Looking for someone to live with as am currently looking to move and living on my own. I'm quiet and friendly and not into the party scene. I prefer a good book or movie than going to the pub or out on the town. I like to cook and make my own candles and jewellery as well as writing. I have a house worth of furniture including a couple of spare beds if needed. Tinkabelle is an indoor/outdoor cat who stays in of a night and on rainy days. She is litter trained and is very quiet. She is about 7-8 years old and very sooky and affectionate.

Hey hey all potential new roomies!! I am a 36yr old chick, who has played the share accommodation game before, so I am very familiar in how the whole thing rolls. I was renting my last place for nearly13 years, but it was 2 storey, & due to some health reason I unfortunately had to bid the house goodbye, & now looking to start the next chapter in a single level dwelling. I am looking to stay living around the Charlestown/ Warners Bay area's, but not further out than Warners Bay either. I would ideally like to find someone between the age of 30 & 40yrs of age to find a property & to co sign a lease with, I know this is probably a little discriminating to all those awesome people who fall outside this age bracket but I am just past the stage of where my house is a frat house every weekend, but I am not quite ready for bowls, bingo & the purple rinse brigade just yet either. I am fairly easy going, who loves a chat, & doesn't mind whipping up a feed & having a cheeky beer or vino. I am looking to move asap. So if all that sounds like I am someone you would potentially like to move in with, then flick us an email or give us a call. Thanks
Hey there, My name is Stephanie and I am a full time (mon-fri) Registered Nurse looking to find a room somewhere in the Newcastle area. I am a very chilled person with an outgoing nature but also like my alone time and can respect other people's personal space and privacy too. It would be great to make friends with my roomies, I have a great sense of humour. =D I am a non smoker, enjoy good company and would like to be part of friendly atmosphere. I like to keep clean and tidy and am willing to help with this is joint areas. I enjoy gaming, going out and having drinks with friends just as much as I like cooking and having a quiet night in. I have an indoor Burmese cat called Cleo who has a lovely nature, it would be great if she could come with me but doesn't have to (I can arrange for her to stay elsewhere). Also have own white goods and furniture but if not needed can put it in to storage. Swing us a text if you wanna meet up if you think I might be a suitable roomie. =)
Hey I'm Lisa, Im a 24-year-old Childcare worker looking to find a place around Cameron Park, Fletcher, Glendale or Warners Bay. I'm super clean, cook well, love a glass or wine or bourbon and am a huge foodie. I enjoy going for walks, watching movies and spending time with family and friends at a nice cafe or shopping. I'm always up for a random adventure. Although I do have a 1-year-old cat named Mia who is super friendly and is really tiny for her age. Mia is bathed once a month to get rid of any dander on her fur which may cause allergies, she spends her days outside and comes in to sleep. I own a fridge, washing machine, lounge, microwave and out door setting as well as loads of other household items and my bedroom furniture. Please message me if you're interested in sharing a house. I really want a nice modern home that I can live in for a couple of years.
I'm a second year Biomedical Science student at Newcastle University. I plan to study Medicine in the future with a goal of becoming a world renowned obstetrician (yes just like Addison Montgomery) and refuse to settle for anything less :) I spend way to much time studying and not enough time travelling. I keep to myself a lot, I rarely got to parties and don't drink other than socially at a gathering where even then I will only have one; although I come as a pair, but luckily you would barely notice I'm around until you saw me patting you cat or dog. I will make an effort to be social but do enjoy me time :D All I really want is to travel to the states at the start of 2017 and work my way to through L.A, San Francisco, Vegas, New York and Orlando.
I'm a 22 year old who works part time and is about to start study. My pup is a 7 year old female who doesn't lick, isnt destructive, and loves a good snooze. We're looking for a place that Evie (pup) is allowed inside as she's a sucker for company.

The home is centrally located in Newcastle with easy transport options to anywhere in the Newcastle area - bus-stop almost outside the door to uni or into Newcastle central etc, or a quick walk to Charlestown Square. Ceiling fans throughout. Kitchen: ready to go; fridge, stove/oven, microwave, built-in pantry, wood floor, cutlery, crockery and pots and pans. Im 20 years old and am an extremely social and friendly person, but I also enjoy keeping to myself at times. I am very clean and have to live in a tidy area. I'm looking to move in with females only. I am a very creative and artsy person, and I sing and play some acoustic guitar and piano so a room mate would have to be ok with that. I like to get out of the house a lot, and spend most of my time at the beach. Im also starting at Newcastle uni this feb. That's pretty much it!
Hi, we are Maria & Kasey. We are a happily married couple and moved to the area couple of years ago from rural NSW. We are looking for a place to share to help save money for our future. We are both quiet and relaxed and enjoy our space but would also love the odd drink or two and I also love to cook for other people:) I work full time Monday to Friday in an admin role, and Kasey is also working full time at club and works some days and some nights.
Hi. I'm Leesa. I've been renting by myself for 4 years now, but I'm looking for something different. I'm currently looking for work and in the meantime, do volunteer work. I would like to share a house with some flatmates that I can call friends and share common interests with. I'm honest, reliable, clean, respectful, a non-smoker and non-drinker. I enjoy listening to music, going out for coffee, going to the markets, movies and I love the beach. I have a cat, who is a short-haired domestic tortoiseshell, she has a beautiful nature and I'm looking for a place that enjoys her company as much as I do. I look forward to hearing from you.
I'm an easy going housemate who has been living in share houses for 15 years, Including one with 10 people, 3 animals, and at times, 3 children. I think if you can keep the peace there, you pretty much can anywhere :) I always treat my flatmates like family. Ie, equal parts helping each other out, but with total respect and not taking the piss. If its raining and i'm home, i'll bring in your washing. If I've got milk, and you need milk, you can have some. But at the same time, If you never clean, and eat all my food every day, that would suck. So I'll probably talk to you about it. I'm active and health conscious, so would like to live with other active people. But i wont judge you if you drink coke and eat maccas ether. I'm moving to Newcastle to study Occupational Therapy. Although i don't have a job yet (as i'm just finishing up my business in Sydney), Ive got plenty of money saved and have never been unemployed in my life, so I know i'll pick up work quickly. I will have no issue with paying rent. (I also am self employed as a energetic healer on the side) I love to meditate, swim, go to the live gigs, grow vegetables, cook, draw. I want to live with easy going people that would like to share a chat and a meal from time to time, but respect my need to study too.
