I love the normality of life, I love routine, going to work, having a good rest, and healthy living. I am friendly and helpful in any given situation, but I also like to detach and enjoy my own space and my own company. I love a cold beer after work but it is all very controlled as I enjoy to feeling healthy in a sense of, I have no major addiction in my life, except working and getting ahead. I enjoy cooking and gardening and doing handy man jobs that need to be done. I consider myself to be a good bloke.

I am a professional with a full-time job in Gosford. I am also studying a post-graduate degree part-time this year. I am pretty easy going and tidy. I have lived in various share houses for a number of years, so I have a good idea on how to make them work. I enjoy spending my weekends in the outdoors as much as possible whether that be bike riding or going to the beach.
Hello! :) I'm Aaron - I came to Australia on the 14th of January and am looking for a more permanent living situation. I will be working for a small company in Tuggerah and am currently living near Bonnells Bay in Central Coast. It's way too isolated for me so I am looking for a flat or possibly a room in a shared house (but separate) to stay in near a train station preferably around the Tascott area or very close. I would prefer long term but short term is ok too. I'll just have to look for something more permanent eventually. The house is on central coast highway kariong a u turn and u r on the free way to sydney yet the house is doule glazed and u can hardly hear any noise furtheremore it a further down from free way with a service lane. There s plenty of parking including one locked up garage.
This is a lovely bright and airy 2-bedroom townhouse located in a very quiet part of South Woy Woy with a bush setting/lookout and district views over to Woy Woy Bay. It is the last townhouse in a small complex of 10, so there is only one neighbour on one side of the building who is also very quiet. The complex is immaculately presented and very well maintained. There is a small courtyard as well as a large balcony overlooking the complex and distant views. It is close to buses and trains (a five minute walk to the bus stop going to Woy Woy or Umina) and a 5-10 minute bus ride to Woy Woy Train Station. I also have a small female cat, so someone who loves animals is a must, especially cats. The room for rent is quite roomy with a single bed and large built-ins with plenty of storage.
