I am currently finishing up in the ski season down in Victoria. I am moving up to the Newcastle area for a new job and I currently don't have anywhere to stay. Ideally I would like to start with a month and see how it goes after that. I would prefer Port Stephens/ Nelson bay area, however anywhere in Newcastle will also be ok. I will start driving up on Sunday and get there on Tuesday. Ideally no more than $220 a week for rent. I will be working full time in a Reservations role. I'm not too sure about the hours yet but I think it will be day time work. I am quiet and friendly, always up for a chat. Ideally a place where there aren't too many late night parties would be great.
I am currently studying full time and working part time seeking share accomodation in the Port Stephens area. I am clean, tidy and easy to live with. I am good with finances and generally keep to myself but enjoy good company, music and the beach.
A house 5 minutes from the beach and shops with air con and a huge backyard (decked out with a fire pit and BBQ). TV has Netflix set up as well as a Wii and xBox. Modern kitchen with loads of bench space.
Very easy going. Happy to talk if you are up for a chat and also know when people need space. Every 3rd or 4th weekend I will be travelling back to Adelaide to see my kids. Other than that, enjoy a beer or two at the local to wind down. Any questions, please ask
This unit is located near the beach, and provides a balcony to take in the view. It is a small 2 bedroom unit, so a friendly/easy talking roommate would be ideal. The best way to persuade you is for you to have a look for yourself. So let me know if you're interested
So - a bit about me. I'm living in Sydney at the moment, having returned from some time overseas just under 2 years ago. I'm a mature, single female, I'm easy going and respectful of other's privacy and have great rental and professional/personal references. I am an Australian Citizen of UK birth. I am sociable, happy to share a glass of wine, and the occasional meal, but I'm not looking for a party house. If I do share (I'm also looking for a granny flat style accommodation) then I prefer to only share with one or two others at the most. I love living near nature, so a city house is not what I'm looking for. I have two very well behaved pets - a cat called Kitwe (who is a very lazy neutered boy, sleeping most of the day and night away) and a beautiful (small) border collie called Mr Finn. Both are rescues and I actually brought Mr Finn back with me from South Africa (my cat is Australian and went with me to SA and came home again). They are both neutered and I keep them well groomed and clean. I walk my dog for 2 hours a day so he is a relaxed dog and causes no problems. As you can tell I am very fond of my pets and take great care of them. They are clean, house-trained and my rental references for the last 7 years are for properties where they both lived with me.
Cosy two bedroom home Very close to gym club and bus route. There is a verandah for watching the world go or cooking a barbeque. The backyard is leafy and has a nice garden. its a good place to relax or if you have a green thumb you are welcome to do a spot of gardening. The room is furnished with QS bed bedside tables and wardrobe. there is an air conditioner in the lounge room and a good sized TV. out in the man cave there is a bench if you have a hobby. This room would suit someone wo loves a tranquil place to reside rather than the party person.
Im a 26 year old male personal trainer I keep to myself and keep thing clean Im moving to newcastle to start a new job so looking in and around that area I dont mind have a quiet drink or to just chill I love going to the gym so the 3 places you would find me would be work gym or bedroom im easy to get along with and just a happy go lucky guy
Hello!! My name is Jess and myself and my cat Gizmo are needing a place to call home. Sadly my house has been sold and poor Gizmo and I have to pack up and leave our wonderful home. We have give or take 6 weeks to find a new home. :( We are looking for a friendly environment with 1-3 housemates around my age. Unfortunately I can't drive so I need to stay fairly close to work or at least close to a train station. Hoping to find something no more than $180 a week, preferably with bills included. I am a 25 year old woman who works casual at The Hub, Waratah. Even though I'm only casual, I work three to five days a week. I am a very bubbly person who loves to have a good chat and socialise but is also respectful of privacy and sometimes needs her own. I take pride in living in a clean environment and am always cleaning up after myself. I also have all of my own bedroom furniture. When I'm not working, you'll find me cooped up in bed reading a good book or watching TV shows, or going out and about. I love movies and love going the the movies. Gizmo is my 10 month old cat. He is very well behaved and quite social. He loves attention. Gizmo is an indoor/outdoor cat who has been neutered, is toilet trained and microchiped. Sadly, I cannot part with him. If you have anything accommodating to mine and Gizmo's needs, or would like to know more information, please feel free to shoot us a message. (:
I have a room available in large 5 bedroom house but 2 rooms are kept as spares. Large living areas, ducted aircon/heating, NBN and inground pool. We are after someone who is clean, tidy and easy to get along with. All bills are covered with a small additional cost for lawn mowing/cleaning.
Hey Guys, I have recently rented out my apartment and am living in a share house although its a bit out of the the way. Just looking for something closer to town. Pretty easy going altbough not looking for a party house.
I'm an easy going old 21 yr old guy doing engineering at uon while working part time in hospitality. I'm tidy, easy to get along with and don't drink often( when I do it's not at home). I also don't smoke.
Hello, I'm a university student about to graduate from a Bachelor of Arts at the University of Newcastle, and commencing honours next year. I work at the university as well. I enjoy being friends with my housemates, but I also really enjoy time on my own. I go to small gigs every now and then, and dabble in some exercise. I spend the bulk of my time out of the house during the week, and I'm home a little more on the weekend, but certainly during the uni semester, I'm always working. I don't mind a beer or two at the pub, or playing racquet ball at bar beach. I also eat vegan, but I'm not fussed on other people's eating habits
I am mature and have had lots of experience living with people. I am currently living in northern NSW and am moving down to Newcastle area to be with my friends. I cook, clean and quiet and very independent but don't get me wrong I can be very social if I need to be. I am currently smoking but that's because of where I am and my situation but in a non smoker place I don't smoke so I am flexible about that part. I don't have anything so I need a furnished place with Internet to keep me happy. Cos I grew up in qld I am laid back and love the beach. If you have any questions ask me cos I am an open book.
