I'm a quiet non smoker. I am nice and clean and tidy and easy to get along with. I am happy to socialise, but sometimes you will not even know I am home. I am quite healthy and love to go to the gym.
Hello, I’m 19 and ready to move into a new place, currently been living at my parents but have been paying rent ($150per week), I am quiet and love to have a good laugh, I’m tidy and am very respectful of others property. I’m pretty chilled and get along well with everyone else and looking to make some new friends along the way. I work casually in Canungra at the moment and would love to find a place in Canungra so I am able to walk to work. My bills are always up to date and I pay rent in advance. I also have a beautiful husky (male) whom I adore and has been around plenty of different animals before, he is still a pup (11months old) so would love if you would be patient with him.
This is a brand spanking new build! Located in the new Canungra Rise Development! It is a 15 minute walk away from the heart of the town, where there is cafes, pubs, cute shops, supermarket and a few restaurants. Canungra is a real community, and canungra rise is a family filled estate. This is my first build that i have achieved at the age of 20! and am looking for some respectable roomates to share my brand new home with! I have two bedrooms to offer, with a shared bathroom between the two. so i will be considerate of both my flatmates that they will get along! if you know what i mean. aka sharing a bathroom can be very personal. I have two beautiful friendly kittys that are apart of my family. So roomates must be okay with the cats roaming all throughout the house. If you have a pet, Let me know and i will consider. I wont do anything that would make my cats feel uncomfortable, but they have lived with a low key dog beforehand and all was fine. Since I've only moved in recently, I am not yet aware of the utility bills cost etc. but that is a negotiation that future roommates and myself can discuss. I am always fair so that something that we will talk about further. If you are slightly interested at all, dont hesitate to give me a message and ask questions! Thankyou! Britt :)

I'm moving to Beaudesert to be close to my best friend who has terminal cancer. Which is the reason I don't hold a job in Beaudesert as yet! I work in the Age Care sector. I'm confident of finding work quickly. I'm sourcing work now! I'm respectful of peoples privacy & their space. I clean up after myself & I'm tidy. I live a quiet & peaceful life. I have a great sense of humor, a happy personality. I enjoy a chat, yet like my space too. Enjoy helping in household chores & gardening.
Hey, Name's Alex and I'm looking for a room in a home to call my own. Quick rundown: I'm quiet, respectful and considerate, non-judgemental, easy going and know when to mind my own business. I get along with everyone and would love to be accepted into a like-minded household. I work part time 3-4/7days (very few days and weird hours some weeks) as a motorbike mechanic apprentice and study the other days. I have a motorbike which can be moderately loud coming and going (I'm aware of this and always minimise the disturbance as much as possible to my neighbours and housemates) and would LOVE if my housemates understood this situation or had bikes of their own. I myself, am not a noisy or messy and more introvert than extrovert. I get along better with males than females and don't mind a bachelor pad where no females are going to steal my shampoo, shoes or bf (if i had one, hypothetically speaking...). I also have a pet amaxon parrot who has an indoor and outside cage depending on the security of the house and any dogs in the yard. He's somewhat loud and annoying and will make you think the microwave or washing machine is beeping as he mimics. An outside sheltered area of a gargen is perfect for his cage if you have far away enough neighbours and hawks can't see him. Pros: Will ALWAYS pay rent on time. Clean and organized. Can fix stuff. Can cook and will always have a healthy supply of cakes and brownies in the fridge to share. Honest and upfront (won't even eat a grape if it's not mine lol) Loves all animals. Cons: Bird. Bike. (aka-extra noise) Smoker in the mornings. (Coffee and a dart is my morning ritual). Dislike ants. If your place has an ant problem I'm OUT! I ride my bike a lot (only transport) and can often be out weird hours and like the freedom to be able to come home and housemates not mind or care. Please don't hesitate to contact me and we can go from there! Cheers!
Hey guys! My partner and I have recently moved out into Lowerbeech Month to escape the hussle and bustle of the coast. This four bedroom house is a tiny bit to big for just the two of us, and he also works away 4 weeks at a time so it’s just me at the moment! Haha We have a major wrap around balcony which the sun beams on in the mornings, which also doubles as a great entertaining area :) You will have your own bedroom that could be furnished if you would like. We have a cafe and general store only a few houses down from us but if that’s not your style we have a blossoming avocado tree in reaching distance of our balcony and yard! Muiliple carparks and plenty of storage. We have a few fur babies that are nothing but cuddle and friendly to who ever they meet.
