Hi there! I am a twenty-four-year-old female looking for a new, creative share house or unit to live in from February onwards, preferably with a year-long lease, and not too far from the city. I have just completed a Bachelor of Music, and am looking to continue studying a Masters in Counselling. I am interested in music, and I enjoy going for walks, drawing, cooking, reading, knitting and spending time with family and friends. I enjoy chats and sharing cups of tea, but also like my introvert recharge time, as well as respecting others’ need for space. I do a bit of singing, so I sing around the house sometimes, but never at hours that convenience others. I like mornings, and having the occasional dinner party. I can contribute well to the smooth functioning of a share house by regularly chipping in with cleaning, doing the gardening, putting bins out, paying bills on time etc.
Recently moved back home to Adelaide after living in Sydney for three years and I'm looking for a place in the eastern suburbs. Working full time in the media industry and I'm friendly, easy going, tidy and someone who enjoys cooking. When I'm not working I try to stay pretty active - gyming, hiking, catching up with friends, eating out but I equally enjoy being at home with a good TV show, movie or gaming.
- I am a current student from the University of Adelaide and majoring in Computer Science with Entrepreneurship. - Looking some flatmate and/or shared house/townhouse. - Male - Can move in now - Easy-going person - Can be either friendly living with each other or won't disturb my flatmate at all - Aim for long-term staying - Non-smoker - Won't simply bring outsiders (unless friend's visit, but won't overstay) - It's better that not too far from the city - My budget is around $150 per week with furnished Additional: As long as you feel any dissatisfaction or uncomfortable behaviour on your flatmates, please feel free to voice out your dissatisfaction in order to prevent the misunderstanding. Everything can be discussed through communication. This is what I solve the problem when facing some issue. Don't hesitate to inquire me if you feel you want to know more about me. I am glad to further discuss it :) Contact: 0474 844 141 (Chris)
Very comfortable house with large living room, spacious kitchen and dining areas, large backyard and patio. Fully ducted air-conditioning through bedrooms and living areas. Grocery store, pharmacy and excellent bakery across the road. Close proximity to public transport and 15 minutes from the city by car.
Close to Burnside Village Shopping Centre, I have one large furnished room available in a lovely 3 bedroom art deco house with high ceilings. Quality furniture includes Queen bed, wardrobe, bookshelves and desk. You would have your own bathroom too. Use of kitchen and laundry. Linen provided at no additional cost. Close to public transport: 15 mins to city by bus 20 mins by bike. Coles supermarket across the road. Close proximity take-away, Trak cinema and Burnside library. Prefer female but tidy, house-trained male would be considered. Sorry no couples Morning sunshine on the patio includes wireless broadband and utilities and use of a bicycle if necessary. Sooki puss lives here too so you have to like cats. This is not a party house. I am an older woman, described by one of my co-tennants as her "cool aunt" I promise not to mother you but up for a chat over wine or a cuppa anytime you need one.
Three bedroom house in Rosslyn Park. There are two rooms available to rent that will share a separate bathroom and toilet. Bathroom has a shower and a bath, although I'm not sure that the bath will fit a full size human, could be OK for a short person or someone that likes to be cramped when bathing. Toilet is just a toilet but I'm sure it's perfect for having an epiphany. Both rooms are large enough for a king sized bed plus furniture and each has a built in robe big enough for a full sized person to sleep in, if you like to sleep standing up. House has a large kitchen with a gas hob. There is also an empty lounge that I don't use and it's ripe for decoration! I've got Foxtel installed and won't be asking anyone to help pay for that, but if you'd like to use the Wi-Fi you'll have to front up some cash! The place has a large-ish back yard with grass. Unfortunately it's probably not big enough for a game of Back Yard Cricket but it's more than ample for a picnic if you don't like to stray too far from the house. I've got a BBQ that will be perfect for that outdoors cooking experience if summer ever arrives in Adelaide. Unfortunately there is no pool, however there is reverse cycle air con in all bedrooms and I've got a freezer if things get really desperate. The driveway has a drive-through garage, space for one car in the back and one in the front with no-limit on street parking. Flatmates will be welcome to use off-street parking although it's a single lane drive way so the parking order will need to be a precisely coordinated effort. House is close to Penfold's Winery (in vino veritas), Wattle Park Shopping Centre (with and IGA AND award winning pies), Norwood Parade (this place is pretty popular I've heard), Kensington Gardens (plenty of grass here for Cricket) and also located right next to a shelter where buses stop and take you places. Flatmates will be required to sign on to the lease, no smokers and unfortunately I can't have cats or dogs due to the lease. Fish may be accepted on a case by case basis.
I am looking to rent out two rooms. There are three available, so we are looking to negotiate based on what is preferred by you. There are two standard size rooms, but a bigger room which will cost a little more. There are furnishings available, such as chest of draws, wardrobe and bed in each room. Plus a desk for each room. There is a spacious kitchen and lounge area. It is air conditioned and with internet. The house is close to local shops, with about 5 minutes to the Parade and 10 minutes to the CBD. Must be friendly and responsible around the house.

