Situated in a very good neighbourhood in Hillvue with wonderful views over the Liverpool ranges, this home is conveniently situated in a quiet street but close to all amenities. This fully furnished house suits a single employed person looking for a very comfortable standard of accommodation. The whole house (including bedrooms) has air conditioning, with additional fans in the bedroom. In winter you will can enjoy instant underfloor gas heating (again in all rooms) or snuggle in front of a lovely fireplace. There are two lounge areas, formal dining area, informal dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen including water filter, outside BBQ and leafy entertainment area. If cooking is your thing, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a large variety of appliances. A room is available with queen sized bed, built-in wardrobes, side table, and overhead bed reading light. The bathroom is a 3-way bathroom shared with one other person, and there are a total of three people living in the house. Utilities are $30 per week (internet, gas, electricity, water, netflix). We share the cost of occasional items (eg dishwashing detergent, paper towels, etc) and share light cleaning duties to keep the house nice. We are always up for a chat, but respect your privacy too.
