Hi, I'm a relaxed, healthy and environmentally conscious person with a keen interest in nutrition, philosophy, and writing. I'm looking for a quiet and tidy home for at least six months, with similar minded people. I'm respectful, clean and tidy, drug free(but I don't have a problem with those who enjoy relaxing at 4:20), and comfortable with a social drink, and I love a good open discussion. After living in Sydney and Brisbane for several years, I've left the hustle and bustle of city life, and returned to the Coast where I grew up. I'm now focused on writing a novel over the next six months and see where that takes me. If you think we'd get along and have a room available, please get in touch.

I am a 24yo male, currently studying and working part-time, I am half way through a bachelors of paramedicine. I am easy going and not a big party person, I clean up after myself and have my own transport. I am looking to move into a place before 29th of November.
Hi, I have been house sitting on the Sunshine Coast for the past eight months but now that my husband has sold our house in Canberra and is heading up here it's time to get real and find a more steady base while we start to look around for our own house to buy in the beautiful Sunshine Coast Hinterland. I am a 47yo self funded early retiree and my husband is a 53yo almost retired maths teacher. We will be out most days looking at properties. My parents also live in Caloundra so will be spending time with them. We require a clean home with our own private bathroom, as our furniture will be in storage we will also require bedroom furniture and a good mattress will be appreciated. My husband is really tall so we need at least a queen size bed. We are honest, respectable, clean and positive people who won't get in your way or cause a fuss. I also have a current police check that I needed for house sitting and my husband also has a current Working With Vulnerable People card. I also have current house sitting references. We also have an adorable well trained and fabulous little Italian Grey Hound Jack Russell x (small dog) who we will try and take with us when we go out but if we need to keep her at home we will require a secure and safe yard for her to hang out in, she is 8 years old and will only bark if someone she does not know approaches your house. Callie is truly fabulous and my soul mate so she needs to come with us. If you are not a dog person (how can that be??) she will change your mind :-) If you think that we may suit please send me an email and I can answer any further questions that you may have. YAY Sunshine Coast, it's just so awesome up here!!!XX Shelley
Easy going, house trained couple looking for somewhere to call home for a while. Happy to share with someone who has pets as we are both animal lovers. Both enjoy cooking and getting to the beach.
The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac, so not much vehicle traffic, 5 mins drive to town and bus/train stations. 15 mins to the beach or hinterland. House is fully furnished, and you must provide your own personal items and prepare your own meals, as not included in rent. One room has a double/student desk/chests of drawers and student chair. Other room is a queen with built ins. Your must provide your own linen. I have a dog that is very friendly and lives inside, so if you are allergic to pet hair, probably not advisable. Place would suit students or hospital shift workers, am 3 mins drive to hospital. If you wish to know more please do not hesitate to contact me regarding these queries. Thanks Wendy

Happy home in a lovely street. Palmwoods is delightful, close to train, Woombye, Nambour, 10 mins to highway, 2 mins to Ricks Garage for the best hamburgers on the coast. This house & bathroom is wheelchair friendly, and garden somewhat. 15 mins to the Uni, and beach. 10 mins to the lovely hinterland town of Montville. We are literally at the foothills of the Hinterland.
Hey there! Myself (28yr old male) and 1 other roommate (middle aged male) and my awesome dogs (2yr old golden retriever, 5 year old border collie) are looking for 1 other person to share our house with. We have one large unfurnished/furnished room Available. It's a large house with plenty of space. I'm the owner so there isn't any issues with real estates or anything. We are looking for Someone that is clean, responsible and respectful, preferably around the same age and they MUST be employed. The house is situated fairly close to the nambour hospital, shops and public transport. Rent is $175 per week which includes all bills and internet Thanks
Easy going and clean. Working full time, will generally only be staying from Mon-Fri as I travel back home to Brisbane every weekend. Can provide both employment and rental references. Unlimited internet would be preferred and off street parking. I am a smoker but only outside. My max budget since I will still be renting in Brisbane is $180, please do not contact me if the room is above this budget. Thanks. :).
