Hi All, I'm a single professional lady, looking for a unfurnished room in a share house in the inner west area with easy access to public transport to the city - a place I can call home and settle for a longer term. I'm a non-smoker, down to earth and easy to get on with, tidy and respectful of others. I'm 39 but ageless in mind so can easily blend in anywhere. I'm sociable, love a good laugh and enjoy chatting, but not a party animal. I'm a mad keen gardener and currently looking after a number of plants, so I'm hoping you have a backyard?!? I'm fit and into martial arts, tai chi, swimming and run occasionally. I'm interested in natural health, love to cook and generally rest up with a good movie, music or a book. I work full time in the city and have a fairly busy schedule in evenings and weekends so I'm out a fair bit. I have a couple of bits of furniture , a queen bed, a comfy sofa-bed and coffee table, and decent kitchen accessories so looking for and unfurnished room and a place with some spare space if possible. I also have appliances including a fridge and washer, but can just as easily put these in storage or sell. I'm happy to meet up and have a chat if you think I'd fit in with your share home or I’m happy to team up for a new household. Hope to hear from you soon!

Hey, I'm a 32 y/o Sydney native, looking to start a new flat-share with a friendly flatmate. I work as a support worker in mental health four days a week, and then I like to enjoy my down time. I'm interested in literature, music, culture and writing poetry in my free time. I'm pretty quiet and like to have a calm place to live, but also like to share a drink/a meal with my flatmate and develop a good relationship so it's easy sailing and positive vibes. I am a pretty conscientious person and appreciate living with others who are as well. I'll bring your clothes in off the line when it's raining and I won't steal the last tim-tam. I'll rock-paper-scissors you for it :) I currently live in Canterbury close to the Cooks River, and love to go walking there, so would love to stay close by it (eg. Dulwich Hill, Hurlstone Park), but am also open to other suburbs in the Inner West. My partner stays over sometimes, and I'll be staying at his sometimes, so then you'll get the place to yourself. I have furniture for our common areas. I don't have a date I have to move by, I'm currently on a rolling lease and will give notice on my current place when I find the right flat (and flat mate!). If you're interested in finding a flat to live in together, please get in touch, it would be great to meet up and get to know each other a bit! Cheers.
I'm currently unemployed, looking for work and surviving on Centrelink benefits. My landlord has decided to renovate my current flat so has asked me to leave, and I need to find somewhere urgently (2 weeks). Not looking for anything long term, just something to tide me over until I can find some work and move into my dream place. I'm a quiet, relatively keep to myself type, low maintenance.
We love our cousy apartment, it has two levels and it is very spacious. The upper level has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrroms, one with a tub to relax every now and then, and the lower level has an open living /dining room and a very modern confortable couch where we watch our 60 inch TV to watch TV series on some ocasional Sunday afternoon. In addition, it has a renovated kitchen, a second bathroom and a laundry room with washing and dryer machine. The apartment is located at a private complex and the location is very convenient as public transportation is just in the corner (1 minute walk), as well as restaurants and coffee shops, not to mention a very nice park were you can walk or do exercise. Parking space is available on the street. If you would like to take the train, it is at a 10min from our place. We usually ride the bicycle to the train station where and lock it at the entrance, that way we do only 3 minutes. The room is quite big; it has a beautiful crafted white wooden wardrobe, a queen bed and a bedside table,. The room has enough space to put a desk. You would have your own fridge. We have unlimited internet in the house.

G'dday mate :D I'm a teacher just moved from England to Sydney, looking a nice room in a friendly and clean shared place. I'm sociable and looking forward to exploring my new city. I like to cook a bit and happy to share meals if people want that, or just leave people jealous if they don't ;) Would be good to get to know some new folk :) In terms of what I like to do for fun, I like to swim, walk, and am up for anything that will get me on the path to physical fitness. Love eating a bit too much, like the movies and the occasional drink out. I've never surfed or dived, both of which I'd like to try sometime.
Hi there, I am looking for someone who would like to combine with me to share a lovely 4 bedroom house anywhere in the Inner West, allowing us each to have our own bedroom and our own work space. I am a hypnotherapist and tarot reader who has been running home practices since 2006. I’m looking for someone who would like to share a house where you could work from home, either as a therapist, practitioner, sole-trader or even student. Together, we could look for the right house that works for us both and move in somewhere over April or May. I was thinking of rent between $350-$450 each and of taking a 12 month lease. We would share the usual rental costs and living expenses and we could also unite on business costs if you're interested. This could suit any form of self-employed person who wants a combined home and work space. If this sounds like something you may be interested in, please send me a message. I’d love to chat! Thanks :-)
I am a friendly person I am easy to get along with and I love talking with people. At times I love my own space to relax and read. I am considerate towards the needs of others. I'm an open, easy going person who likes a clean and tidy bedroom. I like the simple life. I'm an engineer, mostly vegetarian (though not strict). Very easy to get along with. I like listening to different attitudes and life stories of others. I enjoy having soft gentle music on in the background while I do house chores. Completely house trained and social, sometimes introverted. I love long hikes, having just come back from doing the overland track and plan to do the great north walk next.

I'm John, a 40yo media professional who's looking for a nice, mature share place in the inner west or further afield. I work early and evening shifts in my current job and spend a lot of time online to keep up with current events. I'm a pretty easygoing flatmate who keeps things tidy (not afraid of a bit of yard work either) and am not after a party house. I am a heavy user of public transport so anywhere along a train line would be ideal. I like to go out and wine/dine with friends when I get the time, I enjoy movies and am getting back into fitness. Chilled box-set nights in are a good way to spend an evening. Hope to hear from you! Cheers jc
