I'm dependable, trustworthy, a little quirky, and honest (although it might take a little while for me to fully open up to people). I'm a quiet person in general but I'm also friendly and will become more talkative and excitable once I've gotten used to the people I'm around. I'll admit in my personal spaces I can be a small bit messy but otherwise I consider myself to be clean and organised. I'm willing to negotiate and compromise and would rather talk problems out than argue. My hobbies include reading, watching Netflix and anime, and a whole lot of drawing and painting, as well as playing console, computer and tabletop games. Also, and I'm not entirely sure how relevant this is, but i really love Japanese culture and language and so i can read and speak beginner-intermediate Japanese. Well, that pretty much covers it without giving an entire life story, ahaha. Please consider me!

Hi there I run a Bricklaying/concreting company and work 6 day weeks, I'm at the gym most nights but I don't mind a social beer here or there. I always clean up around the house and especially after myself. I pay rent and bills on time every time. The only thing I need is a parking spot for a trailer and ute but other than that I'm all good to live with I think.
Im easy going , clean , and generally quite. I do have a pet lizard, i am a smoker but will never smoke indoors . I'm a traffic controller so that means casual based work, im also on newstart allowance (centrelink) Rent and bills always comes first in my books. Im also a father but my daughter lives with her mother .

Hey guys . First of all the location is great 2 min drive to the local train station and a 2 min drive to the Monash freeway . Very quite estate , all the rooms fit a queen bed and still have room to move around . House is only 4 year old so in good and healthy condition to live in. Bills will be split in the amount of people living in the house and internet is included in the rent . Pets not allowed. Must have a job .
You will be living in a brand new house in a quiet area in Officer, just a 2 minute drive from the Cardinia Road Princes Freeway entry ramp. The home is a 5 minute drive away from supermarkets, shops and the Officer train station. It is opposite a primary school so is in a very safe area with plenty of parkland! The school oval and play areas are on the other side of the road so there is a lot of open space. There is an extra living area in the home which would allow us to have our own space.

I have a little ginger cat who will follow you around constantly - sorry in advance. Remote lock up double garage is all yours to use. NBN available if required (25/5 mbps). Property also has an outdoor entertainment area and a pool (Kmart, $99, nothing special but gets the job done).
