I am currently an undergraduate student in my third year of study at university. I am a neat, easy going and quiet individual. I am currently living in a share town house with two housemates, which I have lived in for the last two years. Ideally would like to move somewhere in similar location to where I am currently based. Also would prefer to move in with housemates of similar age.

Home comes with everything you need, fully functioning kitchen with well stocked accessories, lovely large room with built ins, awesome gas heater, dishwasher, seperate toilet, eat in kitchen, huge lounge, seperate small bedroom with a bit of storage space (if you got stuff that needs storing) and AC. Room is unfurnished but can be furnished upon request.

Kind Regards, Michael .

I am very active and social, I get along with most people with my wide range of interest (Football, gym, art, hikes etc). I am laid back, have stayed in hostels for long periods of times without problems before. I guarantee I will have no problems in paying rent I have a dog that is perfectly house trained, currently I leave him inside and has never destroyed anything. From what other people have said he does not have a strong dog smell. Would prefer for someone who enjoys the company of dogs as he loves people.
Hi, my name is Jenny. I am a full time student, studying 5 days a week so I would generally be out of the house for most of the day. I love to socialise, and have a good time, but also of course would need some time to myself to study from time to time. I am a extremely clean, organise and tidy person. Hobbies includes, having a laugh and chilling out with my friends, watching TV shows and movies, listening to music. I like to keep myself busy so I won't be home much, but when I am I'd love to live with laid-back, but social people that would be keen to hang out and have a good time, very sociable, ready to make new friends. I'd probably prefer to team up and start a lease with one or two other people. Would prefer staying with females but would also consider staying with males if the location and the price is right.
Hi, I'm Ethan. I work full time in the city (For the last few years as well) in a business role and am looking for a place to rent which is within riding distance or has some form of good public transport available close by. I try to keep myself fit with gym and sports and consider myself to be quite a tidy and neat individual by nature. I look forward to meeting with you if a suitable option becomes available.
I'm 18 years old, working part time and studying at university. I am outgoing, mature and easy to approach, and would love some similar minded house mates. I am very respectful of space and downtime, but I also love to socialise and have a drink with friends. I'm looking for somewhere with a minimum stay time no longer than 3-4 months (although there is a chance I will be looking to stay for a longer term after that if its offered). I love animals so pets are no issue. I'm also pretty open to different locations. people between 18-30 are preferred :)
Hi, I am looking for share house or someone who may be interested in renting a 'new' 2 - 4 bed place with me. I like relaxing in a clean & tidy place, with mature easy going people, male or female. Any quiet area of Adelaide & reasonably close to shops & public transport . I have my own bedroom furniture. A built in wardrobe in the bedroom would be good. I am friendly, clean, respectful of others and like to live a healthy lifestyle. Unfortunately can't live with cats or other animals inside the house and prefer no carpet though its ok in bedrooms. I rarely watch tv as have other things to occupy me. I'm quiet but also enjoy socialising. I'm a bookkeeper and studying and in the process of moving from Brisbane. I stay in Adelaide regularly though where I am is too far from the city. I'm looking forward to getting established in Adelaide in 2017.
I am a graduate teacher keeping an eye out for jobs and currently looking into relief teaching (possibly along side a masters course). I am pretty laid back, i keep my spaces clean, ive lived in a sharehouse before and i look forward to making new friends and sharing a place with good vibes.
International PhD student. Diplomatic, quiet and responsible. Play games for fun.
Quiet, beautiful, leafy location just minutes from public transport with a full kitchen and only 1 flatmate! We are located right on Linear Park - a lovely walking trail along the Torrens river - and across from the beautiful Lochiel Park wetlands in a small, private, quiet complex nestled in amongst towering gum trees. No driveby traffic - the street dead ends at the entrance to our little grouping of 6 units. Great for runners, walkers - and golfers as a small golf course is a 5 minute walk away. A 10 minute walk to the Klemzig Obahn bus terminal and an 8 minute ride to the City East campuses of UniSA and Uni of Adelaide. What's included? - A fully furnished bedroom (single bed with linen, bedside table, desk, chair, wardrobe, storage chest). Door locks from the inside. - Shared toilet and bathroom (toilet separate from shower room) - Central heating and air-conditioning. - Clothes washer and dryer - Use of a full kitchen (stove, oven, room in the frij, microwave, dishwasher and a range of mixers, blenders, food processors, rice cooker, slow cooker, etc.) - Broadband internet - Utilities - Outdoor area for relaxing You do your own cooking, dishes, cleaning your room and laundry. No smokers, no party animals and no overnight guests. And sorry, there is only one on-site park and I use it. You can park your car just outside the complex if you have one. I can store a bike for you in the garage so you can have the option of biking to town, to Magill campus of UniSA, to the beach - you have lots of options with Linear Park! Plus there are two pussy cats who love to give and get cuddles.
You'll find not just a house but a home full of positive energy, it's very peaceful with an abundance of colour and is surrounded by garden all the way around it including a veggie patch and rose garden. There are two living areas so plenty of room plus inspirational quotes and culture all around the house. There is a/c throughout, gas hot water and the home is fully secure and safe. It's close to public transport and is a four minute walk from the Paradise interchange which means you're then only ten minutes from CBD or 5 minutes to Tea Tree Plaza shopping centre going the other way. Dernancourt is a very safe area with some great eating spots nearby.
Recently renovation townhouse, new floors and painting etc. internet and reverse cycle aircon in every room. Great central location. Although off a main road, it is surprisingly quiet as I have recently installed soundproof windows in main living area and bedroom. There is a balcony running off both rooms and a nice courtyard area out the back
I'm independent, neat, reliable and like to keep to myself however I like talks and going for lunch, keeping healthy and exercising even though I do smoke cigarettes it is never a priority nor problem, I enjoy education and studying and do hope to have a part time job as soon as possible, I would have one already if I had a room I spend a lot of time with my boyfriend however we do like our space look forward to hearing from someone soon as I'm very eager :)
I am currently 19 years old and studying at uni. i work a lot of night shifts. I enjoy having quite weeks and just seeing my friends. When i am not working on weekends i enjoy having a few drinks with my friends.
I'm an easygoing person, looking for a nice place in Adelaide that I can call home for 3 months, while I complete an internship. I love my own space, but also enjoy company and a glas of wine to unwind after a long day. I like to be fairly active and spend my spare time exploring the great outdoors and will hopefully find some nice areas to hike not too far from the city. It would be nice to live with someone with a laid back attitude, who also knows how to replace the toilet paper once it runs out :)

I am a chilled out individual, working at Hewlett Packard Enterprises as a level 1 service desktop support agent. Im 25 years of age and still love to have fun. I like to have a drink every so often and love my food. I love to socialize but can function just fine alone. Looking for a housemate willing to share the load in chores but is as fkexible and chilled out as i am I have, however, zero tolerance to illicit drugs. One thing I will note is that, while I am ok to share it, I'm not too keen on garden maintenance.
Hi My name is Peter I am 58 years old, I am clean living, quiet. I don't smoke or drink. I love doing gardening work, being outdoors. I am looking to house share. I have reference from previous landlord. He is selling the property.
