Our home is close to the local pub (which is all that really matters, right?) public transport near by, shopping complex just a few minutes up the road and we’re situated just off the highway for easy travels. It is a very nice modern home which we think you would love. There is also unlimited wifi available which is split equally each month among ourselves :) I have not yet uploaded any photos of the room as there is currently furniture in there. Open living area at the back of the house. Being a 4 bedroom house, there is plenty of space to unwind and just do your own thing and 2 living areas for when you want company. The house is close to the highway and takes 10mins to get to either Burpengary or Morayfield shops.

There’s plenty of room and it’s easy the keep clean. The shopping heart of Burpengary is at the end of the street and parks all around. The train station is only 10 minutes walk and we are close enough to the motorway. I may be moving closer to the city at the end of lease so a possible lease takeover in February

We're located about 7 mins drive from one of Brisbane’s newest shopping precincts, North Lakes Westfield and about 5 mins drive from Deception Bay water front. You will be renting a quiet & private granny flat with your own entrance, 1 bedroom with built in robes, a kitchen (with oven, just not shown in pic), loungeroom and a bathroom. Off street parking (for one car) and the laundry is shared. The flat would suit fulltime workers, ideally you'd love animals because we have a gorgeous 12 month old puppy who is very friendly (we may be open to another dog, but would have to meet them first). Single people and couples welcome however it's not suitable for children as our puppy is quite large. Rent is $255 a week with 1 months rent required for bond, this is non-negotiable. There is a walking path along the beach, with Cafe's. The food shops are really close as well as pizza, McDonalds, KFC, Gloria Jeans. North Lakes, Redcliffe and Rothwell are all easy to get to. I have chickens and a veggie garden in dire need of attention.
