I am a quiet respectful easy - going person and I am good at repairing/building varied things. I will need a decent area/shed/garage for my bicycle collection (50) and my tools. I can also do most vehicle repairs. I am supporting my wife and step-daughter so I cannot afford more and I would be willing to work part-time in lieu of rent if possible. Please consider what accomodation I need - I need 2 rooms, 1 for a bed, and the second for my office desk and filing cabinet - as well as 'secure' covered off street parking for my quiet small M-bike. Spent most of my working life working all around Australia - tolerant and used to living with other people. Clean, tidy and organised. Very 'handy' and used to fixing things - (it was part of my work). Don't smoke, have pets and drink very little alcohol. No legal problems.

I work full time, running a Nursery with 16 babies a day and also do photography as a side business :) I'm clean, respectful, friendly and understand that there are times to be social and times to avoid all contact with other humans.
