Housemate wanted to share a lowset house on acreage with 3 others. We are aged between 25 and 47 and all guys. 2 of us are a gay couple the other is a single straight guy. The room has air con, two windows and a large built-in wardrobe. It can easily fit a double bed and furnishings. The house is set on approx 3 acres with large lawns and established trees so plenty of wildlife. We all work full time and would ideally like a similar housemate. Howdy, I guess the first thing you need to know is that I work full time in stable, secure employment so rent/bills are never going to be a problem. My current housemate is moving to Canada in a few weeks so I am looking to move fairly soon. Most weekends I stay at my girlfriends place and sometimes a night or two during the week. I do have a dog (a placid, beautiful 12yr old Staffy) but if pets are not a possibility she can live at my girlfriends house. I am social and love a laugh but keep to myself much of the time and I am very respectful of other peoples space and belongings. As you can imagine I don't have a huge amount of money and am looking for a cheap long-term place. I do have a 3 year old cat, desexed, generally easy going, however may have problems with other pets. If needed I would keep him locked in my room as he is an indoor cat or as a last resort I have family and friends who can look after him.
