Working full time, will be based in Newcastle for a total of 5 months (20 weeks) from mid April to early September, looking for a room in a quiet house (ideally no parties/pets/smokers). Will be away most weekends
A great room. Hardwood floors throughout. Large yard with verandas out the front and back with outdoor seating in multiple sections. Full kitchen with a dishwasher. The main bathroom has a bath and shower, I have an ensuite and another toilet is located next to the laundry. This property is within walking distance to Cardiff train station and shops. There is plenty of parking and heaps of storage. This house has gorgeous high ceilings and a high powered ceiling fan in your room. My 2 friendly Labradors offer plenty of cuddles if ever needed and will happily keep you company while you relax on one of the verandas with your computer or book? You will have access to all the essential white goods. Your room has large mirrored built-ins with drawers. The room is unfurnished though if you want furnished we can chat about options :) No racists or homofobes - life is too short for that crap :)

Hey I'm Lisa, Im a 24-year-old Childcare worker looking to find a place around Cameron Park, Fletcher, Glendale or Warners Bay. I'm super clean, cook well, love a glass or wine or bourbon and am a huge foodie. I enjoy going for walks, watching movies and spending time with family and friends at a nice cafe or shopping. I'm always up for a random adventure. Although I do have a 1-year-old cat named Mia who is super friendly and is really tiny for her age. Mia is bathed once a month to get rid of any dander on her fur which may cause allergies, she spends her days outside and comes in to sleep. I own a fridge, washing machine, lounge, microwave and out door setting as well as loads of other household items and my bedroom furniture. Please message me if you're interested in sharing a house. I really want a nice modern home that I can live in for a couple of years.

Hey, I am a 21 year old university student studying early childhood and primary education and working casually. I am a quiet but fun person, love being outdoors exploring but also love relaxing at home. I come from a country town in NSW and head home as often as possible. I am not a big party animal but love the occasional night out, bevies and snacks with mates. I love to cook (not the best but at least i try hah). If you would like to know anymore about me just send me a message :)
Easy-going people are really the only thing I care about. Other than that, I'm easy. I've graduated UNI, and am now looking to work full time in Newcastle. I'm a laid back guy, who's always down for a good time. Social, considerate, not really good at talking myself up. Non-smoker, I enjoy a good drink or twelve (when it's necessary, of course), and I have an affinity for dogs.
Hi future housemate, I am 33yrs old, single and currently working full-time for a Construction Company. I am very clean, reliable for paying rent and bills on time, I am easy to get along with and I hate drama in a household so communication is a big plus for me as I have been burnt in the past with house sharing. I do have a five month old puppy Bella who is toilet trained and she is a small dog (Maltese X Terrior) so I would prefer someone who is a dog lover. Feel free to ask me anything about myself. I look forward to hearing from you :)

Hi :) I'm looking for a room in a share house from late February or early march. This will be for 1 year+ I'm currently near the end of a gap year I gave myself for 2016, (such a strange year) I've relocated from Melbourne to Newcastle for a change, I'm born and raised in Melbourne. I'm easy going, clean, I'm respectful of overs, I enjoy socializing, I surf, rock climb, play guitar (I'm certainly considerate with regards to noise/music I make) and I love a laugh. Previous to 2016 I was renting an 2 bedroom apartment in the suburb of Malvern on my own, the property manager gave me an excellent review which I'll be happy to provide. I've been working as a labourer the last 4 or 5 months. I have plenty of savings which I'll happily screenshot for proof. I keep in touch with a previous house mate who can be a reference. I'm happy to answer any questions and genuinely happy to have a chat
