The house is a split level dwelling with the second bathroom with laundry attached to an entertaining room downstairs. The three bedrooms are upstairs with an open plan kitchen and dining room with a fireplace off to the back. One garage with two driveways accessible from the front. Spacious front and back yard with a concrete area for entertaining. I'm looking for people to take over the lease in this house as I plan to move soon. Rent is $400pw so 2 people at $200 or 3 people would obviously be less, depends what we can sort out. Place is definitely big enough for 3 people but any more and you're starting to push it. Since I'm moving the house is partly furnished (moving to an apartment so it won't all fit) apart from a queen mattress. (queen frame supplied as in image) The house is air-conditioned and the kitchen has been recently renovated with dishwasher, new floorboards were also installed at the same time throughout. There is a small entertaining deck out to the yard. I have two dogs, so the renter MUST be a dog lover. It is a short drive to Penrith CBD and easy access to Western Sydney University, Nepean District Hospital, Westfield Plaza and Nepean Square Shopping villages. Kingswood Train Station is close, and I drive there every morning. There is also easy access to the M4 motorway. Non-smoking tenants, and strictly no drugs policy. No sleep overs of partners allowed, and must respect privacy of landlord. All repairs maintenance will be done in a timely manner, and depending upon urgency. Any damage done to the room will be paid for at renter's expense. It is my preference the potential renter come and have a look at the place for a chat prior to deciding - it just means you can see the room and ask me any questions you like. Thank you!
