I am Mone 21, just turned 21 basically, i spend most of my time working, like to see a few friends after work, but only mostly go to melb for parties and so on, I'm 100 into fashion so I'm always onto new clothes, and atm i am trying to get into modelling so i make myself available to shoots and a bit of acting and so on, i am not the best conversationalist but I'm pretty laid back, i enjoy a movie or two, but i get bored easily so always up for something new. I'm a bit ocd, but not over the top were i want everything shiny. I work full time as a brick cleaner atm since it pays good so bills shouldn't be an issue
Hi! I'm looking to find a share house in Ballarat! I'm a relaxed single mother of a boy turning six in April who visits his dad every second weekend. He's a great kid who sleeps well will be at school all day. I'm moving in to Ballarat from a while out so I can be closer to uni. I love to cook (and I'm happy to cook for the household) and consider myself to be quite clean and tidy. I'm open to the odd house party or games night, but I don't know many people in town and I'm happy to keep to myself. Finding somewhere with good internet is essential and would prefer somewhere with a yard. Pets are absolutely negotiable as I do love animals. I spend my evening time playing games or studying. Max $125 for rent and bills per room (I would require two) and would love to find someone who is in it for a couple of years.
You will have your own bathroom (shared with 4th house mate until they move out, and guests), with shared kitchen and living areas. Our house is located in a quiet, family-friendly neighbourhood, next door to Canadian Lakes. Walking tracks nearby. Mid vale shopping centre 1.8km away, including: A gym, supermarket, bank, post office and bakery. 🙂🌸

I am 21 years old, recent graduate with full time employment lined up at IBM. I start my new job on the 28th of January and will be working during the day. I tend to keep to myself most of the time but I do enjoy meeting new people and going out for food. I normally spend my time gaming, programming or watching TV series. I plan to go back to Melbourne whenever I can, especially on the weekends. I'm looking for a clean house with easy going people.
My girlfriend and I are looking to move places, closer to the main street where I have my business. So I am looking to have someone move in onto the lease. Have been living here for just over 2 years now. Current lease is finished, so it's just month by month, or you can sign a new lease agreement. Large master bedroom with en-suite is available, bathroom is a double vanity with large mirror and spa bath. Walk in wardrobe with mirror too. Would suit a couple. Lenient with the bond, I would like to store some things in the garage until I find space to move them. Bond would be 4 weeks rent in cash ($520) and I will sign over the full bond under the new tenants name ($1400). There are a few small things that need to be fixed in the house, but no where near the amount held in bond, only signing across to save the hassle of completely cleaning the house and having other tenants (sub-letting with approval from real estate) move out. Utilities are under my name, so will assist in moving those across and paying what's due so far (1 month into new quarter). Looking to have someone move in asap, there is a spare room to use while we transition and move out of the main bedroom. Weekly rent is $350. With the two others paying $120 each (including bills) and I cover the rest. So you can either keep the same or we can work something else out.
Love living here because it's in a nice quiet spot, with only the birdlife creating much noise. It's only a short drive to the cbd/supermarket and Western Freeway. There are two bus lines that run quite close, with the closest stop being about 500m away. The unit is 2 years old so is very easy to keep clean. We have a decent amount of storage in our single car garage. There is astroturf (fake grass) so almost no garden maintenance which is great. The room available nice and bright and a great size, it has built in wardrobes with full length mirrors. Bond is $413. Bills are not included in rent. We have central heating and a split system air con in the open plan living area. We are two students, 29 and 27, I’ve just recently moved into the house and am new to the area, Brooke enjoys catching up with friends, playing volleyball and going for walks. I love getting out and about on the weekends even though at the moment this isn’t happening due to a crazy uni schedule! I love cooking and just getting to know new people. We are both friendly and enjoy a good chat with our housemates but are out and about being quite social also. We are a non-smoking household. We are looking for someone in their 20's or 30's who has lived in a sharehouse before, is social, friendly and tidy. If you are interested to come and check it out/meet us, please send me a text or give me a call. We look forward to meeting you soon
This recently renovated 3 bedroom house is located a short drive to the CBD and universities. Within walking distance of a Laundromat, Corner store, Fish & Chip shop and a Bus stop. BIRs included in the previously unoccupied and recently carpeted bedroom. All new Fridge, Television, Washing and Cooking appliances included with Heating/Cooling in a fully insulated house. Internet is supplied.
