to cook, we love animals, we like to keep a clean house and are happy to be social or keep to ourselves depending on who we live with. I am from rural SA and Jon is American. I am a honours student at the University of Adelaide and work as a tutor, and a gymnastics instructor, so I wont be around the house much apart from in the evenings. Jon is on a working holiday while on a semester break from his Journalism studies, and he works in hospitality in the CBD most nights. We are looking for a room which is close to transportation to the city and to henley beach as this is where we will be some of the time. We need a rental up to a maximum of 9 months but less is fine. We just need a roof over our heads right now.
Hi, I am a student who doing my placement now and having a nighttime job on Saturday night. quite enjoy play guitar and make my music a lot. Looking for a house that near by Carmelite due to the reason I want to stay closer to my final placement.
Young couple looking for either a room, or a few like minded people to find a house together. We are both students, so looking for somewhere close (or near bus routes) to school/uni and work. We have a kitten, are vegetarian and are easy going friendly people.
I have been in this unit for the past year with a mate but he has moved in with his girlfriend so I am looking for a flat mate for this year. The unit is in beautiful, leafy kensington in a very quite and peaceful group of 7 units. It is around the corner from Marryatville shopping centre and within walking distance to the the Parade shopping precinct. It is also a very short drive/bus ride to the city and Magill campus. Also, not far from 2 scenic hiking destinations; Morialta and Waterfall Gully. Close to lots of good takeaways/cafes and amongst many parks and ovals, truly one of Adelaide's best suburbs. The unit consists of 2 bedrooms, kitchen/dining area, lounge room and bathroom. There is a decent sized backyard and on street parking. The unit has a ducted cooling system with a vent to the room up for rent. The unit is also fully furnished, but the room is not. Unlimited internet and all bills are included in the rent. So if you want to avoid the chaos of a large shared house, and want a respectful but fun house mate; feel free to get in contact. Cheers.
Hello I’m Maddy and i’m 17 years old, and I’ve lived in several shared accommodation/flat-mates properties since I was 14. I maintain a good relationship with my parents, but I work better independently. I work a part time job, and study the rest of my time, or I go out with friends. I enjoy meeting new people and I am very mature for my age. I have developed the skills to maintain a household and myself. I am never late with rent/bills and I am always reliable with money. I am able to pay up to $195 per week including bills ($390 per fortnight). I am a non smoker and non drinker, but I have no issue living with people who do those things. I am usually kept to myself and I’m definitely not a partier, and prefer staying home. I am happy to answer any questions you may have, feel free to contact me and grab my number if I match your listing :) thankyou and I hope you consider me.
Hi my name is Phillip, I am Genderfluid MtF who identifies as female, I am looking for a nice place to stay that is long-term and stable for me that has good Internet with unlimited data (NBN is preferred, if not that's OK). I am a gamer and love to play videogames a lot, so if you're the type of person who likes playing videogames and talking about them, then we may get along just fine, I am currently working myself up to be full-time Twitch streamer to generate a better and more stable income for myself (hence the need good Internet like NBN in order to stream). I usually like to keep to myself a lot and do my own things, but may have chats every now and then when I really feel like it. I like having my own privacy to be left alone to doing my own things as I usually like to get deep into lots of mini projects in my spare time. I like to have lots of quiet times, helps to think better when there's less environmental noise around and about. My general budget for renting is around $250 a fortnight, and if bills are included or some bills then that's fine. but would prefer if some are included with fixed rate. -- If you are looking for a team-up for a place I'd be happy to do that, feel free to message me about it. I'm originally from the UK, I moved out here to Australia about 5-6 years ago now for bit of a change. I've been in Adelaide for about 2-3 years now.
