I am moving to Perth next year as I play footy for East Perth Colts. I am hoping to do a course at tafe while I'm up there trying it out for the year and get a part time job as well. I am easygoing, can be quiet but enjoy doing stuff with friends. I don't smoke, I do enjoy a quiet drink but am not a regular heavy drinker. I love sport - football, basketball, cricket, motorbikes, running. I am willing to do my bit around the house and can keep things tidy. The reason I have put my girlfriend on as well is that wherever I end up, I need her to be able to come and stay some weekends - when she's free to come. Most of the time it would be just me though.

I do not work regular 'office' hours (often weekends / evenings). Drink alcohol infrequently and in extreme moderation. Well behaved socially but enjoy own company as I work with the public. Security conscious and handy around the home if required. I know how to use a vacuum cleaner and clean a toilet. Garden and pet friendly. Ideal situation for home owner with spare room. Full Police check and references. Suit older person (35+). Scooter owner. No car, no pets, no children. Straight shooter - good communication important.
Hi! I've been living in Bridgetown for the past year and a half and have recently accepted a job in Perth that begins in January, so I'm looking for a happy, clean, friendly home to move into before Christmas. I love to laugh, chat, listen to music, watch movies and TV shows, play video games and board games (I've got a N64 so how could you not want me as your new roomie?) but I also really love my alone time too. Looking for room mates with similar interests because I think being friends with the people you live with makes for a happy home. I'm a tidy, considerate, funny and friendly person but I can be pretty particular about things being clean and fly-wire doors staying closed because I'm terrified of bugs, especially cockroaches! I love cats and dogs but don't have any of my own, so I hope you do! Also sexism, racism and homophobia really bums me out so I don't want to live with people like that. Cheers, Emily.
Fun loving and outgoing Professional British expat, new to Aus. Home should be just that...home! Should be where you can kick back and relax. I am a tidy person and prefer if house sharing if fellow flatmates are the similarly inclined.... Working full time Mon-Fri, enjoy's travel and get out and about when free! Hey I'm Tom, I'm a friendly young guy who works full-time for the state government. Looking to move closer to Ashfield to shorten my daily commute. Please only reply about properties within the suburbs I have listed. Thanks
I want to apply for a house in Rivervale (6ks from CBD) I am looking for 1 housemate who is wiling to pay approx $180 in rent. It would be just two people sharing the house - 1 bathroom each. I am 24, Clean/tidy but easy going. I am sociable I don’t mind having some drinks but I also respect personal space. I have lived out of home for some time, so I am understanding and respectful of the housemates I live with. I work 6 days a week, go to the gym most weekdays, so I am out of the house a bit. I have a small housetrained cat. I would like to rent a new lease – I am looking for a housemate to move in with me. I have a fridge, basic furniture like a table, coffee table etc. Come live with me 😊
I'm a healthy latina woman that enjoys walking my dog at the beach, don't drink, don't smoke and don't eat meat. I'm respectful and tidy 😊
***Floating around Europe atm will be back in Perth from the 12th of JANUARY*** I'm 30 year old free spirited, adventurer. I'm chilled, happy and love to have a laugh. Not really a huge partier. I enjoy weekend trips exploring WA. I live a fit and healthy life style, work full time in Canning vale. While I appreciate we all want our space. I don't want to feel as if i'm living in a house with strangers. If that makes sense. So if you're sociable and enjoy sharing a meal every now and then. Hit me up
Friendly, easy to get alone with, respectfully tidy 36yr old single male.i work full time ass a welder.
Hi Everyone.....For starters please let me tell you a little about myself. I pride myself on my triple "C" motto. Meaning I'm a Clean, Courteous and Considerate person/flatmate, who is responsible and respectful with references to back it up. I work in the building/mining industry. I am social but also like my own space. I enjoy chilling with good music, taking in some sport, sampling craft beers and hitting the beach whenever possible. I am searching for a drama/drug free residence with friendly people who are also clean and tidy. I will require a furnished bedroom. To have my own bathroom would be preferable but not essential. And if it's not asking to much, a secure garage space in which to store some personal items and for a car in the near future would be great. So please don't hesitate to contact me if I meet your flatmate requirements and or if you wish to know more about me. Thanks.....Andrew.
I'm easy going, social but also like my privacy. I clean up after myself, and like a tidy and clean house to live in. I'm a student, and work part-time. As I don't have a car yet, I will depend on public transport. Because of that, I'm looking for a place that is walking distance from a train station!! MUST be a private room. Budget might be a bit higher if its a room with a private or ensuite bathroom.
