Hi - my partner and myself are a quiet couple and we both work fulltime. One of us is working in healthcare and studying business and travel. The other is working as a production worker and studying construction. We tend to be quite busy with work and study. However, do enjoy to go out with friends when possible. We have a 1yo dog who is medium sized and quite settled also! We are social, fun people and enjoy making new friendships! We currently are renting in Mount Barker and as of June we are open to do anything! :)
I'm 21 years old and deferred from uni, working two jobs and looking for somewhere new to call home. I am an avid tea (and red wine) drinker, so if you allow me into your home you will always have an abundant collection tea (and wine) to choose from. When I'm not working I like to spend my time watching movies or cooking yummy food. I like the occasional night out but am definitely more of a homebody these days. I like live music, plants, winter, fireplaces and having a good laugh.
Situated in the beautiful town of Aldgate in the Adelaide Hills. Short walk to transport, close to schools and cafes. Cute cottage with large bedroom with in-built robe, big windows throughout look out to leafy surrounds. There is a beautiful yard which has been lovingly maintained, we would appreciate if you were interested in general maintenance. New bathroom, deck for entertaining, large main bedroom and living areas. Undercover parking and lots of storage spaces. Pets negotiable as there is new carpet throughout. Please get in touch to organise a viewing. No time wasters please. This place would suit a couple or single person looking for a quiet, safe and beautiful area to live in. Also suitable for parent/s with young children.
I am looking for somewhere where the bedroom is unfurnished. I am happy to put my other furniture in storage if you have stuff already. Whilst I would prefer a place on my own this is not a viable option for me at the moment. I would like 1-2 housemates ideally. I have lived with both male and female housemates, unfortunately towards the end they all became disrespectful and selfish so I have no choice but to leave. I'm a great housemate, I'm tidy, im funny, im friendly, introverted and extroverted. I'm educated but not in a snobby way, I like to read, I like my sports, I like watching movies and have an occasional reality TV binge (don't judge me on that). I can cook but not a Masterchef level or anything, just basic level. I like to get to the beach in summer and curl up in bed or on the couch with a blanket in winter. I like to get out to markets and catch-ups with friends, or go to some shows or watch some bands when they are around. I like to go for walks and I love to visit my family and friends and hope that any family or friends are welcome at my new home with my new housemates. I work full-time monday to friday as an office administrator for a GPS Fleet Tracking company in Thebarton. I'm not sure what else to write here, so if you have questions just ask. Also my moving date is actually a little later than what is suggested in my ad but that's only because it wouldn't let me post the ad without an earlier date. So if you want to know when I am available just ask.
Hi, I'm a cheerful, friendly, respectful guy, divorced with grown kids. I believe in sharing, accepting others' differences and doing my part, and I get on fine with all ages. I'm clean, quiet and responsible. I'm an environmental management consultant. I'm currently working in Malaysia but I'll be back in Adelaide from 1st June.
I am a 19 year old student, currently working part time in hospitality. I am a very social person who would be down for hanging out with flat mates and cooking, however also love alone time. I am also very tidy!
I'm 22 and from Adelaide. I'm responsible, clean, work hard and love to have a glass of wine every now and then. I love the being at the beach but the peacefulness of the hills is pure bliss. I'm currently a bartender/ barista and working casual hours. I'm looking at starting studies aswell in the near future. I love hip hop...from WU TANG to hilltop hoods.
I am a happy, outgoing entrepreneur who loves playing guitar, dancing, playing tennis, meditating, healthy eating and living, doing random acts of kindness, finding reasons to laugh hysterically and better yet inspire laughter in others! I love being present to the incredible beauty and possibility in every new moment! and being around others that share that love.
Hi, I recently moved here from Tassie, looking for a room to rent preferably suburbs, east of Adelaide/Adelaide. I just graduated a Bachelor of contemporary Art. And moved to the mainland to record music as I am a singer/songwriter. Im very adaptable, easy to get along with and respectful. Let me know if you have the hook up! :)
I am looking to renew my lease of this house in June but require a new flatmate as my current one will be moving closer to work. The house is neat and easy to live in, has a big backyard and a pool. There is a great decked area with cover and makes for perfect summer evenings. It's a block off the main street which makes for a lovely morning stroll for a coffee. There is one bigger room available but a 3rd small room could be added for personal use i.e. an office. It is currently a guest bedroom. The house will be partially furnished, I have most of the basics - you will need your own for the bedroom. Reversed cycle heating/cooling and internet are in the house. Bills are additional to rent. There will be a security bond required on renewal of lease.
Just a nice person, respectful, enjoy a laugh and looking to find somewhere to call home :) I have a beautiful Samoyed x Husky who is super trained and is quiet and keeps to himself
I have just moved to Adelaide from Alice Springs this week. I am a qualified butcher and am currently looking for work. I am a quiet person and don't mind the occasional beer after a hard days work.
The house has 3 big bedrooms with 3 big living areas and kitchen. 1 huge bathroom and 2 toilet. You will feel very spacious and relax. FOXTEL/Netflix/fast internet available. Fresh organic fruits and herbs in the big backyard. The house located in the cul de sac, facing creek setting reserve and views of the city. Very secure and safe place. Having excellent neighbors. No smoking house. House to be kept clean and tidy. Friends are welcomed to visit but no "sleepovers" in respect of other flatmates. A full size grand piano for music lovers. Access to the family beach house is a bonus!
Very well organised quiet home. Perfect for professional or student. Attached to Mount Osmond National park. Lots of walking and hiking trails to explore. Wake up to a spectacular 180 degrees view of coast line and City. Best sunsets from room and balcony. Fully furnished home, equipped kitchen and laundry, your own private bathroom shower and bathtub. Home has all the amenities including a TV in your room, just turn up with a suitcase and your done! Close to Cross Rd freeway, Close to Uni SA Magill and Burnside Village. 5 min walk to bus stop Top of Dashwood rd route 147 to city. Awesome Flatmate!
It's super close to the city, Magill UniSA, Norwood & many other shops! You'll have a view of the city from your bedroom, plus an area for outdoor entertaining. Both heating & cooling throughout the house! Must like dogs :)
- You will be sharing it only with one more person; - Just 100m from the bus stop; - Just one block from the foodland, restaurants, banks; - 6km from the city; - 4km from the beautiful Morialta Conservation Park.
I'm very sociable but if you need space, I'm the sort of person that understands that and gives that to said person. I'm kinda in and out the house a lot, so what I necessarily need is a base camp from which I can do things. Also I'd love to sharehouse because I just wanna make new friends and have fun new life experiences! I go out for fun, watch Netflix with potato chips - I'm a relatively zen person. Open minded. The world is my oyster.
I'm an easy going individual who genuinely enjoy meeting new people. I believe in balance and do enjoy quiet times as well. I'm easy to please and find things to appreciate in simple things. I'm currently an international student at UniSA and have been in Adelaide for 3 months
