I work in construction, so I do very long hours and never really home. I’m very clean and tidy, I am very bubbly, friendly, reliable and trustworthy. I live in Brisbane but will be driving down for work each week so looking for a room to rent whilst I am working.
I'm from Indonesia, a working holiday visa holder looking for a share room with my friends. We are still in Indonesia and will move to Oz by then of February. We plan to seek a job together in Brisbane and at the suburb. I think it'd be nice to live with some people with different background, share a lot of things, cooking, play games, watch movie and listen to people's story. My friends and I plan to stay for a week in the city of Brisbane to make bank account etc and also looking for a car to go working in suburb.
House is in Pittsworth an easy 30 minutes drive from Toowoomba. Great town and has a great pub and a very popular gym. The house is fairly modern. Air con in main living area ceiling fans in all bedrooms , internet, Netflix, Foxtel included in rent. The rooms aren't huge but you are welcome to use other rooms as well. You would have your own bathroom. The rooms available are furnished ( bed, built ins ,bedside tables.) two to choose from. One has a single bed the other a queen. We would like you to make our home your home share cooking and cleaning. Off street parking is available.
Large fully furnished room in good area close to CBD, within walking distance to shops, clubs, hospital, schools, sporting, cafe etc. House has air-conditioning, BBQ, washing machine, fridge, other amenities, furnished living & dining room plenty of privacy etc.
Humble, respectful, optimistic, sociable, easy-going, hygienic, non-smoker, no crazy drinker, fluent in English and Korean, well-educated(bechelors degree in design), currently employed, own personal vehicle, healthy and athletic(love hiking, cycling, gym workout), and always with smile!
I work part time and am a full time nursing student at uni. I do own 3 guinea pigs and 1 dog. They are all very clean and must be allowed pets as they are all coming with me. I am very quiet and mainly stick to myself but am always up for a chat. Not a party person and very easy going.
Very quiet with a rural aspect. Very clean and tidy with a country feel. Residence includes own bathroom, theatre room, bedroom, living room, kitchenette and private courtyard. Private access with off street parking. Only 10 minutes to CBD.
You will be surprised how close you are to everything. 9 mins to Uni, 5 mins to Woolworths Drayton. 7 min Clifford Gardens . Nice area quiet and peaceful on a 1/4 acre block. Live each end of house so you will have own bathroom and a Queen bed. Plenty of room.
This is my first house that was built early this year, so is still super new! It is 4 bedrooms, with an office and media-room, on a 1,100m2 block. It has a large open plan kitchen, living and dining space. Kitchen has good Smeg appliances - big gas cooktop, double oven and dishwasher. There's an alfresco area with a nice big fan outside and 8-seater outdoor setting. I actually have two bedrooms I'm looking to rent out. They are both a standard size, have a ceiling fan and both are close to the main bathroom, powder room and toilet. It has built-in's for all your clothes. I have furnished one room and the other is non-furnished so if you're not after furnishings then that's all good! Washing machine in seperate laundry. (Old housemate has taken the dryer shown in photos) The only real negatives I see are that your car would have to be parked on the street/just off-street as the garage is full and just having to share the bathroom. Other than that personally I think it's a pretty good house! I'm asking for $160 a week which is including all bills. If you are interested then you're more than welcome to come and have a look at the house!
I an a medical imaging student going on placement in Toowoomba for most of the year. This involves working a normal 9 to 5 type day at the clinic and some online work so I am looking for a peaceful place to live from early March to late October(eight months). I have lived in share accomodation before, like to keep my own space tidy and am willing and able to do my part to keep the house clean and tidy both inside and out. I'm a big gaming and comic nerd, not a big party animal but I do enjoy a social drink and chat.
I’m currently a uni student and work part-time. I’m very quiet and reliable with money and am easy to get along with. I’m extremely open minded and very accepting. I’m looking to stay somewhere while I complete my studies and hopefully make some great friends!
I'm moving to Toowoomba in 2019 to do a Creative Arts degree at USQ. I'm moving with my 2 year old indoor cat Mellow, and my 1 year old male dog Noa. They are both desexed, house trained and well behaved. Mellow will need to be indoors at all times but he is happy to just sleep in a sunny window or cuddle up with anyone near by, he's not too picky with people. I take Noa for walks most afternoons and like to take him to markets/brunch/dog parks on the weekends. He is very well socialized and is happy for any other dogs he meets to be the boss. He is a big sook and Mellow is the boss of him too haha. I'm a super chill person that loves to chill out of an afternoon watching netflix or going out for food on weekends. I'm pretty social once i get to know people but also enjoy my own space and respect other peoples privacy as well. I love talking about true crime, music, making art and looking after my house plants and love animals. I like to go to the gym most week nights and enjoy relaxing on weekends by having dinner over a movie or going out somewhere fun. I'm hoping to find people that are similar ages and have similar interests to myself. I'll be in Toowoomba during the uni semester and heading back to my hometown Narrabri in North West NSW during holidays or over the occasional long weekend, taking my pets with me of course. Non smoker
I am polite and easygoing individual and non-smoker. I strive to be a kitchen ninja (you will never know I was there) and not a kitchen pirate who may leave a wake of destruction. I like being active and do this through hiking, mountain biking and navigational sports. I have two young daughters who live in Brisbane. I also live in Brisbane and work in Toowoomba. I am looking for a simple place to stay overnight 2-3 nights a week during weekdays. I would be happy to arrange specific days with the owner if they want to rent the room/couch to someone on weekends and other days.
