Hi, I'm Ellie! I'll be moving to Canberra from Melbourne for a full time public service job at Brindabella Business Park, and am looking to live in a sharehouse in the surrounding suburbs. I'm looking to move around late October. In my spare time I enjoy cycling, catching up with friends for brunch, reading and getting out and exploring nature! I have a partner who may visit a few times a week (happy to either keep to ourselves or socialise!). I'm flexible with my stay - any period of time up to a year :)
A fully furnished room is available in a 4-bed room house (suits to students, young professionals, interstate and international visitors). The room comes with built-in-robe, a king single bed, a desk, a chair. The house is fully furnished with a large kitchen and family room, washing machine, dish washer, refrigerator, microwave, gas cooktop, rice cooker, and a toaster. If you are a neat and tidy person looking for a tidy and nice house, and is respectful to other housemates' privacy, but also would love to have your own space, this is a place for you to consider. The property is available from Oct 01. Weekly rent is $200 which includes all the bills and utilities (with sensible use of gas, electricity & water) including NBN optic fibre to home fast internet. Share a large bathroom and a powder room with two others. Bus route 58 stop is only 150 meters away, takes 25 mins to and from the City. Other faster bus services are available on Flemington road. The room could be available for a shorter period at a negotiated daily rate. A refundable deposit will be required.
The Room The room is on the smaller side but it still fits a queen, bedside and a slim tallboy. Double built in robe. Rent is $170/week. Shared bathroom with Mark (away for the most part of the week!). The House 4 bedrooms. The 4th is a spare room which is used as a study / storage / spare bed soon to come. There's also a built in robe so it can be used as additional storage, there won't be much in there. There's a linen cupboard in the hallway to share. Combined living/dining/kitchen, and separate lounge room/TV room with nap worthy couches and a decent TV with Stan & Netflix. Storage cupboard under the stairs. I have put a TONNE of work into the backyard, the lawn is AMAZING and I have some killer lawn pride going on. Plenty of off street parking out the front which is semi-off street. Flik & Mark currently occupy the garage. Separate laundry and an additional 3rd toilet downstairs. There is PLENTY of space in this house! It is very easy to find peace and privacy and a few nights at home on your own or hang out with us! NBN with reliable wifi. Ideally split between the 3 of us each month - $23.33. The place is mostly furnished with everything, however there's plenty of room for additional furniture if it suits. Air Con - none upstairs however there's a split system in the living / dining / kitchen Heating - gas ducted throughout whole house, however we don't use this a whole lot so bills aren't crazy. Gas cooking Gas / elec / water split between 3 Bond of 4 weeks rent is required to be paid prior to moving in & rent to be paid fortnightly in advance.
Spacious 4 bedroom place with multiple living areas. You will get to chose which bedroom you want (either 3 or 4 on the floor plan picture) and you’ll also have the main bathroom to yourself. We don’t move in until October 3 so all the photos are obviously from the real estate listing - we will be furnishing it though! We plan on turning the two spare bedrooms into a study + a place for friends/family to stay over.
Hey hey hey. I'm a full time worker. But I don't work the average 9-5 hours. Start a little later and therefore finish a little later. I'm incredibly tidy and clean. Like to think I am easy going. Can provide a washing machine, fridge, television, dining table and other communal furniture. Not looking to share with more than one other person. Any further questions don't hesitate to shoot me through some questions!
