Hi Guys, My name is Tom and I am looking for some accommodation. Very easy going, tidy, and organized...currently I am working full time and also studying Nutritional Medicine. I like to keep busy and enjoy my free time at the beach, socializing with friends or training :)
Hey I'm Sav! I'm a 31 year old teacher who is moving up to the Sunshine Coast from Melbourne after scoring an amazing job. I enjoy long walks on the beach with my dog, music, singing in a band and hopefully soon surfing. I am looking to start a share house with one other person preferably a male between 27-40 and a non-smoker. I would like a share house 3-4 bedrooms with a big yard and within a 10 minute walk to the beach. I will be selling everything before I come to Queensland so be starting completely from scratch. I will be visiting the sunny coast on dec 13th and would happily meet up with potential housemates for viewings before I move up too. Happy hunting !
i'm friendly, easy to get along with im usually working all day so i'm not home too much, just finished school need somewhere to live and i am reliable! i've worked in hastings street 3 times and currently. Looking for a female room mate who is reliable and easy to get along with, i also love animals :) would preferrably like to rent an apartment, or flat with someone rather than rent a room, but happy with whatever
We have a room for rent in Sunrise Beach and are looking for a reliable male to join our household in a modern 4 bedroom house. The room can be furnished or unfurnished, and is on the lower level of the house, with own modern bathroom and a seperate lounge. The lounge extends out to the pool and there is undercover space to sit and relax. We have a dog, so you must love animals, and be willing to walk him as part of our household - he needs a walk twice a day and loves going to the beach. The room is airconditioned and has easy access, however, we all share the front door entrance to the house. Our home is approx 500m from the beach, a very casual 10 minute walk - and easy access for surfers and swimmers. There is a bus at the end of the street to both the Noosa Junction and Central Noosa. We do have space for a car if needed and secure storage for a bicycle or scooter in the garage. We have an inground saltwater pool surrounded by lawns and is very private for those who like to sunbake. Incldued in the rental is Wi-fi, Netflix, electricity, gas and we have a cleaner, gardener and pool cleaner. There is a seperate fridge if you want to store your own food and a bar fridge as well, with a coffee machine in the shared bar area downstairs. We are looking for a male only, no couples. We are a gay couple, so you need to be cool with that. We own our own businesses and are often out of the house, so we expect someone who is honest, loyal and keen to make this space their home. We do host dinners and occasional parties at the house, and the room can be furnished with either a single or double bed, depending on your needs. There are no wardrobes in the room but we can arrange for storage should you need it. You need to provide references to us as well as a facebook link please - we need to know a bit about you before we make a decision. Rent is $275 per week, paid in advance, plus 2 weeks rent ($550) as bond. **Please note the image is location (our street) rather than actual property
VERY tolerant and conscious of others wishes and needs. I grew up in Noosa and have just done an 11 year stint in Gladstone as an advertising/search consultant. I say retired but I've tried that before and I find I yearn to be ultra busy within a few months - time will tell. I'm considered good fun and helpful.
We both work full time, we are non smoker, we don't party, but we like to share a glass of wine and a good meal. We love outdoor activities, mainly swimming, surfing, bushwalking, climbing, running. We are looking to share a place with someone who is sharing the same interests.
I'm Alex, Chef, working in Noosa area, permanent resident of Australia. I have a past in the army so I'm clean, tidy and respectful. I love to workout at the gym or park and go running. I'm also learning to play guitar.
Hello, I'm a Colombian girl, I have been living in Brisbane for 4 years, and I'm starting in a new job in Noosa as an architect, my move in date would be the 13th February, and need a place to stay for the next 2 years hopefully, although wouldn't mind to find something shorter while I can locate myself properly once I'm there. My job is going to be only 4 days a week, so the rest of the days I want to dedicate time to my painting (So I need some space to set up my easel). I also would be going to immerse in nature in my spare time, and some weekends going back to Brisbane to visit friends. I also have a 1y/o white domestic cat named Florentina, she is very friendly, litter trained, and she loves to be outside in cat adventures, and then come home to snuggle and sleep. I'm hoping to find a place which is chilled, I'm tidy and respectful, friendly but not extra enthusiastic, I enjoy privacy, as well as hanging out. All with measure. and expect something similar. Send me a message if you think this sounds good. Thank you! ;)
Hi future room mate, I'm moving up to the Sunshine Coast from Brisbane because I've always wanted to move to my favourite Holiday spot. I will be moving with my best mate (my Australian Shepherd, Chloe) and am looking for a place with a yard and someone who likes dogs. I imagine myself working, spending a lot of time at the beach, buying a hammock, reading, installing a wind chime and maybe even becoming a shade slightly darker than the pasty look I'm currently rocking. Let me know if you are interested in finding a place together!
