I am from Portsmouth in the UK and I am looking to emigrate in June. I am very tidy and conscientious and not a party person, although I enjoy being sociable like everyone else!
I am a full time uni student working part time in retail. I would much rather stay at home and watch Netflix than go out drinking so I would love to have a friendly and relaxed home environment to spend my limited free time in.
Flexible as heck and easy going, get along with everyone and do my best to contribute yet keep to myself. Currently a landscaper, simply trying to figure out what I want to do for the rest of my life and need independence to focus on my career path.
Newly constructed 4 bedroom house located in the new Ellendale estate at Upper Kedron. Two stories with 3 living areas, outdoor alfresco dining and a walk in pantry. The room for rent has ducted aircon and a seperate bathroom. Located within 10km raduis to Brisbane CBD and close to public transport and a nearby primary school. I'm an easy going bloke who likes to keep my home clean. I work 6 days a week and try to exercise regularly so I usually like to relax on my day off. I'm always up for having a good convo and even a cheeky drink every now and then. I'm ideally looking for a 2 bed, 2 bath unit/townhouse to share with just one other flatmate. Open to the idea of either moving into existing Sharehouse or starting up a new one with someone from this site. I have all my own furniture in storage so can bring as much or as little as needed. Looking to secure a place in the next couple of weeks.
Hi flat mate, :) I am a 29 year old female who works full time In allied health looking for a place to share where I can have my own bathroom. I am lgbt friendly and would like my house mates to be as well. I am quiet, clean, respectful and have a lazy inside cat Panda (ragdoll x) and the cutest small dog Kits (pomeranian x) he looks like a mini Shiba inu. Please send me a message if you have something available or If you have any questions. Looking to move 1St March.
About me: Hey, my name is Imogen! I have recently moved from Cairns to Brisbane with the goal of a lifestyle and career change. Back home i was a barista and crew trainer, and was briefly at university studying a diploma in higher education majoring in psychology. Now that i have moved cities, I am working as a receptionist in a corporate background and studying Medical administration. I am young and love to socialise, go out and about and experience new things. I also enjoy just laying around binge watching netflix and being a hermit, and am looking for people like minded to either move out and get a place with, or to move in with. I have a dog (Great Dane) back home whom i am wanting to fly down once i am settled and have a home, but i will only have him on the weekends unless a housemate is studying and will be home with him while i am at work as he likes to be around people (or other dogs). so long term i am looking for somewhere that will be able to accommodate him. He is well behaved, very placid, and once you get to know him, a big sook. I am organised and tidy, I love food (but am not a great chef - its a work in progress!), love animals, and enjoy being around good people with a few quiet drinks, if this also sounds like you, lets link up!
My name is Rachael and I'm a 26 year old single female. I work full-time Monday to Friday as an accountant in the city and also study part-time as a distance education uni student, which keeps me busy in my spare time! I have a well-trained 8 year old Pomeranian named Lola who is used to living in rental apartments/townhouses and has lived with other dogs and cats in the past with no problems. I like to keep things neat and tidy and keep to myself mostly (due to studying), however enjoy a chat/wine every now and then! Move date is flexible and am looking for a minimum stay length of approximately six months, but happy to stay longer.
My friends know me as very easy going and I can get along well with anyone. Honesty and respect are paramount to me, I don't stuff people around as i don't like being stuffed around. Lived on the GC for a couple of years now working as an ecologist, spent previous seven years in Central Oz. I start my new job end of this year with the office based in Fortitude Valley so I'm aiming to live within 30 to 40 minutes from there. Originally a country fella, like to think I'm very trustworthy, dependable, capable at anything, and good sense of humour (necessary for surviving in the desert). I mostly keep to myself as I am usually quite busy but I do have to get out there and do more fun things. I do enjoy a bit of exercise and aim to keep healthy. I have a great dane x, not overly big, which I know can be a challenge accommodation wise but she is truly beautiful, gets along well with other dogs, trained reasonably well and she believes everyone is here best friend (easily proven once people meet her). I may have to work away at times for a week, so the ideal place for me is where my dog is welcome to stay without me (I do realise this may be challenge!) or I may just have to put her in good kennel while I'm gone.
Hi I am a very clean and tidy respectful person and I always pay my rent on time. I am 50 years old and I am looking for a room to rent from a single person who is clean and tidy and easy going and friendly and respectful. I am a guy who likes to have a social drink. I am a disability pensioner and I have a good sense of humor and I'm animal friendly.
hi im patrick and im 25 and currently studying film part time at sae. I am pretty geeky. Love my anime and computer games. I am fairly clean and respectful of others and I tend to stick to myself so im pretty easy going. i need to have room for my battle station (gaming pc) and area for my collectables. i also come with the perk of owning a ps4 pro and oculus rift that my house mates can use if they treat them with respect
Hi, I’m Nate, I’m 25 and I work for Queensland police. Regular crossfitter, beach goer and an outgoing person. Love getting outdoors. I’m looking for a room in a friendly house that welcomes pets with people that are keen to make a new friend.
Hi, my name is Travis, I'm 27, single, gay, super clean, super tidy and super dorky, also mildly autistic, diagnosed as a child with Aspergers Syndrome. I'm respectful of personal space but also don't mind hanging out, specially if it involves Netflix and a big box of Cadbury Favourites although wouldnt mind a housemate who I can be friends with at the same time. I'm not a party animal but don't mind going into the city or somewhere nice for a couple drinks on the rare occasion, so I'd like a housemate who is similar in that sense and who has a friendly and easy going personality that's clean and tidy. :) I'm currently working 16 hours a week as a night shift Environmental Services Assistant at the HSNPH in Chermside and Im studying IT full time at Tafe South Bank. Im after a place that has the following, - Pet free - Smoke free - Drug free - Child free - LGBT friendly - Air-conditioning - Non party house - Off street parking - 1 other person maybe 2 max depending on the person/situation - Queen size room with built in (Unfurnished) - Ensuite or own bathroom - Storage (Preferable) - New or Newish house/townhouse or apartment (preferably) - Super clean, as I am really clean myself so ideally Id like my future housemate to be the same as I work as a cleaner and as you can imagine its not very nice to come home to a messy or smelly house. I do have a few bits and bobs that need to be stored, some I can just chuck in the cupboard and under my bed but I do have a sensor dryer and also a mountain bike which I'd like to keep out of the weather. If you like what you read and feel I'm suitable please done hesitate to message me.
I like to keep tidy and have everything in its place. Am quiet by nature but can hold an interesting conversation. I enjoy going out and walking. I can cook too and I like to write as an interest.
I’m a 23 year old female who works full time as a Beautician. I’m reliable and independent and am looking to flat with someone around Brisbane preferably not too far from the city. I have a female dog (boxer cross) and fortunately we are a package deal. I am sociable but also respectful of other people’s personal space. I would like to live in a positive environment where I could form friendships with the people/person I flat with as movies and pizza are right up there on the list of things I like to do.
I have a large low set home with a large dining area, kitchen, and media room (w/Foxtel and Netflix). 12 minutes walk to Ferny Grove station and a minutes walk to the bus.
