Hi my names is Michael, I enjoy keeping fit and active by going to the gym, eating well, swimming and getting out and about, exploring new things and meeting new people. I also enjoy learning new things and a good conversation. I currently work 3 part time jobs one for an independent gardener, one at a butchers and another at a nursery, whilst studying Horticulture full time in Melbourne. I will be completing my qualification at the end of June and obviously am after some where to live and a friendly face to move in with. I'm a very neat, clean and organised person as well.
Up for grabs is a fully self-contained studio with ensuite, spare rooms and study space surrounded by a leafy garden with a grand Oak tree, hammock situation, vege patch and a Taj Mahal which houses our chickens and ducks. The house is beautiful and centrally located. 1.7 kms from Kyneton station and features unlimited NBN, gas cooking, dishwasher, bath, projector, surround sound system, records… it's a pretty sweet set up.
Total privacy, lovely outlook from every room, warm, sunny, spacious, close to the train station 5 mins. Living with an x chef, vegie patch, potters kiln and wheel available, dogs, cats welcome. Horse is possible as well for a little extra. Great flatmates! Netflix included, fire heater in the living room, covered bbq area, lovely home, lovely gardens, There is also the possibility of riding one of my quiet horses if you have some experience, in exchange for a bit of help around the place.
Have recently disrobed from Buddhist monasticism where I lived as a Monk for 10 years in Sri Lanka, Burma and Australia. Have been fortunate enough to obtain good work (disability services) and assorted things (car, clothes, piano, guitar, bicycle, technology etc). I currently live in a beautiful big old share house in Bendigo but am looking to find a place of my own around so I can pursue my interests in Buddhist meditation, and playing (piano, keyboard, guitar, drums etc.) and producing music (home studio). I am a clean, positive and considerate person who has occasional bursts of kind exuberance.
The second bedroom is occupied by a lovely couple. It's a beautiful rural property a couple of minutes out of Kyneton township. The landlord also lives at the same address. There is lots of space and it's nice and quite, there are always kangaroos in the backyard and lovely views.
I am quiet and respectful, I am social but also private, I am committed to yoga so I don't drink or smoke, I am considerate ,very conscious of considering others especially in the pm hours or early morning,. Friendly and conversational, play tennis twice a week, studying a BA currently. seeking similar housemates. im easy going but weary of noise levels and expect the same, not interested in living in a house where endless visitors are coming through for obvious reasons. common courtesy and respect is how I work and expect the same. the rest is a breeze. prefer own bathroom! thanks.

Hi, I'm looking for an friendly, employed, clean, respectful person to share a home with. Available to rent is a spacious comfortable master bedroom with a queen size bed with matching tallboy and bedside tables. The room also has a new flatscreen remote wall mounted TV, a generous walk in robe with additional shelving and private en-suite. There is great light due to having a large floor to ceiling window looking into front garden and curtains for those weekend sleep ins. Additionally you literally have your own lounge space, 3 seater leather couch, TV and dining table, separate from the rest of the house. There is a large flower garden, vege patch and extensive undercover entertainment area with a BBQ. We also have a outdoor water feature, fish pond, home to 5 gold fish and 3 black fish. The home is an open plan set up with two separate living areas each side of the shared kitchen, allowing space for house mates. So taking this room is almost like taking your own unit. Down lights, large pantry, dishwasher, air conditioning and ducted heating for those cold nights. The house is situated in a quiet street, only 600 meters or 7 min walk to the nearest bus stop and 5 min walk to Blind Creek ( a great place for exercise) We are a 15 min walk to Aldi and a 3 km easy 25 min walk to railway station and town center. Sensational Melba Fish n chip shop, Food works and tasty bakery are all in the same location a flat 10 min walk away. Bills will be shared 3 ways. Room for a car roadside in front of house. Smoking outdoors only. No parties, or drugs, but welcome to have your friends over for drinks and dinner. Rent paid weekly $200 or monthly $800 Look forward to hearing from you.
Good sized bedroom with shared main bathroom (although you will pretty much have it to yourself). House is newly renovated. Its a large place for two people. Looking for a friendly, considerate and clean person, who likes to enjoy the occasional beer or dinner. Pets will be considered

Oh hi! Now that I have your attention, I'm looking for a room around Ballarat towards mid-August. I'm open to living either near the CBD (as that's where I'll be working), or in the nearby surrounding suburbs. A bit about me: I'm a 28-year-old male journalist currently working in Mildura (but living in Melbourne). I'm quite relaxed and easy going, friendly with people from all walks of life, a tidy and neat-conscious person, well aware of other people's space, and most of all I love an adventure. I'm a bit of a sports nerd, love being active in social sport teams (anything from footy, to basketball to lacrosse to tennis or cycling). I also take a lot of photos (not the selfie kind) as that's my other passion outside of work. I'm also big on going to gigs across a lot of different genres, especially punk. I also love all animals so if you have a pet, then that's a bonus! I have a lot of existing items already including my own bed, couch, TV, kitchen items, etc. So I'm pretty self sufficient in terms of furnishings. Having said that, if there's a furnished house or flat that's always a bonus. I often like to come and go when I need to as I'm a fairly social person outside my four wall. I am the kind of person that likes to bring a friend over to watch TV, so I like to be social with people and respectful of others in our shared spaces. My budget is about a maximum of $200 per week, but could be flexible if rent included internet, foxtel, gas, electricity, water, etc were added in. I'm originally from Albury, then Hobart, now Melbourne, so I've gotten used to moving recently, but really just hoping to settle in Ballarat at the right place! Ideally, I'm hopeful of living with 1-2 people, young professionals around my age (flexible wit that) that have had experience in sharehouses before. If you think I'm the right for your place, I'd love to know more about you, and the surroundings, and any pictures you have of potential rooms and shared spaces. I can provide professional and housemate references where required. Thank you.
