Hi I am Ashley, a young 45 year old with my own commercial property development business. I like to socialise and get to the gym so as to find a good work / social life / health balance
I choose shared living because I like community and I like people. I enjoy interacting with people and building a home together, not simply living in a house of many single rooms. I favour a tastefully furnished house. In all, however, I am very flexible, a good communicator, and I appreciate my own space and privacy. I currently work for government in communications and stakeholder engagement, and background is in environmental campaigning and community engagement. I have also lived and worked abroad in London and traveled a great deal.

New house located in Bendigo only 1500 meter walk into the middle of town. The available bedroom is fully furnished and all bills are included. Our big 4 bedroom home is perfectly suited to someone who likes their own privacy within a sharehouse. The room is at the rear of the house away from our room, you will also have access to a lounge room upstairs that is rarely used. The other two bedrooms are only used when family or friends are staying from out of town. This means the main bathroom will usually only be used by you.
Hi, I'm looking for a room to rent in a share house, with tidy, friendly, and respectful people. Furnished room would be a great bonus. Looking to rent with either students or workers. I'm friendly, down to earth, clean, and quiet - I enjoy to relax at home, read, and I don't mind going out on the odd occasion. I can be sociable and also respect your need for space. Easy to get along with.
This property is in North Bendigo close to the hospital and an easy walk to Lake Weeroona. It features newly installed ducted heating/cooling so toasty in winter and nice and cool in summer. The kitchen is large, newly painted with new floors recently installed and includes a french door refrigerator There is new carpet throughout the house and the laundry has had a face lift with new flooring, new tiles and a new loo Outside there is a lovely deck to enjoy in the summer months and a large back yard Off street parking in big double garage. Long term tenancy would be preferred and would allow for possible negotiations on your rental rate per week
The positives of living at this property is that it is situated close to town and only a 10 minute drive to La Trobe University. The property has great air-conditioning and heating and solar energy allows bills to come in at a much lower cost. The rooms are very spacious and the new tenant would have the main bathroom as their own. The property is ideal for a student due to the low rent cost and being close to University, as well as having a fellow student as a housemate.

I'm clean and tidy person .. would love to live in sharing house . I'm from Melbourne and I just got full time job in Bendigo and i need a one bedroom in sharing appartments or sharing house. Cheers
Easy going, clean, happy, helpful, considerate of others. Wanting to move to the area for work as I've just finished my diploma of nursing. At the moment I live in south east Melbourne. For fun I go out and catch up with friends, exercise and love to just hang out. Won't say no to going out for a drink either.
Hello there! I'm a graduate teacher moving from Melbourne up to Bendigo for full-time work. I'm clean, considerate and easy-going. I enjoy after-work conversations over the occasional shared meal, however, I also love my own space and doing my own thing. Would love to live in a warm and welcoming place with like-minded people!
I'm a journalism student from Melbourne. I'm interning at WIN TV Bendigo from 25-30 September and need somewhere to stay. I'm tidy and outgoing. I also love dogs and cats. I binge watching Netflix a lot but will probably do some sightseeing during my time in Bendigo.
I am a Radiation Therapist working at the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre in bendigo. Recently moved from Melbourne. I work during the day, gym after work, cook dinner and prepare my food for the next day at work. Leaving me with an hour or less to relax and watch some TV/Netflix before going to bed. I stay in Bendigo during the week and go home back to Melbourne every weekend.
Nursing student moving from Mildura. Very sociable and enjoys meeting new people. Enjoys sport, art and movie nights with wine. Owner of a Dalmatian puppy, still deciding on whether to bring him with me on my move.
I am moving to Bendigo from Melbourne, and don't know anyone there! I'm 24, turning 25 in March 2017. I have one cat who is an indoor and outdoor cat. He isn't destructive and chills out when he finally gets comfortable with the people in the house and his surroundings. He is litter trained, doesn't spray anywhere and I make sure to keep him, his litter and food area clean. I want to live with people who are social and laid back, who I could have a drink with on the weekend but are happy for me to keep to myself when I need to focus on study. I'm really keen on making some friends out of my living situation, as I don't know anyone in Bendigo and I'll be limiting my trips to Melbourne. I'm a tidy person, I like cooking and eating out, I like having quiet nights in and heading out for drinks or to see some bands play, but I'm not big on constant big house parties and big nights out etc. I haven't got a job lined up out in Bendigo yet as I'm still finishing study here in Melbourne, but I will be looking for work before I make the move, and I have no intention of not picking up any part time or casual work while I study. The dates and locations I chose are flexible at this stage. I'm still waiting on uni offers to come in, but I'm hoping to move in late Jan early Feb so I have time to settle in before the semester starts. No issue with moving in a little closer to the semester start and I'm fine with anywhere near the Bendigo CBD. I'm really looking forward to making this move, and I can't wait to hear from you!
