Hello! I am moving from Canada to begin a career in Conservation Biology in Australia and am in need of a place to stay near the Sanctuary I will be working at (Bongorong Wildlife Sanctuary). I just completed my Bachelors of Science, spending all 5 years living on campus with roommates, so I am no stranger to living with others. I typically keep to myself, keep the living areas clean and am very easy to get along with. That being said, I am always down to head to a bar for a drink, going for a hike or explore new places. : ] Feel free to contact me if you are in need of a roommate in to 7030 area, or if you want to chat about any team-up prospects!
Will be moving from devonport to take up studying full time. Will also be working part-time. I'm quiet, clean, keep to myself. I'm even a half decent cook that doesn't mind sharing. I live a healthy lifestyle, eat good food, exercise, rarely drink.
We are a couple looking for a a great place to live. My boyfriend and I met in Canada while he was over on a working holiday visa. Now I'm over here on my working holiday visa. We are looking to explore around Tasmania taking in all the sites while still having a cozy home to come back to while working. We love to cook. We mostly keep to ourselves but also down to hang out with good friends from time to time.

Hi :) I'm Hannah, 27 and was born and raised in Hobart. I am currently staying with my parents in Geilston Bay as I recently moved back from Melbourne. Things didn't go to plan so now I am looking for someone to share with preferably by the 1st of February. I have a beautiful indoor trained cat called Nahla who is super friendly and affectionate! She has been staying with a friend for a bit over a month but unfortunately I have to get her by the end of January. My parents have two cats so she can't come here, sadly. I am easy going, honest, tidy and considerate. Very respectful when it comes to privacy. I have lived with quite a few people in the past so definitely used to living with different types of people. I would love to find someone who likes a good chat but is also understanding of personal space. So hoping to find someone likeminded and mature. Interested in team ups but no time wasters please :) I am looking for someone who has a room available or is looking for a place to call home. Looking forward to hearing from you :) Hannah
Plenty of space to move around with a large verandah and terraced yard, bbq, wood fired pizza oven, endless vegetables from the garden, a nice view of geilston bay reserve, bathroom featuring a spa bath (shared with one other) with seperate toilet, and a partly furnished room if required.
Hi there. So I am moving to Hobart for a new job and a new life. I will be working for the State Government and am on the search for another professional that would like a nice place to share that gives us enough room to be comfortable but still feel like a home. A little about myself - 30 years old - Professional and budget savvy but happy to pay for confortability - happy to sit and watch tv or go for a walk or explore the surrounds or after work drinks or trivia night or hang out in my own room - Doggo will be coming to live with me once I have a house ready for him A little bit about doggo - Borris by name BoBo by nickname - 7 years old - Australian bulldog - lazy by nature - little rolly but is told he's beautiful - doesn't bark (sometimes at butterflys) - doesn't dig - brought up with 3 little dogs and 3 cats so he has respect and love for both If any of this sounds like something you would like to live with let me know and we can have a chat about it. 😊
I'm very friendly and love people, love a good cook-up and chilling out too! Can talk about almost anything, but leave you alone when you need quiet too ;) I'll be needing plenty of alone time as a fast-track nursing student anyway. I am a disabilty support worker, non-smoker, neat and tidy around the home. I have a gorgeous 6yr old labrador I either can bring with me or leave with my folks if you can't have her, but trust me, you'd be missing out ;)
I'm currently studying my Master's at UTAS, have been living in Kingston since February 2017 but I'm looking for a new home away from home for 2018. Something a little more central would be ideal. I'm a pretty easy going guy, quiet, friendly, clean and respectful of others' space. When I'm not studying (which is most of the time) I enjoy music, watching films, playing sport and exercising (running/gym). I don't smoke or have any pets, 1 car which I am happy to street park where required. If you have anything available that you think I'd be suited to, flick me a message and we can organise something, cheers.
I'm relocating to Hobart from Melbourne in mid Jan 2018, I recently graduated and will be working full time. I'm a proactive person and I'm happy to share the load when it comes to general tasks like cleaning, dishes, washing. I like watching and playing sports. If Im home you will often find me streaming the NBA or playing something on my PC. I consider myself a relaxed, easygoing person and I'm happy to fit into a house that already has an established culture with existing housemates or happy to be part of a team up with others looking to settle in Hobart.
I'm 19, just finishing up my gap year; still working part time and studying full time this year. I'm after a room preferably in a share house not too far away from Clarence or the CBD. I'm friendly, neat, respectful and don't mind a couple drinks on the weekends. Feel free to ask me anything!
Hi there, I plan to move to Hobart to pursue further education in Medicine at UTas. I have been living in shared houses for many years and love to meet new people. I am originally from Melbourne however i would be moving to Tasmania from Boston, Massachusetts. Studying medicine, i would prefer staying with other graduates / health sciences professionals; I am extremely clean, love to explore new places and plan to travel around the Island. I like being social but also prefer to have time to myself, to study and would prefer living with those that appreciate a clean house.
Ours is a beautiful and unique Art Dec property in Lindisfarne. There is a large lounge with an open fireplace, a large eat in kitchen and a separate dining room that has fantastic view of Mt Wellington. There is a huge back yard with cherry trees that provide delicious fruit just in time for christmas.
Fully furnished room available in brand new 3 bedroom/2 bathroom unit. Room has large built in wardrobe and queen bed. You’re own bathroom gives you plenty of privacy. Rent includes Foxtel and NBN. We would go halves on power/water bills. Place is air conditioned and has a small yard with a BBQ. Offstreet parking available. Room will be available early-mid February.
