Very quite estate , all the rooms fit a queen bed and still have room to move around . House is only 4 year old so in good and healthy condition to live in. Bills will be split in the amount of people living in the house and internet is included in the rent . Pets not allowed. Must have a job .

I work from home mostly and this sometimes requires my clients to come to me. Housemates would have to be okay with having clients in the house for recording sessions and meetings. This would happen during the day and if everyone works full time then it probably won't affect anyone anyway. I've never had an issue with previous housemates.
