I am 19, and my partner is 20 and we are both easy-going people. We love the outdoors and love going out and adventuring and doing things during the weekend. We both work full-time Monday-Friday (Myself as an Admin for Queensland Health and Branden as a tradie for BuildSafe) and love coming home to have a drink on a hard day. We also enjoy having a few quiet drinks with friends on the odd occasion but that's rarely. We're both clean, respectful people and keep to ourselves but are always down for a chat as we are both social people and want to be able to get along with our housemate/s. I work as an assistant bookkeeper working 25 hours a week as well as casual babysitting and also studying a business course online. A quiet area and newly built house. It's just me so with the separate living space there is plenty of privacy. I enjoy cooking so, I'm happy to share cooking or keep that separate. The house is always clean and tidy so someone who is also this way would be great. I work full time 9 till 5:30 with week days off. The house has ducted aircon to every room, high speed NBN and Netflix included in the rent. My address is actually 9 Hayman Street which it wouldn’t accept becasue it’s a relatively new area so 13 Normanby Crecsent was the closest street they accepted.

I like to clean up after myself promptly after making any mess, and hope for the same. Since I rely on my car for work/social events, I require somewhere to park it.
The house is fully equipped with everything you would need, excluding the furnishings for your bedroom (ie. bed etc). You will have access to a lounge room which is hardly used. There is a BBQ if needed and there is air conditioning and heating also. We have two spare rooms but only one of them is for rent as we use the other one as a study. Your room is on the other side of the house to the Master bedroom. Your bathroom will be yours only, but used for guests when they come to the house. I am a quiet person who is very clean and tidy and does not like a untidy house or yard. I do market sales at the weekends. Other then that i am on my LapTop. I do have Guinea Pigs and a Bird the Guinea Pigs stay at and other place but i would like them to be with me and my Bird has to stay with me, he is a Quarrion. I would like a place that i can work around the house and do lawns and look after you animales for less rent to no rent maybe you have acreage

It's close to public transport and shops. It's a nice safe area. Has air con for summer and u have your own TV area and own bathroom and toilet. It's only 20 minute to Brisbane and close to the sunshine coast. I like to keep to myself but I'm not unsociable look forward to hearing from you

We have a ducted air con system, with in build wardrobes in each room. I live in the house with my 6 year old daughter and 7 year old fluffy shitzu dog that is part of our family and lives inside. We are currently only using half the house and spend most our time at the front of the house. We have a large outdoor area with a small pool on the deck. The room is a reasonable size right next to the bathroom. There is a separate lounge room right next to the room for rent that can be sectioned off with two sliding doors (for your own privacy). The room is unfurnished but price includes all bills (internet, water and electricity).
$210 for couples. Hey, I have two large unfurnished rooms available for rent. (Must have own bedroom furniture). In a really nice, super clean house in a good part of Morayfield. Easy access to highway. You would have to share a bathroom and lounge room with one other. The rooms have a ceiling fan and plenty of natural light. Also a large double wardrobe. I have solar panels so the bills are really cheap. Unfortunately there is no internet connection at the house. I'm after someone clean and working. Must have common sense and respect.