Hi there! I'm Luke, 22 years old, and I'm looking for a share house! Length of stay is flexible, but would prefer to stay long term. I'm currently looking for work but can pay up to $220 per week for rent. I'm easy to get along with, social, respect privacy and like to talk about life, the universe, etc. I have a well behaved maltese-terrier called Cooper. I enjoy writing, composing, music, nature, cycling and just generally hanging with friends. I'm straight edge, don't smoke or drink, but don't mind if you do. Feel free to contact me! Hi! I'm a graduated BA student, going into Masters of Teaching next year. I work in a bookshop. I like reading, watching documentaries, cooking and exercising. I have a small, old dog. He is toilet trained, doesn't shed hair, and doesn't bark or bite. He's fine with other dogs. I'm not a big partier. Looking for a friendly house that also respects needs to study. Also, I'm both gluten and dairy intolerant, so prefer to do my own cooking :S

I'm a 28 year old female working full time at a travel company. I'm very chilled out but clean, neat and tidy. Looking to live with like-minded people. Not great at writing these things but I feel I'd be a pretty good housemate! haha
I'm neat, quite, polite and courteous. I'm good for a giggle, I can cook and clean, I have no social life as I've been studying all year. I'm widely read and I practice karate regularly. I'm a student at thebarton senior collage looking to get into university to study Physics.
Hi, I am looking for an easy going house to share. I am a vet nurse and have and have a small, old cattle dog x with 3 legs. Mav is quiet and very tidy and respectful. So am I. We need something close to my work, with not too many stairs. I have been living in Q.L.D for the past 10 years but have returned home to Adelaide. I am sociable, and love a BBQ and a quiet drink. Let me know if you're interested. Laura
Im a very sociable 25 year old, I grew up in the country so I'm very kind and down to earth. I get along very well with males, but would consider moving in with females of the same age and interests. More female friends are a must! I love cooking, going to the gym, beach, and having a few drinks with friends when i have the opportunity. Ill be studying a Diploma of Interior Design in January at Tonsley so looking for house within reasonable distance to that location as I'm currently in the northern suburbs. also willing to team up and start a share house.
I am clean and tidy. I am easy going and enjoy socialising but also enjoy time alone. I am quiet, friendly and love my sports. My mum is the best cook in the world so I have some of the world's best recipes if anyone enjoys a good curry, stirfry, fried rice, etc. I am currently 23, I just finished my law degree at Adelaide Uni and I am currently working full time in a firm while undertaking further studies to become a lawyer. I am a beach and indoor volleyballer but a gymnast at heart :)
Great location off main roads but close to bus stop and not far from city - a large modern clean fully furnished house with 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms - good size laundry, security gate and intercom outdoor BBQ area - large fully equipped kitchen two living areas with large flat screen TV plenty of storage space with connected garage and loft room with built ins ceiling fan and queen bed supplied if needed
Planning to relocate to Adelaide. Quiet, clean and easy going, enjoys the outdoors. Respect every religion and gender orientation. Not exactly a neat person, but you will not find my socks lying around the house. A simple kitchen or kitchenette suffice as I may cook simple meals occasionally.
Hi!! Our house is in a great location, in Kensington, close to multiple bus stops, the Parade and just a minutes walk to some fine Adelaide pubs. We are looking to fill somebody in a room, until approximately the end of feb/start of March. Due to this, you would not be required to pay a bond. This means the room is a temp lease, which would be perfect for somebody who wanted short term or trial accomodation. We will be ending our lease in march. This also means, that if the house works for you, you could personally potentially lease the house yourself and get some friends in to the spare rooms. (This sounds ridiculously confusing, so please don't hesitate to msg me!) The house is fully furnished and so is the room that we have available. It has a desk and chair, queen bed, mirror, shelving and wardrobes. You would have two house mates, both legend female students who work in hospitality. Our house is very much a share house, we have rented it for 3 and a half years and have had a few friends move in and out. It's a bright house with large bedrooms, a great porch and garden. Once again don't hesitate to message for any more information or with any questions. The room is available ASAP however dates can be negotiated.
I currently work in Aged Care/Personal Care in Tumby Bay/Port Lincoln. I am very, very clean. I have minimal belongings. I handle responsibility well. I manage bills extremely well and I am fantastic at budgeting. I am looking to move to Adelaide in January to further my career to an enrolled nurse and experience more opportunity in the city. I love to play pc and console games and socialize with my friends over lunch or during weekends when I have time off. I'm fairly quiet most days, I'm not a huge party goer. I socially smoke cigarettes or when I feel really stressed. I occasionally drink maybe once a month or if there's a concert/DJ I want to see but i do not drink excessively. I don't do drugs. I absolutely love to cook and eat food but I don't eat red meat though it's totally cool if you do. I LOVE tea. I am a very easy going, honest, open and friendly person. I am all about personal choice and I don't discriminate or judge anyone. I am allergic to cats. I love dogs very much. I have my Ps but I don't have a working car and I will be looking to buy one when I move. I am a huge music nerd and I love every genre. I play the guitar and I sing in the shower. I like to draw and read books. I am always willing to help out anyone in any way I can and I am very supportive. I 100% NEED the internet as I do study online as well as work. I love kids. I don't have a partner. I would prefer a quiet home. I can't think of anything else to write here so message me if you would like to know more!
We are a easy-going couple moving to Adelaide for the first time. Cassie is working full time as a teacher and Amanda is working part time and studying full time. We come with a friendly and much-loved Kelpie who sleeps on our bed and is great with other dogs and children. Having a dog means an enclosed garden is a must for us. We're happy to manage our own food, or share the occasional movie night and meal with the household. Nothing much bothers us, we're so excited to make Adelaide our home in January 2017.
Stunning house with absolute privacy and quality amenities. Plenty of places to relax, inside and outside. Home gym available for use too. Fully ducted air conditioning, your own queen bedroom with built in robe and polished porcelain tiled ensuite. Spa bath in main bathroom also available for use. Not many houses offer this location, security and elegance. Very secure, electric gates, home security system, private and quiet but close to the city and the Adelaide hills. Amazing location.
