For rent is the huge master bedroom with ensuite and walk in robe. The room has a lockable exterior door and a lockable interior door. It has security screens on all windows. The room can be furnished or unfurnished and for some extra rent you can have your own dedicated loungeroom as well. The house has a pool, a well equipped gym, an acre of bushy tropical gardens and is located in a quiet bushy estate just minutes from shops. You will share the kitchen and laundry. If you want more dedicated space, you could also have your own lounge and dining area for a negotiated extra rent. There is some room for storage in the shed and gym and garage.