Private north-facing bedroom at the back of a 3 bedroom house. Spacious and bright. Comfortably fits up to a queen size bed. Carpeted with double built in wardrobes and own bathroom next door. Central heating throughout. Big lovely undercover deck out the back. $150 rent per week includes bills. No internet included.
Situated at the edge of town by a forest, the area is idyllic. The house is large with a spacious front and back yard. The house is air conditioned and gas heated. The garage is capable of fitting two cars and the driveway can hold at least four. The lounge room, kitchen, laundry and dinning room are fully furnished. There is a separate study room available to whoever claims it first. University Students only
I am starting an acting course in Ballarat next year, looking to move there from Bendigo. I like reading, old movies, and being around good people. I'm not fussy about my accommodation: I don't need furnishings or anything fancy. Just something inexpensive.
I already have a listing on here. I am wearng a blue print top and have my hair in a plait. (Glitch) I am an editor, writer and administrator, and currently work virtually via the internet most of the time. I am interested in arts, books, basketball, hiking and travelling. I clean up after myself with special care in the bathroom and kitchen. I have relatives and friends locally but wouldn't mind making some more. I am quiet but don't mind conversation if that is what you want.
Hey guys, my name's Madi I am a 26 year old paramedic who is being relocated rural for work for approx the next 12 months so I am looking for a new sharehouse. My job is shift worker hours but I'm not pedantic about noise, I'm at a normal cleanliness level, I clean up after myself and when I'm not at work I spend most my time at the gym or binging on some netflix. Just as happy with my own time as socialising. Ideally would love to get a dog so pet friendly would be great but not necessary. Ta!
Hi, I'm a veterinarian about to move to Ballarat from Melbourne. I start my new job on the 7th of January and will be working during the day, mostly during the week but also one in four Saturdays. I'm very into my music and my food and love attending gigs and going out to eat. I also play the drums so a place with room to store my kit would be ideal. Also really enjoy cooking and so would prefer somewhere that has gas cooking and a dishwasher. I will clean up after myself and be respectful of others. I'm interested in making new friends and meeting new people. I plan to go back to Melbourne whenever I can, especially on the weekend. I'm wanting to move some time in the first couple of weeks in January.
Hi there, I am looking for a place to stay from Monday - Thursday night, for about 6 months. I'll be doing my intern 6 months at the Ballarat base hospital in this period. I am friendly and easy going, happy to engage in conversations but I do like to have my downtime :)
Hi, I am a Web Developer. In a few months time, I am planning to move to Ballarat for my higher studies in Federation University. I hope to find a good place to live in, which is affordable and near my uni. I am very easy going person. I like to keep my room tidy. Please let me know if you have a shared room for rent. :)
I’m a second year Physiotherapy student at ACU and am currently working as a bike builder in Melbourne. I am friendly, sociable and considerate of others. I enjoy the cooking and the great outdoors, particularly running, bike riding and surfing. I am respectful of others, and value having neat and tidy communal spaces. I am looking for a place to stay whilst I am at University this year.
I am currently studying at ACU, and looking for some laid back housemates to get me through my final year at uni. I would be keen to live with other uni students who know how to have a good time but are also prepared to knuckle down when it counts :) I have a 7-month-old puppy as well, who is the most lovable dog and very easy to manage.
This house is perfectly located - a quiet street five minutes from town, on the Fed Uni side of Ballarat and close to lots of shops including Woolworths. The room fits a queen bed, plus bedside tables, it has a built in robe three cupboards long and a bright window. The rent includes all bills, the house has Netflix, unlimited internet, heating, air conditioning and is completely furnished (aside from your bedroom). All you have to do is move your own bedroom furniture in and you're good to go!
Hey there my name is Ned. I am a legal professional who has recently acquired a full-time position in the Ballarat area. I’m clean/tidy, easy going, friendly and always up for a chat but of course respect your privacy and quiet/alone time and hope you would respect mine. I love hitting the gym when I can, but otherwise I work 8:30-5 everyday and will be spending most weekends with my family back in Melb. I'm currently commuting everyday from Melb, so hoping to find a place asap.
