Hi! My name's Emily and I have just moved to Perth from South West WA. I’m still looking for full time work but I have a casual job and I can afford up to $180 per week. I've been temporarily living with family since my move and would love to move into a permanent home as soon as possible. I'd love to find a clean, safe and happy share house or team up with some other like minded people in their twenties or thirties to find a new home to rent together. I’m looking for something stable and permanent, I’d prefer my own bathroom, air con would be great, and as I have a car I would need a parking spot. I love to laugh, chat, listen to music, cook, watch movies and TV shows, play video games and board games (I've got a Nintendo 64 so how could you not want me as your new roomie?) and I'm more than happy to do all those things with my room mates but I also really enjoy my alone time. I'm a considerate, funny, friendly person and cleanliness and taking pride in my home is very important to me. I'm conscious of security, energy/water consumption and into recycling. I don't want to live in a party house, but happy to have friends/family/partner over. I love cats and dogs but don't have any of my own, so I hope you do! Also sexism, racism and homophobia really bums me out so I'd like to not live with people like that. So if any or all of this sounds good to you please shoot me a message so we can chat, meet up and hopefully like each other enough to want to live together! Cheers, Emily.
Yo! My names Cam, I'm 25 and only moved to Perth last year from country Vic. I work fulltime (and then some), based in Carlisle as a field service technician, fixing appliances for the likes of Samsung and LG all across Perth. Looking to move closer to work as I'm spending 8-10 hours a week driving to and from work. I'm pretty laid back, enjoy a beer or 2 after work some nights and am always keen to head down to the casino for a few beers on the weekend! Looking for housemates that will be more than just people I live with as I don't really have that much of a social life. Looking to find somewhere in the next month or 2, furnished or unfurnished, but will require 2 parking spaces as I will have my 4x4 and the work van at home. Feel free to message me if you have somewhere suitable!
Clean, tidy and respectful of personal space. Value living in an organised and clean and tidy house, currently studying at Curtin Uni so I spend most of my time at uni / local library or in my room studying :( Night times I head to the gym and I also work part time as a barista. Keen to be social however uni does come first. I usually food prep twice a week so would appreciate some space in the fridge for my food... or room for my own fridge :) Rarely eat meat and eat predominately vegan diet (student life) - dont care how or what you eat, but I am quite healthy. non smoker, rare drinker.... who also rarely says no to a drop... Young at heart, don't act or look my age! YAY haha I’m interested in moving into an established household and not interested in student housing, additionally I am only interested in the suburbs I have listed on my profile, so please only contact me directly if you are offering a room in one of these locations. Thanks! If you think I would make a great fit to your abode, get in touch :)
Hi, I feel I am considerate to other home users, and responsible. like to have worldly discussion at time. mindful of other's in regards to their privacy and place within the household. prefer to keeping the place we live in clean and tidy. I owned my own home in Belmont, then sold it when I retired, then move to Thailand where I purchased my condominium near the beach. When in Perth I like to have a flutter at the casino, and watch AFL. I enjoy the company of dogs and cats, as i had a dog for 16 yrs in Belmont. drink in moderation generally 2-3 scotch and cokes prior to evening meal. if it was possible would welcome a car to rent from the house users on a pay per use basis, if that was possible, as the alternative is public transport. (not required every day). thanks for taking the time to read my short history. Hope that some one can find room in the home, to allow me to share with them whilst I'm back in my home state. This will allow me time to take care of some personal matter of which i have over look for some period of time, hens the reason for my return. Kind Regards Chris
A working IT Professional with a computer engineering degree and would like to stay in a peaceful , quiet place, mind my own business type but love occasional hang out or friendly talk with the housemates, love sports such as cricket, easy to get along with any gender any race any religion
I am looking for someone to share my 4x2 house in Carlisle. The house is fully furnished with all modern appliances and trendy furniture. There is a big kitchen so it will suit someone who enjoys cooking. For entertainment there is a large sunken open plan living area and a great alfresco area. You will share the house with myself, HR professional in my 30s. I work in the city and travel with work from time to time. I like to keep the house neat and tidy. I enjoy relaxing at home with a glass of wine and also like going out for dinner and drinks. The location of the house is great. It's only 9 kms from the city. Oats street station is only 8 minute walk from the house and 12 minutes on the train into the city. It is also convenient to catch Bus 39, 5 minute walk to take you into the city. I have two indoor Ragdoll cats who are very friendly and adorable. The house will suit someone who likes cats and don't mind having them around. The double room on offer is fully furnished. It comes with a queen bed, two bedside tables and sliding wardrobes. There is a double garage for another car. The room is available now. This is a single room, no couples please. It's $230 per week plus bills. Look forward to hearing from you. Thanks Olive
I work most days, or am out with friends. I like to socialise with people, but also like time to myself. I'm very self sufficient and make sure to clean and tidy up after myself. I have a very cute cat.
Hello potential room mate/s :) Ive moved here from brisbane in december 2016. Im a very fit and active person, I am currently prepping for a bodybuilding show in May so my days/ weeks are very regimented. I get tired easily but still like to interact and make everyone feel like they can talk to me 😂 I love animals but dont have any - So its a win-win for me if you do. I dont smoke and I rarely drink but i do like to be social and go out - Im a good cook and if youre too lazy to cook dinner one night, i'll be happy to make us something. My weekends are usually spent cooking meals for my next week, catching up with friends and exploring what this great city has to offer. Over the last 8 years of renting I have lived with mainly females too, so maybe that shows I'm a very clean and tidy person if all females can handle me.. I do drive, so parking would be a preference but not a necessity as perth has lots of street parking. I work Monday to Friday in the city.. I know boring office job, but I am also an online fitness coach so it’s a win for you if you are looking to improve your fitness and nutrition. I think I have covered everything about me, only thing to do is meet me in person and see for yourself if you like me - Im also looking for anywhere between 6-12 months, maybe less but as i've moved here from brisbane. i'm trying to find a place where I can start to build myself and not have to move around a lot.
Currently studying at Curtin University full-time, working part-time at Perth Airport. Looking for accommodation for the remainder of my studies! Any queries please do not hesitate to contact me Jon
For starters I'm interstate at the moment until May - June and are keen to communicate with anyone who is looking for someone like me.....Please read on. I pride myself on my triple "C" motto. Meaning I'm a Clean, Courteous and Considerate person/flatmate, who is responsible and respectful with references to back it up. I work in the building/mining industry. I am social but also like my own space. I enjoy chilling with good music, taking in some sport, sampling craft beers and hitting the beach whenever possible. I am searching for a drama/drug free residence with friendly people who are also clean and tidy. I will require a furnished bedroom. To have my own bathroom would be preferable but not essential. And if it's not asking to much, a secure garage space in which to store some personal items and for a car in the near future would be great. So please don't hesitate to contact me if I meet your flatmate requirements and or if you wish to know more about me. Thanks.....Andrew.
I am a friendly easygoing person. I enjoy gaming, going to the movies and hanging out with my friends. I grew up in the country and come from a good family. The house I'm living in at the moment will be undergoing renovations, that is why I'm looking for somewhere else to live.