I am currently a student at CMA. (on gap year at Uc) Originally from Nz, but my parents are from South America so I can speak spanish. Hi There! :) my sister and I are both looking for a new place to move into with the next two months, or as soon as possible. we both work part/time & full-time. we do have 1 cat and 1 dog & both are fully house trained but remain outdoors during the day and wouldn't be an in-convince at all. both my sister and I are happy, bubbly people but obviously enjoy our private time as we also respect others. We are both bit of clean freaks so cleanliness wont be an issue. most of the time when im not working im out visiting friends for dinner or spending time with my partner. my sister also likes catching up with her friends in her spare time but also likes her gaming! if you would like to reach me you can contact me

2 good sized rooms to yourself and your own bathroom all located at one end of the house, so all the privacy you need. Both rooms have built-in wardrobes, and your spare room can be easily converted into a study, lounge room, home gym, or whatever suits you. NBN fibre to the premises with Netflix and Foxtel. Couples welcome (although price may increase). Huge, open plan kitchen looking on to a small courtyard, with an outdoor setting for entertaining and room for a BBQ. The house is furnished, but there is still plenty of room if you wish to BYO furniture. I am currently using the garage as a workshop. However, as the house is in a private street and there is plenty of parking. The house only a few years old and located in Forde, a few minutes to Gungahlin town centre, 20mins to the airport and city centre, and light rail will be available in December. It's a beautiful, quiet suburb and the house itself is situated next door to a woodland sanctuary, with plenty of bike tracks and walking trails. However, it means I can't have pets in the property (sorry).

Modern two storey house located two kilometres from Gunghalin town centre and a range of cafes and bars, two kilometres from Franklin Woolworths and only two minute walk from public transport stops. Once the light rail opens up, it will be right around the corner so the location is perfect and very central to anything you could want. We have Foxtel/unlimited internet package which is a little extra per month. To gauge the size of the room, the bedroom currently has a queen size bed and tv unit with plenty of extra room left over for a small desk. Also features a double built in wardrobe. The master bedroom has an ensuite so you will be sharing the upstairs bathroom (which includes a bath and separate toilet) with one other person. But there is always a second bathroom downstairs if need be.
This is a safe and tranquil house surrounded by other households and green parks. The shared room is furnished with a large cupboard, a Queen bed with comfortable mattress, and a study desk. Our house is 3-5 minutes walk to the bus station where you can take the bus to the city in 20 minutes.
Hi there potential housemate! This is a brand new room and apartment, and preferably long term rent at $265 p/w for individuals. Couple rate is higher. Can be flexible on duration, although minimum three months. All bills are split evenly between the two of us (water, internet and elec consumption). Water supply is included in the rent. Internet is $30 each p/m. 4 weeks rent is required for the bond. Rent is paid two weeks in advance. The room: The room is a large master bedroom and has a wall of fitted wardrobes. It has its own brand new bathroom / ensuite which has new tiles, toilet, basin and vanity. The apartment is fully furnished (so would suit someone without their own lounge furniture or white goods in tow), and the room is unfurnished, but can be part furnished from mid Oct, if you need it. (I have an airbed you can use until then if you're really stuck). Total size, including en suite, is approx 6.25m x 3m. The apartment: The apartment is stylishly renovated, with lots of luxury or modern features. It's spacious, light filled and comfortable, however, I'm still having the odd bit of work done on the place, so there are a couple of things that might bother you if you wanted to live in a place that was immaculate. If you have a car, there is an allocated parking space in a gated basement car-park, which you can access if you pay $150 deposit for an electronic key access remote (returned when you leave and return the remote in working condition). The location: It's right on the main bus route to civic, no 39. It backs onto a nature reserve, where we get kangaroos daily and lots of wildlife. It's a quiet complex, with a pool and tennis courts, and lots of trees. There's a nice mix of people in the complex, families, young professionals and animals. We get roos regularly in the back garden. Other stuff: This is a peaceful place to live, in area where community life is rich and neighbors say hello to each other; loud music, late guests or parties probably wouldn't fly here. Having friends for a quiet movie, dinner or overnight is fine, but the complex is quiet by about 7pm, the walls are quite thin, and the entire apartment space is less than 100sqm, so keep that in mind if socializing in your home space is important to you. Features: Split cycle heating / cooling Pool BBQs Mount Majura walks and trails Tennis courts Surrounded by beautiful parkland Ceiling fans Dishwasher New shower, basin and toilet Basement security parking Close to EPIC and farmer's market Quiet complex unlimited NBN internet Direct bus route to civic interchange TV 5 mins to tram....
