Self contained 2 bedroom studio available for rent with both heating and cooling. The space would suit someone studying or someone who wants to live out of town but still be close to amenties. Happy for renter to provide their own furniture if they prefer. The location is safe and quiet and we would prefer a quiet renter to fit into the neighbourhood. The property is located 5 minutes out of the township of Goornong and 15 minutes from Epsom. Unfortunately there is no public transport so own vehicle is required. $200 a week rent covers bills and includes access to the NBN.
Im extremely clean and tidy. Very quiet and keep to myself. Love gardening. I moved recently from Melbourn to be closer to my daughter and Spend a lot of time in Melbourne visiting my son.

Hi there potential housemates! I’m looking at moving back to Bendigo to study civil engineering and business in January and would love to find a nice share house. I’m clean, respectful and really easy going :) I spend my time studying, spending time with friends and family or going to the gym. Hope to hear from you soon!
I'm moving from a small country town into Bendigo to continue studying, I'll be studying part time (although will be considered full time) and will also be searching for a part time job. Would prefer people similar in age but would overall just like to find somewhere with sociable housemates who are up for a good chat and drink occasionally.
I'm looking to rent a room in a fully furnished unit. The unit is close to the CBD, hospital, lake and supermarkets. Main bills are included in rent price and unlimited internet is available. House has evaporative cooling and room has a vent and stay pretty cool
Neat and tidy fully furnished 3 bedroom house, ducted cooling, can remove bedroom furnishings if required and turn 3rd bedroom into study if student requires. Decent backyard with undercover bbq area, Short walk to lake weeroona.
I am looking for a room in a shared house in Bendigo or willing to start up a new team up house . I have moved up from a town in Melbourne (Pakenham) since June and currently living in my onsite van at Torrumbarry Weir (near Echuca). Ive sold my house down there and using that money to set up a new business in Bendigo. I currently have a house full of furniture in storage in Echuca, but I don't want to set up a whole new house in Bendigo on my own for the foreseeable future. I will be starting work in Bendigo from the 1st of February and I just don't want to drive from Torrumbarry to Bendigo everyday. So hence why I am putting the feelers out on getting a room with some suitable people. I am 41, love water sports especially waterskiing, football, socializing, bbqs etc. I am extremely tiday and take pride in where I live. I am a casual smoker, but only smoke outside and have 3 children and when I have them, they will be with me up at Torrumbarry and not in Bendigo. I do not do drugs and won't be associated in a house with people that do.
I am a newly graduated Nurse/Midwife who is from Warrnambool, VIC. I have secured a 12 month graduate position at Bendigo Health for 2018, commencing in Feb. I have grown up playing netball and also have a background in CrossFit. I am a very easy going person, love kicking back and watching the footy or a good movie, and the occasional baking/cooking session. I am not a very big party person these days, however don't mind a few beverages on a special occasion. I am looking for somewhere that will be tolerant of my shift work nursing hours. I am really keen to make a few new friends upon moving to Bendigo. I would love to either find a house that has a room available that would suit my needs or find a teamup with someone with similar interests to look for a house together :)
I am employed full time at Bendigo Health. I am easy going, keen to socialise however also like my own space at times. I have a 5yr old cat- he is chilled out and doesn't cause any issues, he is generally both inside and outside.
I'm tidy and clean, I'm fairly quiet but i'm like to hang out with my mates. I love animals and I love children. I studying a diploma of Early Childcare and I am starting a trainee ship in March. When I'm not studying I enjoy reading, playing and listening to music and I enjoy playing netball and swimming. I love cooking and baking and I love to get out in the garden on a nice sunny day.