Hi! I'm really nice (or so I've been told), I'm clean and not much of partier. I'm a full time uni student that loves all things ancient history, animals and nature. I'm generally up for an adventure and have no issues living with either sex. I've travelled all around Australia and I love to read and bake. I like to watch movies and take long strolls on the beach haha jk though not really but this sounds so much like a dating profile :D Oh and my preferred length of stay can be over 6 months I was just forced to choose a stay time. Also the jan move in date is just there because it had to be as well haha I would be willing to move in before that :D -Isabella
I am quiet, keep to myself mostly (but I enjoy hanging out here and there), I'm very neat, studying (fashion) 3 days a week at Tafe and a couple of days a week at home.. I love animals; cats, dogs, birds, snakes. I don't party, I drink maybe 2-3 times a year and enjoy an active lifestyle. I try to eat organic where I can, meditate when I'm able and would love to take up yoga. I've lived on the coast for 11 years now!
I am very independent, I have my own car and my own furniture. My life revolves around being healthy and happy. I have one female dog, Lillie who is a Westie. I am into eating a mainly raw vegan diet and doing tai chi. I enjoy gardening, growing my own fruit and vegetables.
Im a 40yr old single gay guy, Im not a party animal by any means, enjoy the odd night out. Im VERY clean and house proud. Enjoy cooking and socialising and a glass of wine with dinner. I have a 7yr old Jack Russell who is housetrained and very quite, he gets on well with other dogs
A great little home situated just off the main street in Nambour. Close to all facilities and some great little cafes and shops. My home is spacious, airy and has a beautiful back deck which overlooks a beautiful garden area. Very peaceful and a great spot to sit and ponder, enjoy a quiet drink, read a book or be inspired. Clean and tidy room - unfurnished. Shared bathroom.
The house is built on a bushland block. It's very private but only 3 minutes away from Palmwoods train station in one direction or Eudlo in the other. It's also only 8 minutes to Chen Resig Buddhist centre and 20 from Sunshine Coast University. The bedrooms are cabins separate from, but quite close to, the main house. I think the outlook from the bedrooms is fantastic - that is, if you like bush views. The main house is shared. It contains the living room and bathroom. The kitchen and dining area are on a covered deck. The only house rules are to help with the usual chores to keep the house tidy and to help with watering the veggies and feeding the chooks.
Three good sized bedrooms available in a 4 bed + study home that I fall in love with every weekend. A room will set you back between $165 and $185 dependent on preferences; parking, room, pets. Bills average $30p/w each, includes electricity, internet, water and pool servicing and if they come in under this we can chat about how you would like me to treat the excess balance (Xmas drinks or ….a Jet ski!!!…when I stop dreaming). Privacy is not an issue, inside or out, with a fully fenced yard multiple living areas within as well as study/guests room. With a double garage and off street parking there is plenty of space for your car as well. I am sure my mum would love to hear me say…..”I finally appreciate gardening…or the fruits of my labour from it”. The are two lime trees (I cant keep the Corona’s up to them), mandarin, tomatoes and an unidentified berry tree out the front that hasn’t managed to kill me yet. The layout of the house was well considered and allows for a variety of situations. Very little noise travels to the bedrooms, particularly from outdoor areas (surprisingly). The view of the pool alone when you step out back is enough to keep me away from the beach and out of the sun on a hot summer day and certainly doesn't go astray to helping unwind on a Friday afternoon…or any day of the week really. Adult friendly 9 months of the year and you don’t have to do a thing (unless of course, that’s your thing). Just keep an eye and ear out for the water level dropping and you will be set for summer. I can appreciate your feeling that Palmwoods is so far from town, but something is tempting you if you have read this far. The location is best suited to those working in Nambour but just don’t want to live another summer in there. With burgers worth travelling over mountains for, the diner can’t be beat on any day of the week. Only 1.2km from the train station, more than half of which is down a shaded back track then straight past Palmwoods Pub. The IGA do a killer hot chook for the times you have just one too many. House is fully furnished with all essentials and more room still to fill. Heaps of space to bring anything to call this place your home. Rooms available from 15th December 2016. Bond required and rent paid fortnightly.