I HAVE a CAT. My name is Nancie. I am 28, clean and tidy. I am a personal trainer, and previously a primary school teacher, and currently also an online body recomposition coach And have secured work in Noosa. I have a black cat, it acts like a dog. Very into health and fitness, cooking food and beaching. To move any time in December is good with me.
Irish, loving the Aussie outdoor lifestyle, just been granted my sponsorship visa so here to stay and hopefully make the Noosa area home. I'm working full time in hospo, generally work 4/5 nights a week and one all day. I'm clean quiet fella who enjoys the beach and the odd social night out. Pet friendly
I work full-time as a paralegal and also work a few night shifts (or weekend shifts) at a restaurant in Sunshine Beach (not late nights). I'm clean and hygienic, easygoing, happy, love the beach and baking sweet treats ;)
I’m very easy going so I’m extremely easy to get along with! I work full time hours, go to gym and keep myself very busy. I’m a tidy person and won’t get in your personal space at home but definitely want to get along real well :) I enjoy going to the beach with friends and a few drinks on the weekend and all that. But I also loveeeee my coffee and going out for coffee and reading book is me time that I love to death. I really want to move out and be in a share house, but as my friends aren’t ready with the money side here I am!
I am a super easy going person. Between my roster and family my schedule is generally full so I love to chill in my spare time. I love everything about food from sourcing to sharing. I currently work and live in Noosa Heads and am looking for a 6 month stay before my journey to South America mid next year. Pretty open person so any quires just holla.
Hey guys, My names Joss I’m a 23 year old guy from the south coast of England, I’m here on a working holiday visa. I’ve been doing a little bit of travelling around Australia for the past 2 and a bit months but now looking at settling down for around 5-6 months. I’m a keen surfer (although not very good) and outdoorsman hence noosa being the place I want to live! I’m looking to find a place to call my own asap, and I’m currently looking for a job and have already had some positive responses. Also I can pay forward 1 or 2 or 3 months rent if needs be whilst I’m looking. I’d love to come and have a look at the place soon, as I’m ready to set up my living and work routine. Cheers guys, hope to hear back soon. Joss
I'm 24 years old. I was born in Australia, but left when I was 10. Since then I've lived mainly in the UK, with a couple of years in Canada. I just finished my Masters and I'm taking a year off before I start my graduate job back in the UK. I consider myself a very clean person, I read quite a lot, I'm very active and enjoy numerous sports. I spend most of my time out of the house, but if others are around and would like to hang out and chat I'm always interested. I'm respectful of others and their belongings. I'll be in Noosa for at least 3 months.
Really easy to get along with. Just moved over from Perth. Nessie my westie is house trained, adorable, loving and doesn’t shed fur. We are looking for a nice home preferably with an enclosed back yard. I have been running my own business in Perth and have come to The Noosa area as it’s always felt like home. I grew up being close to water and outdoors, so keep active. I’m VERY house proud, have my own business and just want somewhere where I feel comfortable for both myself and Nessie. I can provide great references if needed.
Hi this is Olive and i'm from Korea. I am working in the hospitality industry and always busy working, but at the same time i enjoy my days off doing studying or exercising or sometime just chilling on the beach. I am living around Mooloolaba area at the moment, but got a job in Noosa recently so has to move up there for the convenience of commuting to work. I am a easy going, mature, clean person who is more than welcome to have a chat with companies at the flat and also would like to respect individuals' private space and time :)
Im punctual with payments and requirements. Mostly keep to myself but im not awkward or antisocial. Very open minded and i would love nothing more then to live life peacefully. I dont avoid dramas I'd rather prevent them. Im great at problem solving and working as a team member.

Easy going, open minded single gay guy. In the process of relocating from Sydney to the Sunshine Coast and need a place for a couple of months until I find somewhere permanent. Who knows, the temporary could term into permanent 😊 I’m clean, tidy, non smoker who now prefers dinners over late nights out and not adverse to the ‘occasional wine’.
