I'm a very creative person and spend my spare time on some kind of project - whether it be writing, film, or music related! From this, we now have a city council bus that departs every 30 mins from Canvey Road (50 meters walk), two newly built kids parks within walking distance, two large dog parks which are 5 mins walk away, newly built bike and nature paths into the nearby surrounding bush-land and a convenience store which is due to commence building in the next 6 months and will house a small IGA, fast food shops and hopefully a great coffee shop.
