I don't have any pets and I'm a non-smoker, though neither bother me. I love to bake a lot, so I end up having to give out excess cupcakes, as well as read and scroll through my Stan account. I like a glass of wine or a beer on the weekend, but I'm not a big party person, especially in my own house. I would prefer an unfurnished room, and don't need my own bathroom. I would also need space for my car.
The house is directly opposite a large park with cricket facilities. The house is within 5 km from the city with easy access to the freeway and Curtin university. The bus stop is about 150m away and will take you were you need. The house is also located within walking distance from the Victoria park strip which is great for eating out, heading to the gym or to one of the pubs.