Hey I’m Kathryn, I’m a genuine, enthusiastic person who loves Food, travel, music, animals and living life. I work in a winery and love my job but also currently developing a family business. I strangely like cleaning, am considerate of others and easy to get along with. I have lived in Japan (2yrs), London (1 yr) but otherwise have only lived in my family home. I assure you I will always be respectful and bring sunshine to the household! Thanks Kathryn
We are a couple looking for accommodation. Both quiet, sensible and reliable tenants, I am a student at Griffith University, also working part time in admin and my partner Jeremy is working full time managing a hotel. We are after a master bedroom with own bathroom/ensuite attached preferably. I also have my own horse so I have also been looking for an agistment close by! But am usually busy attending to the horse or at the gym. Please let me know if you have anything that would be suitable! Thank you :)

I'm a young man who works Sunday-Thursday in Burleigh Heads as a warehouse worker. I am often in Brisbane from early Friday until late Saturday. Huge fan of "It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia."
I'm an Event Professional teaching Pilates and Yoga as a side passion. I love working with people and have an adventurous spirit. I live a healthy lifestyle mountain biking, road cycling, surfing and enjoy the outdoors as well as practicing Pilates and yoga. Having grown up in Sydney, Australia I spent the last 4.5 years living in Queenstown, New Zealand before moving across to the Gold Coast to work on the Commonwealth Games. I've now fallen in love with the area and have chosen to return to study in the Community Services industry for a deviation on my professional career path while working part time. Non smoker, respectful of privacy and security and very tidy and happy living with animals. I’m social, but not a party person. I enjoy cooking and sharing a meal and wine with my flatmates from time to time. I am looking for a new home from 15th July or immediately prior as I am house sitting until then.
A hard working, fit and healthy couple looking for a new place to call home. We work long hours and enjoy relaxing on the weekend.
31 year old female, non smoker with an almost 2 year old that I have for half of each week. Non smoker, friendly and outgoing.
Hi! My name is April and I'm moving up to Gold Coast from Melbourne to do a post-graduate degree in Physiotherapy at Bond University ^_^ I am fully house-trained as a housemate, having lived in rental accommodation for 5 years now, ranging from sharing accommodation with 2-6 other housemates over the years. As it is a full-time course, I won't be home much during weekdays, other than at night to crash in bed. I enjoy a bit of banter and being physically active in my free time, but otherwise am an unobtrusive housemate. Looking for a place which is peaceful, quiet, and clean. Happy to share cleaning duties based on a roster. Not looking for a party house. Acreage would be a huge plus <3
I have only had 4 addresses in 18 years. Rent and bills come first. I prefer to be a month in advance. I'm not into drama. I am clean and like to cook, I'm an outdoor smoker still. I like to spend time with family and friends. I drink very little. I have a flat full of furniture in storage and kitchen stuff to make any chef happy (did I mention I like to cook?) Love to laugh and am respectful of private space.
Looking for a new place to call home. Do you have a spare garage space? Internet available? A quiet, friendly household? Unfurnished room and within my budget - please read on. From the new year I will be working 3 weeks on and 3 weeks off. I would love to find somewhere close to a train station (walking distance preferred) so I can get to and from Brisbane airport easily. Ideally I would also love to find a place with a spare garage so I can leave my car inside safely while I am away. Please note that this is important to me! I don't have many things, only a double bed, bed side table and a TV. The room must have built in wardrobes for my clothing and a ceiling fan would be great. I would like an unfurnished room. But I am also open to the option of a furnished room as I am about ready to buy a new bed. I usually just keep to myself and I am happy doing my own thing, I am a non smoker and not much of a drinker. I clean up after myself and am very respectful when using someones else property. I am currently living in Worongary but owners I live with are looking at selling in the new year so I am trying to be proactive in finding a new place sooner rather than later. They are happy to be used as a reference and will attest to my good nature, ability to help around the house & yard and rent being paid on time. Thanks
