Hi Everyone Me and my partner Rhys have been lucky enough to secure this beautiful property in Camira for a 12 month lease with a possibility to extend at 12 months. We are looking for 2 others to share the property with us. We will be moving in on 28 December. The house comes unfurnished, it is currently set up as a 5 bedroom with two living areas but we are flexible with the space as long as one room is kept as a spare for visitors etc. We will be furnishing the shared rooms as we go so you will need to furnish your own room. There is a pool and 1.2 acres of land to enjoy sunny days in, a massive deck with a plumbed in BBQ, inground swimming pool with its own pool deck, fully fenced with gated access, double car port and plenty of off street parking. It is a short walk to the bus stop and a short drive or cycle to the train station and shops. The express train takes 30 minutes to the CBD.

I’m also a tafe student (study 2 days a week), Needs to be allowed animals as I have a small dog.
